Consistently late and with unprofessional service. I waited 30 mins this time for the technician to arrive (waited almost an hour last time). My appointment was supposed to last 15 mins, yet I ended up spending over 2 hours there at that depressing shop because their system wasnt updating properly.When I told them around the two hour mark that Id like to leave with my car, the son said I was giving him attitude and threatened to lock up my truck in their garage. Im not even kidding. He also kept mentioning how he was fin losing money by working on my truck.The financially shady part: I asked him about the $18 shop maintenance fee that he charged the previous time (Ive never been charged a maintenance fee before). To his credit, he owned up to it and said that it was a mistake. But I had to ask him THREE TIMES after that to get my refund.I rarely write bad reviews, but I thought this place would be good from the positive online feedback. I even gave it a second chance after waiting an hour the previous time. But this past experience was straight up not a good time. Im interested to see how/if they respond.Save your time, money, and respect; go somewhere else. From the looks of the 10+ year old equipment and me being the only person in the store , seems like everyone else is too.

The people are really welcoming here and they listen to the customer and try to work with them. I personally got a JL audio system installed at a very decent price comparing to all the other retailers in the market. If you are looking to get a stereo system installed must come and check this place out.
