This is definitely not the place to go to buy vapes. If the vape is defective (which sometimes that happens), they won’t refund you. That quality alone is a indicator of a unsuccessful company that lacks the capacity to understand how business works. But if you need refills, or stuff that can’t malfunction out of the box, they have some decent stuff. I have gotten 2 malfunctioning vapes here in about a years time. Get the heavy stuff somewhere else and the cheap items here if it’s close.

The staff was so useless ,and very rude.I bought a vape form there and didnt work when I got home I couldnt try it there because I had to go make my coils ! I put the batteries and and it didnt work ! The batteries were getting hot ! So I called the smoke shop and it turned out the manager wasnt there so I went about a week without my vape ! Then when she finally returned I got a chance to speak to her and she basically couldnt do nothing about it ! She Said It Wasnt Her Problem ! I asked to speak to her boss and she said I will not bother my boss for something this small all I can do is give you a discount on another one ! Which Im not happy at all because why should I pay for a new one when I had just bought one from them ! Then she was basically laughing cause I told her I wanted her bosses number ! Never again will I go there I just wanted an exchange or something with equal value ! I should not have to pay for something that was broken when I bought it !Please DONT GO THERE ! To Buy Vapes! I Went To A Repair Shop And They Could Not Do Anything About It Because It Was Gone They Could Not Fix It !

My husband bought an electronic hookah, we thought the price was quite affordable but it turned out not to contain batteries or charger, he chose to buy everything right there, the total value of the purchase was $ 149.00 so that the hookah crap will not work well because it does not work No smoke from it, we went a total of 5 times to try to get someone to just fix it, they said it is not their problem, and they even put a sign outside saying They are not Walmart to make returns or exchanges, it is a lousy place, do not go to buy anything there because apparently everything is damaged and then they do not solve your problem, in short you throw the money in the trash because that crap could never be used ...
