Update the Store Hour wasted my money of Uber to go the store around 10:00 pm on Google said they close at 12:00 am and they closed early. Hello… Update the Store Hour smh 😒

Bought balloons and a birthday card for my granddaughter. Customer service is okay, needs some work in that area. But they have the best ballon selection.

Used to have everything I needed now it looks legit like an abandoned warehouse inside ...also the floor staff ( side note:the checkout folks they were amazing and in the spirit of party city from us coming in to checkout) were not helpful or informative of none of the costumes or accessories

I purchased so much stuff that I cant show it all but was always an amazing experience shopping .

The girl filling the balloons with helium sold me on the long term helium to keep the balloons afloat. She sent me off shopping for the other items I need. I quickly got back because I couldn’t find all that I needed. She did not realize I was standing there as I saw she did not fill all the balloons with the extra product. One balloon burst and one deflated even though they were brought home very quickly as recommended by her. I’ll never leave the area just to see that I get what I’m paying for.

Great staff and great selection of decorations for any type of party you’re having! Halloween selection is really good. Make sure you get balloons ahead of time. They can be backed up.

Have a limited variety of themes. Plus they are always out of stock. I have to mix and match with other themes or colors to be able to decorate for my whole party.

No returns on Halloween items after a certain date even if the package is unopened and returned before 30 days. Ridiculous.

I ordered online but had to cancel because they were out of the number in all colors, which seemed to be city wide. So, I ended up going in the store and getting a 30$ bundle deal but the latex balloons deflated really early. I spoke with Myra who was very understanding and accommodating. I then spoke with Geno and he was there when I went into the store. He blew up the new balloons and was very nice despite it being so busy.

Balloon counter was closed Due to online balloon orders. Balloon delivery, Who knew? Lots of colorful eventful aisles.

Extremely disappointed in this location. Traveling from Dallas - I called twice and spoke to Jackie who put me on hold twice for over ten minutes positioning me that she was going to look for a gift basket gift wrap. Eventually when we got to the location 1) there was no gift wrap 2) the store clerk didn’t even get back to our call.Very disappointed. Also the men’s bathroom was in terrible condition. Please take care of your location.

Amazing location! The staff spent an extra 10 minutes finding a way to use my in store credit receipt that wasn’t registering in the system. They never gave up and helped me save $20! So appreciated!!

I went there saturday 07/24/2021 at 12:45 pm , with 3 balloon that i bought from same store to put air on it. But the lady who works there was so rude and she said i have lots of order already and i can not do it. And she sent me to kruger.

Long lines but expected due to Halloween

Don’t bother trying to use curbside pickup. They never come out. You end up having to come inside and wait in line. It would be faster to just come into the store and find it yourself. Meanwhile the employees are standing behind the counter chatting.

In the midst of New Years craze and busy store, the employees all helped with smiles and replaced a big birthday balloon for free when I returned to the store after it popped when I got home! Great customer service!

Employees have no idea about the sort of things they have. You are on your own.

Cashier rushed through checking us out just so she could clock out. She was dismissive to us when we asked where a certain item was. This store is always out of stock of things.

I ordered a few things for a small celebration I had during Covid. Not only is Party city’s return policy terrible, unlike most stores they did not extend their return policy. Some of the items were delivered to me in bad condition. I kept what I used, however the manager still told me one of the items looked used. It had finger prints and was delivered to me without any wrapping. The piece of paper with the barcode was still attached. I didn’t appreciate being told I used the item and was returning it. I understand people do that, but she could have asked me. She made an assumption and treated me a certain way. I will not be shopping for party supplies from party city. Although they gave me store credit (only to be used at that specific location...even more inconvenient), I will most likely never return. The store itself is barely stocked and looks so messy. I feel like I walked into a 99cent store. Sorry Party City, you need to update your store policies and modernize.

This is an excellent store for all your entertaining needs. Theres tons of permanently displayed items for events such as childrens and adults birthdays, bridal showers, and baby showers. Around holidays, theres always fun seasonal displays. Prices are fair and return policy is also friendly.

They have a good selection of party items but I was not impressed with the lack of sanitation. There was hand sanitizer when you walk in and a bottle of wipes to clean your cart but the wipes were empty. Also no sanitation done by employees in the time I was there ( about 20-30 min). I was able to get a cart and put it back with the rest.

I never go to party city because I never use/need anything from there and after my experience i will NEVER return. I have never experience bad treatment like this, the way they run this business is CRAZY. I live in Katy and after going to 2 Party City is the area and them not having this costume, I decided to call this location and asked if they had the specific costume I needed. They answer the phone and immediately put me on hold for a while and after couple minutes someone else answers the phone and ask me why was I calling, they did this to me 3 times. People were just answering the phone and because they did not wanted to look for the costume, they kept putting me on hold. After a 16 minute call, I get very frustrated and told them to please stop putting me on hold and look for my costume which they replied they did and they do have my sizes, I asked the lady that talked to me to please out them in the front for me and that I was only way there already. I drove all the way there and once I get there, the lady that talked to me calls this guys for the guy to tell me THEY DO NOT HAVE THE COSTUME I ASKED FOR. I asked the guy why would they keep me on hold for a while and then tell me they have it and they would bring it to the front which the guy did not said anything or even try to apologize, he just kept quiet and starred.They were MANY workers not doing their job, on their phones, walking around just staring while the line was SO LONG. I hope Party City as a company looks into this and close down this location, all they have is bad reviews. This was the worst experience I ever had, I usually do not get mad, but they literally wasted my time, gas, and my money.

This place had good selection of items on shelfs but a major portion of it was also empty. We spent a long time, almost an hour to just inflate some balloons. Good place for party supplies but they did have what I was looking for so I just went in looking around looking for things I can use in my videos but it’s a good place for someone’s birthday party or just to have fun whoever came up with the store is a genius

Don’t get balloons from here. The service is horrible. I waited for about twenty minutes to place my order and I asked the guy if I would have to wait in line to pick them up also. He said no and showed me where I could go to pick them up, which was another area right next to the main line. So I go to pick up my balloons and although everyone behind the counter made eye contact with me at least once, no one helped me or asked to help. Fifteen minutes into waiting I told someone I’m here to pick up balloons and she just said “ok”. Someone else behind her pointed to them and said they’re right there. In short everyone was dismissive and rude AND it took FOREVER each time.

Not enough help. I have been standing in line for 31 minutes so far to get a balloon blown up. Guy is doing a great job, but seems to be the only one working.

A good place to start with if you are organizing a party or a play date (to have idea about what you can get and for how much ,) like the one I did to my 4 years old girl. A bought some games . Cups . Plates . Gift bags and giftsNot the cheapest but a very nice place if you dont have time so you could buy most of your stuff without searching around for hours

I called to see if they had a certain item in stock and they happily put me on hold to check. Was able to find the item as soon as I walked in the store and was checked out quickly. They were very polite and I will definitely be back!

No customer service at the time it has few to none customers in it but nobody is trying to assist Ill take my business and purchase elsewhere very disappointed.

Ordered online. They had my order ready for pickup within an hour. When I arrived one of the balloons was faulty & already deflating. They noticed & switched it immediately without me having to point it out. Good customer service

This location is dirty, and the employees are extremely inattentive. Management is incompetent. Also, when doing returns not only must you have the receipt, and the item, but the exact card you purchased it with. So if you don’t have the card on you that day or if you cancelled the card, you can’t get anything but store credit.

Staff was very helpful. They will pull online orders for you and social distancing measures are being taken.

This was the friendliest party city in Houston off 59/69 south. The young lady helping me was very knowledgeable about the store and where everything was located. Yes I realize that was her job, but still you dont find that too much of these days

You need party goods, this place has it all and more!

Came to look for parry favors and saw a bin full of great deals labeled with stickers with a discounted price. Would have been great except nothing was programmed in computer with discounted prices and what would have taken 2 minutes to ring up ended up at 15 minutes with the manager telling me if I wanted to pay regular price as some of the items. They were discounted and ended up costing more than regular prices. I gave up and left.

During the holidays in very busy part of the city, Party City should have more staff available. I stood in the store for over an hour to purchase 3 balloons. THREE BALLOONS for a coworkers birthday. I should have walked out, but I had nowhere else to go. The 3 women that were working had very unpleasant attitudes (thats putting it nicely). Understaffed, under-served, & unsatisfied. I will never visit this store again. Im convinced that the store in Humble, TX is worth the drive!

Wow.. This place is awesome! Went there last minute to get a rocket racoon custom. Associates were super helpful. It was an easy in & out kinda shopping experience but it was a great one!

Nothing spectacular about this place. The employees dont seem excited or happy to be there at all. No greeting upon entry. When I needed assistance I got a very dry response. over all, Id go back but wouldnt expect a chipper environment

So great this location was open until midnight on Halloween eve for last minute Halloween shoppers like me. Helpful and friendly staff!

Before purchasing an item, make sure that its not something that needs to be tested for functionality. I bought a package of candles that sparkle when they burn. After testing the candle, it didnt work. Since I had opened up the candle to test its burn, I couldnt get a refund or exchange for the terrible product.

All the party supplies are available. Cute little gifts are also available for kids and your partner.

Giving 3 starts because their phones don’t work! I have been calling for an hour to change my order pickup time but each time someone answers you can’t hear anything.

Packed to the max RN. Super limited on costumes but it is the day before Halloween.

At one point, only 1 of 4 employees was at the registers, despite there being a line of 10+ customers. Slowest moving, most apathetic staff I have ever experienced anywhere. It was almost impressive how little they cared.

They ran out of graduation balloons. You know that time of the year is gonna be in demand for balloons like that. I thought they did a poor job preparing for that wave of demand. Each holiday or event should have management thinking about stocking up on particular items.

WORST PARTY CITY EVER! I SAW IN FRONT OF EYES THE IMMEDIATE CHANGE IN BEHAVIOR THROUGHOUT VARIOUS CUSTOMERS DUE TO RACE

The store was in transition, so it was a little, understandably, messy. I went during the lunch hour, which I would imagine it being the busiest time during the week. That being said, it would have been better if there were more cashiers during that time to get customers in and out faster.

Just about everything here. Reasonable returns policy. Quick in and out. Higher quality food than some competitors.

There is a great selection but the prices are high. The same baloons could be purchased at the dollar store for a fraction of the price. What you wont get from the dollar store is the wide variety.

The usual convenient party store. Looks small from the outside but its the usual size on the inside.

I give two bc they were friendly on the phone. Inside was another story. A woman cut me, I asked if I wasnt supposed to be in line and was ignored. Then when I got my balloons she confirmed EVERY PIECE of info when she didnt ask the other girl one single thing. Then she wouldnt ring up my one other item and I had to wait in line which took approx 10 min. Two cashiers, very long line. It was also an unorganized mess inside.
