Best place to relax and enjoy a cigar. Friendly and very attentive people. One gentelman even showed me how to properly light my cigar. I tried the Cohiba Black, and I highly recommend to try it.

This is an amazing place. I do not smoke cigars very often but the super frindly staff helped me out with a lot of advice and deep knowledge of the brands. In addition to that it is a very comfy place to sit and enjoy a stick. Big recommendation for example if you have to kill some hours before your flight leaves. Big thanks to the staff!

Great little store. Good selection. Knowledgeable and friendly staff when I went. Store looks well keep. Was nice to see the mandatory mask and sanitize upon entry being enforced. Would recommend to anyone that smokes, is looking to get into cigars, or is just looking for a smoking friendly place to relax. They have a nice longer with TVs.

Finally meet real Cigar Aficionados, David, Jeff and Donald at Casa de Montecristo on JFK are the real deal their research on the inventory is impressive. Im not a seasoned smoker and I am still trying to find my Palate but David has been my go to guy, he listens and understand that Im still a little green so he coaches me on certain palate profiles and he has been dead on point. I want to thank David aka Palate Pusher for the time on educating me on Body, Blend, Notes and Finish. I have always had a pleasant experience at Casa on JFK and its kind of hard not to when Jeff greets you as soon as you walk in the door with the simple but sometime the most important thing you could ask a person How was your day? that means a lot. Not a regular cigar guy, not a Houston resident, but came with my main man and his wife during a stop over. The staff was super nice, let us enjoy a few souvenirs from their trip to Cuba, we bought a few from their stock as well (amazing humidor!). Spent a good few hours there, enjoyed the smoke, some of my special reserve flasks of liquid gold and the conversation. Wholeheartedly will recommend to everyone with a couple hours to spare and a love of cigars near IAH.

One of my stop in spots. Out of the (3) locations in Houston...this is my second best spot. More of an airport feel in regards to the lounge setup and atmosphere...but nice to relax and smoke. Friendly people (staff and patrons) and nice selection. Nice sized humidor. Tons of room but not tons of seating - yet Ive never had a problem finding a seat.

Im extremely comfortable in the art of talking cigars or just sharing my experiences in life with people whom seem to appreciate both, thats what I get when I come here, the patrons are friendly and cordial, the cigars are well seasoned and well stocked, the cigar Masters are knowledgeable and well versed in cigar talk; a throughly enjoyable outing for those who love cigars and the atmosphere cigar smoking brings!!!

Walkin Humidor was off the chart. Clean, friendly and professional. Has a lounge to sit and smoke although I didn’t have time. Fair prices and good conversation. $161.00 well spent. Plan on stopping in next time I’m in town, down from Alaska.Thanks

Fantastic shop with great service. The humidor is stacked from the floor to the ceiling and the lounge has plenty of seating. If you have a long layover in Houston, its worth it to come here and decompress.

Walked in to this place a complete newbie. Guy working there was very understanding, nice to deal with, and very helpful to recommend good affordable cigars for a beginner. Highly recommended. I will be back soon.

I was in town and saw their “deals” section online. It was buy a box of Perdomo get 6 free and a ceramic Perdomo ashtray. Bought a box, the clerk put the box, a sampler of 6 Perdomo, and another box I was told was the ashtray into a bag I paid and left. When I got back to my hotel I took everything out of the bag to try and fit it in my suitcase. I discovered the “ceramic” ashtray was actually plastic. I called the shop and was told there was nothing he could do for me that was all they had. He took my name and number and said he could have the manager call me. Two days later I got a call from Randy. I explained the add said it was supposed to be ceramic and what i got was plastic. His first question was, “How do you know it’s not ceramic?” At this point I felt insulted. I’m pretty sure anyone can tell the difference in plastic and ceramic by the weight alone. I told him where in the office the clerk got the ashtray box from and asked him to look at one and see what he thought it was. He came back to the phone and said he was sorry it was not EXACTLY ceramic. Glass would have been “not exactly,” plastic is nowhere close. He also said there was nothing he could do. That is what their marketing department sent them and that is what they have. I asked for the contact info for someone above him who could correct the error and he refused to give me the name or number of anyone else. I have been to this shop three times. Each time I have bought a box. Their prices are reasonable. But the customer service is shoddy, and I will not be back.

Solid place to grab a cigar thats conveniently located close to the airport. So if youre flying the catastrophe Airline United and you are delayed like usual I highly recommend smoking a cigar or 6 while you wait on United to get their stuff together and start flying airplanes.
