Excellent service. I spent hours trying to fix an iPad screen where the touch screen would not work. Brought it in and did not expect Max to fix it in less than an hour. He also changed a sensor and did not charge me extra. Will definitely come back as a repeat customer.

DON’T GO!!! Took phone in to replace back iphone glass. During the repair, the owner cracked the housing and left additional chips on the phone! At the time of pick up on Saturday apx 4:30 pm on the way to church (within 6 hrs) made owner aware. You may save $20.00 there but it will cost you in the long run!!Go elsewhere, preferably away from ‘that area’ of town.

Theyre very nice people and polite people, this is my issue with these people I had a screen replacement done and a day later the screen went bad with regular use (taking it in and out of you pocket) so I sent a message with a picture of the phone to them and i didnt get a reply, (a couple of days have passed) so I went to the store to talk to them and they could help me, that the screen was broken for the inside, so I told them maybe I had a defective screen and they said we dont cover after 42 hours. why they didnt reply within that time period If I sent the message with in that time i dont know, maybe to wait for the warranty to expire? At this point thats how I see it. If they can take advantage of you they will take it , but who really wants to make business with people like that. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I came in to the store so they could fix my LCD they convinced me to get frame and back glass repaired no big deal I got it repaired in about 3 hours my phone looked brand new and I was very satisfied BUT after 2 days my phone turned a yellow faded color everything looked opaque and low quality (this goes away after 2 minutes but its pretty annoying if you paid for this service) I checked for every single setting on my phone to make sure it wasnt something that I could fix myself it did it every single day until a week after I was able to take it again for them to have a look at (it is about 1 hour away from me) turns out it is nothing everything is fine and that it might be my phone defective when it was perfectly working before I took it there and had never happen this even with broken LCD 10 minutes after I left it did it again 1 hour later again now 5 hours later again I would have preferred to kept my phone broken than this. I would give them negative stars if possible. They are straight up scamming good and honest people. 👎

Adequate. Pricy repair as they cost nearly 50% more than the cost the manufacturer charges (without any insurance). Also took substantially (nearly double the amount of time) longer than the initial time estimate. Repair itself was merely adequate with the screen fitting well, but visible glue around the edges of the screen.

These are the most reasonable prices in Houston Ive come across!!! The staff is very helpful and I will be a returning customer! They can get really busy but its worth the wait!!

I was already upset because my screen doesn’t look like the original screen of my old phone at all, but now I’m even more upset because I notice two bright spots on the bottom left of my phone and my screen wasn’t fixed all the way. The top left of my screen wasn’t fully applied back on my phone, so it’s popping up a bit. My keyboard is acting weird as well. When I press the delete button on my keyboard half of the time it doesn’t want to work. I got my phone fixed a week or two ago. My apps would also open up accidentally sometimes when I would try to go to another app as well.

I had come to the store 2 weeks ago in order to fix the screen of my phone, that had some purple stain... I have been told that the whole screen need to be changed. the screen was changed after 3 hours instead of 2, and i received the phone covered with rubber bands to let the glue dry. I have been told that the receipt will be send to my email- which i never got... After 2 days the bottom (the only one in the phone) got out, since wasnt glued property, and the screen started to blink. i come back to the store after 3 more days, since it was the earliest available time i had from work. One of the guys that was in the store checked the phone and said that there is no problem since the bottom is working and reacting- although it was out and not glued. And after i told them i am not satisfied with this- since they needed to glue it property while changing the screen. so he told me to wait to the technician which will arrive in 10 min. In the end- i finished up waiting more that 1 hour just to be told that the warranty is only good for 48Hr!! although any one told me this! and i didnt receive receipt as well!! so in the end i finished up with broken phone, that i needed to go to another place to replace the screen again! since the bottom, that wasnt glued good, broke the screen!In the end i paid twice for the same thing! And received very poor costumer service!!! And waisted a lot of hours while waiting in the store, being laid and told that the technician will come any minute (that too 1Hr+).

Great customer service. They explain the issues with your phone. If they discover anything else while working on it they will call before proceeding and review the cost. No charge if you decide to back out of repair if you think it’s too expensive. I thought my screen repair was reasonable. They matched their online price which was a lot lower than in store without argument. Max was very helpful as was his coworkers. I highly recommend their service.

The initial price was fair, but Max persisted in up-selling me. I was overcharged for a privacy screen that doesnt even fit my phone. When I brought this to his attention, he insisted that “it didnt matter”. I originally came in to get my screen repaired and my phone has been glitchy ever since. I will not be revisiting this store.

Fast & affordable price service

The shop was disorganized. They did not accept the Groupon that they sold. My phone got the black screen of death the same day I picked it up from them. After bringing it back and giving them a week to fix it they tried to say that the first payment did not go through. I showed them where it did and then they said there was nothing they could do to fix it. They do not accept cards and took payment through zelle. This business is not reputable in my opinionI have seen the response from the owner. It is an outrageous lie. The Groupon did not specify I phone only. The reason the shop gave was that they were in a dispute with Groupon. Nothing about I Phone only. Most businesses stopped taking cash after covid-19, not debit and credit cards. Top that off with them trying to charge me twice through zelle and not remembering which account they use for their business. Do business with them at your own risk. I know I wont go back to them ever again.
