I have no prior experience with after market lighting kits. I got my truck with one already installed. One of the lights went out so someone recommended that I get a replacement here. These guys are awesome. The price for a light kit was very reasonable. As I was installing the light I found out that a part of the kit was waterlogged. They helped me diagnose my issues and helped me troubleshoot my Installation. The lady working there offered me zip ties to hold the box in place and she offered their restroom to me so I could wash my dirty hands. The man working there also gave me a great recommendation for an auto parts store where I was able to purchase other parts I needed. A+!

If you are in need for an installation for anything, hands down this is the place to go. Hospitality hits you right at the door. Great people who understand what you need and what they can do to help. Reasonable price, great deals, and time efficient. You are told that it might take up to 45 min to finish but in most cases it takes about 10 - 15 minutes. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Had a REALLY bad experience at Best Buy and decided to take my 1986 Chevrolet K 10 Classic to discount car audio. I am SO glad I did. They did a phenomenal job. They are a family owned business that treats you like family. They put in a new viper car alarm system and redid my audio wiring and amps and speakers. I could not be happier!! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and great deals compared to other stereo stores. Installing always takes twice as long as what Im told. It took 3 trial and errors to fix screen. 3 trial and errors to fix viper alarm. Thats why I didnt give 5 stars. If you have more money go else where but if your looking for a decent deal give them a try.

So far this is the best car audio shop for me. I bought and installed a subwoofer, speaker, amp, on my car. For somewhat reason my subwoofer didn’t worked. But they are always helpful to get it fixed. Just reach out to them. And keep the receipt! Be responsible ppl! Do ur research, call them and Ask questions. Check them out! They are very knowledgeable. They will explain what you need according to your music taste and budget. 👌 I would definitely recommend. Professional work done.

Just called shop and spoke to owners wife. I have spent well over 1k on my car, plus $$ on my sons car and even my sisters car. Yesterday my car caught on fire in the trunk, right behind my 5yo and 7yo. I was able to get kids out then put fire out. The wife says she is sorry she cant do anything about unless its been less then a year which it wasnt. She then tells me to go ahead and hire an attorney if I feel the need......who does this????

Prices are good. People are friendly. These DB drive competition 8s hit hard like my Rockford T1s do. They told me that they would hit and they do and I can tell you many stories about shops telling me that the subs will hit and they explode instead. I will do business here again

They are definately cheaper than anywhere else in Houston that I could find. But my screen took 5 hours installation each time and it took 3 different times because they couldnt get it to fully function properly. Same thing with my viper alarm installation. As this took 3 separate attempts also. Never would I go back. You get trial and error with them but thats because its cheaper to hire anyone willing to work for food

No one here knows anything about car audio except for the white guy in the front (Doug) and the white installer (Mike). They were very helpful when I needed to re do my system. The owner doesnt know much, hard to understand. Another guy that tried to help me was her son I believe and it seemed as he didnt want my business. Ill be back, but only to speak to them. Glad I found this place. I bought a sub and amp here. Best price in town. Even found my subs cheaper than anywhere on the net. People are friendly and dont hassle you. I even had to exchange my subs and they didnt even think twice about exchanging them for me. To bad I had already bought my radio elsewhere where I got ripped off!

I would never come back to this place got a touch screen radio put in my car and they didnt hook it up properly couldnt watch movies or use Bluetooth. I went back to have it fixed three times but left mad because they kept me waiting and acted like they didnt want my business I will be returning my radio unprofessional, rude and didnt know what they were doing .

Horrible, went in for a 15 min job. Wanted to charge me 1 hr labor or 100.00 to splice only two wires in a bypass harness.I guess I was the only white guy in the store and was monetarily profiled because I drive a BMW!!!!

Great pricing, and exceptional customer serivce probably best in town. I would definitely recommend to have all your car audio work done there. They are respectful and knowledgeable. I had a problem with a in dash stereo, it would not hook up to my old ipod. They found an older model that met all my needs, gave me back the price difference and replaced it for free. Other negative reviews seem to stem from bad product not bad service. Buy local from mom and pop shop like this dont give your money to best buy and car toys, who over charge for the same service.

One of my friends recommended to me I get the viper alarm it cost me $378 dollars next day the alarm start to acting up the remote start wont work I I take it back and the alarm works fine so they told me to take a video and some pictures so the alarm still not working properly I take it back Thursday and the guy check it and everything seems ok I have problems again next day so they told me to bring it back Monday with the proof (videos) so I did I bring everything and leave it there since 11 am they ask me for my number and never call me back so I call and they say its working now with no problems a soon I get there I told him try it and it wont work again by this time I was mad already I spend time gas and tollways for get here cause I live 35 minutes away from there so the lady on charge just told me Im sorry for the inconvenient and she ask me if I was cool to get my money back smh cause they never find what was the problem and the easy way for them was to give me my money back after 4th times completely wasted my time I never come back here again ever!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡

Got the front drives side and passenger side windows tinted along with an alarm system installed.

I had thought i need speekers and found out that i didnt need them and they work wit me and gave me my money back. The only thing the installer lost my screws to my speekers and used some dry wall short screws Dam.

Got an install for an amplifier and subwoofer. Also purchased some rear door speakers. The cost of the job was the cheapest I had found in the city. The restroom was clean and the waiting room has chairs and a TV. I will be returning to get a remote start alarm installed.
