Very fine store, i got note 10 plus for cheap price and 4 days later there was blue camera issue, they fixed it for free & just in 1 day, also both man in shop very polite and helpful.

Don’t do it, bad business! (I accidentally dropped my phone on water) came in they told me 1 hr 30 min to analyze my Iphone to see what is wrong with it and they would call me to tell me how come it would cost me to fix it. They called and told me $120 and told us it was basically fixed already to come in in 5 min. After asking him why he had already fixed it when he said they would call us FIRST he then said he is only changing me for the PART ($120) and not for the labor. Whatever went to go pay. I get there and they tell me THE SYSTEM is not working to take card payment to GO GET CASH!! Such an inconvenience all the way around. Horrible

My phone screen was very cracked I went in the store the customer service was excellent and the gentleman fixed my screen in less thank five minutes. Very helpful and also the price was very good compared to the other stores. I’m very happy that my phone screen is fixed and the service was great!!!

Terrible work. After they installed a new battery in my iPhone the home button did not work and the phone would not work. They opened the case a few more times and finally got the phone to work but the home button was intermittent. I finally took it into Apple and they told me “this was a hack job” the screen was not flush with the case and a screw was missing. I called the store and they told me there was no warranty. I had to pay Apple $168 to fix the phone. Apple would have charged me the same amount $49 to put a new battery in if I would have gone to them in the first place.

Had a last minute phone display problem and they fixed my phone in under 10 minutes! So helpful and priced well

Do NOT bring you device here for repair. I brought my S10+ for screen and LCD repair and their repair only lasted 3 weeks before my phone stop registering the touch on the left side and the top drop down menu. The old man there accused me of not taking care of my phone by putting it in my pocket and not using a good phone case(otter box) this place is horrible and they are charging the same amount as everyone else. Take your device to real professionals.

Horrible customer service. I went to get two laptops fixed and took chargers with them and the staff stole one charger from me and I never got it back. On top of that one of the employees said that I didn’t pay in full and I was missing $4. I told him to check the cameras that I had counted the money in front of him and the payment was in full. He refused to check the cameras because he knew he was lying and had been too busy talking on the phone that didn’t even pay attention to when I gave him my payment. Do not recommend this place at all!!!

I found this store from a Facebook market ad from a Syed Uddin. I was inquiring about an IPhone 11 Pro. I messaged Syed asking what the gbs(storage capacity) the phone had. The first response I got was the information of the store. I messaged again, asking what the gbs was (I’m not just going to go to the store not 100% knowing this is what I am looking for) & he responded very rudely telling me not to waste his time & immediately left the conversation. You’d think if someone works at a phone repair shop they would know what “gbs(gigabyte)” is. Poor customer service.

These guys got what you need

Poor costumer service. They do no stand behind their product. In fact, they’ll find a way to blame you if a device you purchase from them doesn’t work TWO DAYS after purchasing it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND I also saw one of the staff members see a guy leave a phone, start walking towards the exit and did not tell him anything. Instead, he hid the phone. The poor dude had to drive back when they could’ve easily avoided that.

Best customer service around. A family owned business, they gave me an extra 10% off their already reasonable price for a first responder discount for my cell phone repairs. They back up their work with a free lifetime warranty. I’ve been in several times for different repairs and they are always very helpful and honest. A few times they’ve advised me on things that ended up having me spend less money at their store, but because it was the right thing to do they wanted me to go with the option that ended up making them less money. That’s what integrity in business looks like.

Found on Facebook advertising for galaxy s8 for $149. I sent text yes they have open at 10 or 10:30am. So I get there and ask about phone and the guy says we dont sell anything for that low of a price. I said how much, let me guess $200 to $260( I read reviews)) he says yes that much $2 to $260. I said something about the ad he says well let me see it. Of course Im trying to find the exact ad when the other guy comes out and says I have this s8 for $150. Of course wasnt the 1 advertised it had a white line running down screen. But I bought anyway. So I got lucky I guess he just happen to have 1 laying around. So if you see Facebook ad from them and are looking at reviews on if you should or should not go to them ...find another place. Or get all your facts together before you go so they cant screw you when you go.Edit....they acted as if they didnt have a clue about the Facebook ad. Like they dont post ads on Facebook. They where shocked

I brought in my IPhone 7 Plus to repair my cracked screen and they charged me $100. This place couldnt do its job and they took a very long time almost more than an hour to fixed my screen and it still wasnt fixed. There was a huge dent on my phone and told me that the new screen couldnt fit because of the dent and still tried to charge me more to bring it in another day to be repaired. Also, my phone has been heated up and been running very slowly after the repair. They couldve at least gave me a refund instead of charging me more to bring it in another day for repair.

Never thought this would happen but I was in Houston and broke my phone, fell out of cab, and as you all know a phone is vital to business. Cab driver told me to call these guys and they will hook me up.Turned out he was right! They were able to fix the screen and get me back to business in no time! This was my first time ever visiting this spot. They didnt fix my screen and they messed up my phone. My friend tried to tell me to go to some spot on Harwin; but I declined because of the reviews on this store. My phone wasnt ready at the time they told me. I had to wait an additional 3 hours. Even though my screen was replaced, it still is not completely fixed. I feel like I wasted my money. Im not going to ever refer anyone here nor am I ever coming back. Ill give them an E for their effort. Oh yeah, the heavy set guy seemed rude. But the young guy, John, seemed really helpful and understanding. His customer service is AWESOME.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I bought an iPhone from them once which I was told it worked on Verizon. When I get home, I come to find out it does NOT work on Verizon. Their response was, well maybe change to another carrier. Well fast forward a months later. I needed a screen repair. I though I’d give it a shot with repairs. Worst decision i ever made. They sold me one of those cheap screens from amazon which is defective. I show them that is clearly damaged, but instead they say the screen is dirty. Now I have to wait another day because they need a Tech to look at it. So what are y’all ? Why are you handling my phone if you’re not a tech. Also, they lost a screw to my phone and gave me an old screw😡

Best service ever received for cell phone repair. Wifes i phone cracked screen and vibration was all messed up, they managed to take it on and had it done within 45 mins for a very reasonable cost. Very professional and amazing service. They also do unlocking, new services and have a wide selection of accessories and cases... basically A to Z when it comes to i phone and androids.

This place is a rip-off. I brought my Phone X in to replace a broken screen. They charged me 260.00 USD. However, they took the original speaker microphone and facial recognition hardware!Then, they went, through my phone because they had my phone password, and posted a 5 star positive review on my Google account without my knowledge or my permission!Buyer Beware!!!!

I had couple phone screens replaced at this shop. Was a bad job actually. One of the phone should be ready in three days and it took actually 2 weeks. I bought a charger that didn’t fit the iPad and they refused to return it. Instead they insisted to give my wife a used one . The hole entire experience is horrible and I don’t trust there quality of the repair .

From celebrations, I dropped my iPhone more times last few days that I did in the whole year. Finally got it destroyed dropping it into a melted ice bucket. Walked by these guys and dropped off my phone expecting to buy a new one anyone. Next day, I got my phone came back in pristine condition. Savings on savings thank you!!

This the worst business I have ever dealt with. I would give negative stars if I could. They are very unprofessional, they lie like their lives depends on it...maybe it does. All I wanted was to unlock my phone and they gave the phones back to me locked and refused to refund my money. If you are here and you hear phrases like “let me call my manager”, “comeback tomorrow”, “the other employee doesn’t work here anymore”, “we’ll send it to the warehouse” just know you have been screwed. They have no idea about phones or how to fix them. If you choose them without reading reviews like I did I guess you’ll be a victim too.

Will not accept returns without management approval. Not easy getting a hold of the manager. It didnt happen in 24 hours and had to keep calling to ask for updates.I bought an IPhone 6S, upon getting home, noticed the camera didnt work. Took it back, they took a look at it and there was a motherboard issue. They would not give me a refund as the manager was not available, but exchanged it for another in a color I did not want. That phone had a battery that lasted approximately 2-4 hours. I had to have a functional phone for work and general communication. Unfortunately, this was not the place to get one for me. Fortunately, my phone carrier accepted it as an exchange for a similar price, and I purchased the new IPhone X.
