Guys this is the best store ever!! If you love make up come here!! All there products are sooo good I love the liquid liners better than some of the high end ones I have had. The foundation is a dollar !!! And its sooo good the powders brow products everything is awesome .Aside from this they also have a lot of accessories and skin care products that are also so good

I absoultley adore this place. and to be honest i can go at my own pace..pick and put back as many things that I choose. And I dont get harassed every time I turn down a aisle theres not a worker. But I do note they are aware I appreciate things like that make me keep coming and telling everybody about the store

Really cool that they have a store but it was so packed full of people I could barely move. Also the music was really too loud. They definitely need more space in that mall. However, I love the makeup and all the cool things and of course the prices!!!

Fun things for just a $1!Not your average dollar store for sure!We especially love the mask related items! The manager was warm and welcoming and even brought us out some stock from the back based on our interest!

On August 23rd, 2020 at 4:56PM I visited the Miss A store inside of Willowbrook Mall and I purchased a total of $63.64 worth of cosmetics, jewelry and miscellaneous items. 2 of these items are the Miss A studios Immersed 25 color eyeshadow palette and XOXO 25 color eyeshadow palette.In this particular store, these 25 color eyeshadow palettes are behind the front counter; you may ask the assistant that is servicing the cash register booths to procure the item for you so you may make your purchase. These eyeshadow palettes are $10 individually.Store assistant Alejandra F was being very rude and snark about my palette purchases. Her demeaning attitude and tone of voice as to asking me ALL FOUR? all FOUR eyeshadow palettes, as I was choosing my selected and wanted palettes was very condescending and entirely unprofessional. It is my choice whether or not I want to purchase 4 eyeshadow palettes. This specific day I purchased XOXO, Immersed, Violets are Blue and Self-Made.I live an hour and 30 minutes away from this particular shopping mall. This is not a close drive and it requires planning to enable me to make purchases here. I am an avid cosmetics collector and love everything about make-up.When I arrived home I was greeted with 2 palettes that appear to have been used/swatched. As depicted here palette XOXO has 2 swatched shades that appear in the form of thumb prints and palette Immersed has a creased/damaged shade. My other store purchases were perfect including the Violets are Blue and Self-Made palette.I simply wanted to either return these items for store credit or exchange them with the same palettes that were brand new and that I want to use. I do not feel safe with swatched/creased eyeshadow palettes in the world of the Coronavirus. I feel as if it is disgusting and cannot be used due to hygienic purposes.On August 24th, 2020 at 5:47PM I contact the store number and spoke to a manager named Christian. Christian appeared to have been pushing me off the line after I explained the entire scenario to him and he stated verbatim We will take care of that for you maam we will take care of that have a good day.I promptly thanked him and stated that I will be there the next chance I get for my exchange.On August 31st at 5:27PM I arrive at the Miss A store in Willowbrook mall to make more purchases and swap out my XOXO palette and Immersed palette as promised to me by manager Christian.As I was stating my side of this entire eyeshadow situation; another store manager promptly tells me We do not do store exchanges or returns here, manager Christian was there alongside her and said that I said I would look into it I never said I would take care of it. He looked nervous and fidgety because he knew what he told me over the telephone. That he would take care of it however he did not.To avoid an altercation and to be a peaceful citizen I left the store.Had I have known that the palettes were touched.damaged I would not have purchased them. However again, store clerks in this particular store put these specific eyeshadow palettes behind the front counter and you as a guest are NOT allowed to pick your own palette. The individual at the front cash register does it for you.I am writing a formal complaint to the miss A website as I am doing this and am also warning future guests about the efficacy and professionalism of these store employees. I have already submitted my written complaint to the Shop Miss A official website and am awaiting further action.Attached are picture proofs of the damage as well as my receipt showing the exact time and date.There was no apology, no coupon, no promise of store credit, no gift card or any kind of remediation for the situation. They simply walked away from the front and began to ignore me as I peacefully stood there.I appreciate your patience with this post.

Love this store. I bought many reusable mask from here for only $1 and many other places sell them for $5 and up. My favorite item I got from here was the eyebrow pencil in the shade medium brown. It stays on all day.

They are rude. I was trying to look at the merchandise and the girl kept unpackaging the extras and would not get out the way for us to look at what was on the wall. You would think they would want to make some sells. Then I go to pay and the she rung me up, I paid and she walked off without a thank you. With this type of attitude your business will NOT prosper!

I don’t ever do reviews but this place was such a disappointment. Yes, I was greeted nicely at the door but 20 minutes later the greeter was standing leaning at the door SLEEPING. The selection decent but not the best.. everything is literally everywhere. No real designated areas. Have a huge selection of rings but not a lot of miss a brand products. Lastly Nd most importantly the cashiers chatted on and on about there personal lives while checking us out. Apparently they had very important party to go to Nd weren’t sure how to get there. Not only that but she DROPPED all my items Nd didn’t even apologize for it. Truly a DISAPPOINTMENT Nd would recommended just buy online Nd wait on your items.

Almost everything is a dollar . But I end up going to the doctor after a really bad skin reaction. There products are made of chemicals that should not be used on human skin. Stay away !!
