Great selection and great service!! I take my son here for all of the wonderful holiday and party supplies. Im not sure who has more fun..my son or me! We love PARTY CITY!!!!!!!

Party City is always an adventure, if you dont find exactly what youre looking or I can guarantee that youll find something even better. Theres everything from gifts for weddings, parties, anniversaries, get togethers you name it they got it! Their balloons are a plus. As far as customer service goes, they are so quick that I cant even judge them!

Terrible service, I totally understand its Halloween, and its busy. Still, you have six people standing behind the counter, and you asked one question, and they didnt care, BTW you have a pallet of supplies sitting on the floor with the product and no one stocking it! You all need better management!

My wife and I visited to created balloon bouquets for our sons First Birthday party. The staff was very helpful in helping us select balloons and showing us all the different colors inflated. They let us know that buying them the night before was pointless as they deflate after 6-8 hours. We put a delivery order in for the next morning and James the GM ensured us everything would be delivered on time as we wanted.The email confirmation had a later delivery than we requested and when I called James he said he would take care of it. When the delivery arrived (on time) it was none other than James himself who delivered it.He went above and beyond.and we are really grateful . His leadership was evident in how he was coaching and assisting junior employees. What a fantastic guy who helped make our party Successful.

The customer service is fantastic and they really help you with your party needs. The employee always greet me as soon as I come to the door. Their store and restrooms are clean. They offer coupons online and variety of things.

Im a Shipt delivery driver. They gave me one wrong order. I returned the wrong item got the correct item. Make it to my destination just to find out they didnt have the customer complete order

Store employees were so helpful while buying balloons for a gender reveal!

They let us play and be kids. We found tons of props to act with. Their costume selection is amazing, and you just have to get in on the buy one get one half off!! The workers were cool.

Michaela the assistant manager was extremely helpful. I found every I found everything I needed and will definitely return. If she isnt already training everybody in the store she definitely should be. Matter of fact she should go to other stores and train them.

Long wait time to get attention to purchase balloons with 3 employees being at check out and only 1 customer checking out. Not well stocked the day of my visit.

Besides being a whole mess no mask requirement no direction for customers. I came to get some balloons and i was standing in line for half a hr just to fund out that the balloon orders are at the front register? Why dont you at least have a sign to guide. Also balloons here are 3$ on top so just take your money somewhere better.

Went here to get birthday supplies I found what I was looking for and also other stuff for my party. They have so much stuff for parties.

My recent visit with this particular Party City was horrible. Never again and would definitely not recommend to anyone! The employee at the cashier was alone and with no helping hand around.Kenneth specifically acted very unprofessional yelling and getting after another employee who was just simply doing their job. Embarrassing and also humiliating another employee for committing a simple mistake. Handling the situation very rude and unprofessionally ,attacking a customer while keeping several other customers waiting and unattended . The general manger was not much help in anyway and did not handle the situation appropriately. All in all no ,UNDERSTAND NO CIRCUMSTANCE should an employee act unprofessional and lazy to help another employee. Definitely recommend for corporate to keep their eye on this store and that particular employee.

Great store for costumes and party related items. Some of the things you can find a walmart or even dollar tree for better prices but their selection and variety cant be beat

Needs more personal i saw one cashier doing multiple things while trying to checkout customers while the other cashier was stuck with one customer for a long time and the llIve was ridiculously long. The woodlands store is much faster and friendlier.

Ive always hated party city, dirty, cheaply mad items and unstocked, not many employees as well.

Went to 2 different places and couldnt fing writing markers to write on windows and no graduation balloons thats a bommer😫😒😒

I love Party City in general. This particular location did not disappoint. One of the things i like most is the cleanliness and the customer service. The reps are always so friendly and are balloon experts lol. The set up of the place is captivating. Everything has a place and Everything is in its place even down to the color, style, and design making it super easy to find what youre looking for. It is a bit more expensive than other party stores but if i have the money its always my first choice!

There are a million events daily and not all of them are Graduation and Birthdays. I couldnt find anything for Retirement events. Absolutely disappointing for a party city franchise. The store should stock a milestone for every event that happens day to day..do better!

They stole money from me

This was the worse experience. My delivery window was between 7pm -8pm. I started calling store at 7:40pm. They assured me delivery was on the way. I called 3 more times last time at 8:10pm. It’s now 9:36pm no phone call no text no nothing. Still no delivery. My family is in bed and my help have left to go home. Still no decorations. This location have ruined a 107th birthday. The WORST ever!!!!Do not use this location ever. I will reverse charges to my credit card and report them to the BBB. You have been warned. It’s now 9:45pm.

I went to exchange a costume that I ordered for my son. The costume was too big. They didnt have the size we needed but found a similar costume with the same price and fit my son perfect. The manager also found a coupon to use in store to save me the same I had saved online when I ordered. I am a pleased customer and my lil guy happy.

Okay prices lots of good stuff. I went at night and was a little freaked because in the back corner the lights were out.

Theres a lot of open items, like the invitation cards. Its really nice and has a lit of variety and colors of party favors. Good place to shop for decorarions. Kind of expensive, though.

I hate how the customers let their kids walk around unsupervised and let them play with items and/or throw them on the floor that they do not purchase. Expensive prices for very low quality. Had to buy 3 piñatas because they kept ripping and gave up after the 3rd, such a huge waste of money...the kids couldn’t even hit the dang thing, we also bought a stick to hit it and that broke in two. Bought a bunch of balloons from here of pj masks and for some reason the big ones didn’t even last an hour. The singing balloon deflated completely after only one hour and two other big ones that came in a 5 pc bouquet of pj masks deflated as well. I bought a giant pj mask air walker from amazon and that one lasted longer it did deflate completely the next day but at least lasted for the party. I also bought a pj mask award ribbon for my little girl and she didn’t even get to wear it, the middle piece came off. Save your money. So disappointed I wasted so much money on these items.

Never coming back here. Where are the employees? Finally found one & asked a simple question & she said I think on aisle 6. I asked another question and she completely ignored me. How do you not know??? How do you not help me find what I need??? Why are you working on customer service if you dont know how to help a freakin customer ??? When i stormed off another employee who magically appeared was sitting on the counter and on the phone and had the nerve to ask me did I find everything ok. Hell no!!!!

Best place to buy all concern your party i enjoy lot the only bad is the location area that was warehouse area so thd acces is bad street on night dont go is not safe also the I 10 freeway is always full specialy if you going 45 north i dont you be able to get usuing the enter you has to drive like crazy to get all way down to your left abd them take 45 is really danger operation please dont use that better go all way down to the studemont until main street and then take you left until get I 45 north 😉 this way i only give to this place 3 start the acces for persons who drive from north side .

Absolutely horrible experience. We drove 30 minutes and they wouldn’t let us in. Store closed at 8:30pm and we were there at 8:26pm.Cruel and dishonest employees deserve to all be fired

I came to buy only ballons, two young people busy talking and just the cashier point to the section to find my item, I went in circles to find my item. When it was time to pay in cash, they did not have enough change in the register. So disappointed wasted time looking for the item and getting their money. It was Hector and Heather the employees NO HELP AT ALL!!

Im starting not to like Party City anymore. In the beginning it was the place to go for all of your party supplies. But now its just seems like an overpriced store to go to get party supplies you can get anywhere else. They dont really have unique stuff there and if they do its not worth it.

I want to say that its because is a new location and not to be wrong on it. All stores I have go to had give me a good service but this one!I was at the register ready to pay and I asked for a princess ballon the answer from the cashier was they are here but I dont know where they are, anything else for you? I said yes! I want a princess ballon he just turned HE CHOSE THE BALLON AND CHARGE ME FOR IT WITHOUT ASKING ME IF THAT WAS OK (however) he asked ne if I wanted it with helium I said yes please he told me I had to wait more than one hour to get it done if I was sure I wanted like that I repeated yes please It was done in less than 5 minutes BUT he made me wait almost the hour! I HAVE NEVER GET SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS ONE IN ANY OF THE STORES!
