Nice location. Well ventilated with a nice selection of cigars to choose from and helpful staff. This was my first time going bit would definitely go again. Inside and outside seating available. Talked to one of the workers and was informed that purchases over $50 can be shipped anywhere nationwide for free so that is a plus. No food or drinks available that I saw but its near The Galleria so there were plenty of options around.

First time here from out of town. Didnt know how it works here but asked for help and easily received it. Guy behind the counter was super helpful when i asked him for some suggestions on cigars that they had there. Cant wait to try em when im not on the road.

Love everything about it, my home lounge !!! Always treat with the utmost respect, the cigar culture is truly at its best here.Great leather seating in the public and private sectors. Very comfortable outdoor seating also. If you get hungry theres menus of all the great eatery that surrounds the place. Gotta love options that they provide for the customers.

Nicely run, great selection and friendly people. They carry various name brand favorites, such as Opus X, Davidoff and Fuente, as well as other smaller, obscure brands. The pricing is standard, however the service and expertise of the employees is outstanding. If I lived in Houston, I would definitely have inquired about a membership. Overall, a quality place to enjoy a cigar within the Galleria area.

Great staff and great selection. This place has quite a few exclusives that you literally cannot find anywhere else, plus releases from Viaje, Limited Cigar Association, Privaga Cigar Club, and TAA. If youre not sure of what to get Jorge and the rest of the crew will point you in the right direction.

Stogies is one of the top cigar lounges in the nation. We had a fabulous event with our group called Distinguished Ruffians and Cigars for Warriors which Stogies is a proud sponsor. The shop os very large and a big outdoor patio area as well. Humidor is one of the largest in Texas as well.

Stopped by last night with a cigar aficionado friend and had a great time.Im surprised by the comments about the staff; there was a very kind lady at the counter, and a gentleman who not only assisted us in the selection of our cigars, but was also running around, taking care of business around the place, non-stop the entire time we were there.The place was nice and relaxing, cigars were on point, and prices were right. What else do you need?

Best cigars, best hub and amzing friendly staff

Terrible place super sexist they only asked for my ID when I was accompanied by two of my male friends, and didnt even ask for theirs when I was clearly the oldest one there. They let them stay and brose but I was asked to leave total B.S I would not recommend them. There are better shops.

Selection is on point, had to do 2 full laps around the humidor before deciding. Purification system on point! Stop while your in Houston!

I had a few meetings in their lounge and have had a great experience each time. The lounge has a classic feel with lots of solid wood, dark tones, and dim lighting. Fine cigar smell fills the air and it’s comfortable enough to watch a game and elegant enough for a professional conversation. I have not visited the retail side, this review is based on the private lounge.

I couldnt believe the different type of cigars they had and they had some unique ah trays which I havent seen in the few cigar shops Ive visited. The staff was very professional and knowledge I will definately will be coming back. Also they have hand made ash trays which was different from the other coast shops Ive visited

I took my dad there to get him some proper cigars since he decided to take up cigar smoking at 86 years old and I didnt want him smoking el cheapos any more. There was a great selection but I think it was a bit overwhelming for a novice. Staff was friendly. Its a byob place, but they dont have ice or glasses to drink from and you have to leave your bottle in your vehicle. My dad said hed like to go back on a nice evening and sit outside with a brandy and a cigar.

I enjoyed the smokes and the guys there are great. Awesome patio ...grab a coffee next door and its a great way to spend a Saturday AM.

Came in to buy a Christmas gift, completely clueless about cigars and not knowing what to expect. Gerson was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and took his time helping me gather the perfect box of cigars. He asked questions about the person I was buying for and even packaged them nicely in tobacco leaves and a cigar box, with a lighter. I’d recommend them to anyone!

This is a great cigar store and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The humidor is nicely stocked, they have all of the big brands and some cigar lines that are difficult to find. The prices are typically about a dollar higher than some of the other stores in town but still very competitive. They definitely arent the most expensive in town. I highly reccomend you take a visit here.

This is the best Cigar Lounge in Texas! When you look at humidor content, the 3 separate sections of the facility, and their warm and classy customer service, it is the best!

Everyone that works here is awesome! There is a large selection to choose from, everything is organized and clean, and if you have questions they can answer them. I love coming in because everyone is so friendly.

Well there are cigar stores and then there is Stogies. This place is one of a kind. The staff is very knowledgeable, and willing to help in any way they can. The please is huge inside, if you have enough clout or money to have a locker then you have just about made it in life. This place in one of those place you have to see at least once in your life. Also I met the owner and I dont think i have met a cooler cat.

Great store with a fine selection of cigars and accessories. Relaxing leather furniture inside and comfortable furniture on the patio. The staff were all really friendly and accommodating. They even loved my assistance dog. Oh yeah, this place is huge inside with lots of private humidors and a members only lounge.Elegant without pretense and refined without judgement; a place where all are welcomed regardless of economic status. I’ve shopped here on and off for several years and is my most favorite cigar store of all that I’ve visited.

This is the only place you should ever go if youre looking for cigars in Houston. And if youre not in Houston but close enough, Stogies is worth the drive. Theyve got the second largest humidor in the nation, a selection of cigars beyond your imagination AND great people that will take the time to help you select the right cigar(s) youre looking for. Theyve got lots of seating as well so you can enjoy your cigar. Comfy leather couches, tables and even card tables.The coolest part - the private members only area. You get your own locker, seating twice that of the open area. Private card rood and lots of TVs. They even have a couple of small business booths with desks where you can work and enjoy your cigar. A bar with all you need for byob as well.

Stellar place, massive walk in humidor, by far the biggest ive seen before with a excellent selection. Smoking areas and guests here are also pretty great.

Discovered this place in Oct 2018. This was my first time ever buying a cigar so I was clueless on what to get. Before walking thru the door there is a nice patio lounge area for guest to relax. As I entered, I was greeted by two men behind the cash register. Sorry I do not know their names. But I told one of them that I needed help picking a cigar. He walking me into a cellar filled with an overwhelming selection of cigars. He made a recommendation and I feel in love with it. They also have a lounge type atmosphere with TVs throughout, where you can enjoy your cigar. Will definitely visit more often!

Large selection of cigars and large lounge area (non private area), plus outside nice area. Staff was great...patrons seemed more uppity and not AS friendly. More looks than speaking...but a great spot to still hang out and smoke. Open late. You can definitely do you here. Be you. More on the bright and live side. Id recommend to go and try a few times to get the different feels.
