I have been looking for a Challenger for a while. I found this at USA CAR EXPO in Texas. I live in Florida so this is new to me. I talked with Cesar about the car & Eric about financing. These two guys made everything so easy, I wasn’t expecting that. A few days later the car was ready to be transported. Cesar had the car cleaned and sent pictures going on the trailer. It arrived a couple of days later and it was everything I was told. I am a very satisfied customer and give them a AAA+++ rating.PS: went to a car show the next day 👍

Please never do business with this Dealer the general manager azamat is really a rubbish as a person. treating my family badly when buying a truck. I do not know who he works for or who manages the money but he is taking down the business. That customer service from this manager is a complete disaster. he has good vehicles but the manager is rubbish. worst rating for this Dealer

I haven’t made a purchase yet; however, Robert Taylor had help me in any way being that I am a out of state buyer. He made a video of the vehicle I was interested, and provided the cost of transportation of the vehicle. So far, the customer service has been tremendous.

Very good experience here. No forceful/pushy salesmen. The cars and trucks are exactly how they look online, very clean and in good condition. Very fast and smooth process purchasing a vehicle. The service manager Colton was very helpful to us. We definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a vehicle.

I dont want to play the race card BUT I Pulled up looked at vehicle I was interested in . Walked around lot for ten minutes. A truck pulls up ( NOT A PERSON OF COLOR IN THE TRUCK) here comes a salesman on wheels out the door to assist the other customer. I then proceeded to go inside just to see. Another salesman comes out with an attitude. I wouldnt purchase a 2022 for $1 from this place . Poor customer service skills! They lost a sale!

Would rate it a negative if possible. They sold my husband a vehicle with rust and they tried to cover up with painting over it, wasn’t even a month out before he noticed the rust. What a shame, they told him he had to fix it. They could of at least offered to fix or another vehicle or some kind of cooperation! But instead they basically just told him to deal with it. Disgusted with this dealership!

Didn’t notice in the pictures the check engine light, dealership continued to advertise the car as 100%. After purchasing the car the check engine light came back on the same night I bought it. I’ve had to put out $3,000 of my own money on a car that was advertised as no problems. The dealership turned the check engine light off and after confronted about it was told to check reviews and how they don’t run that type of business. They do in fact run that type of business, would not recommend this place to anyone for a used car. Terrible

They offered me 30% less than Kellly blue book value on my odyssey trade in today!!!! So than I offered to pay 30% less on the purchase price of there vehicle I was purchasing!!!! Didn’t sit will with them!!! Sometimes you got to give them a dose of there own medicine so they can taste their own ignorance!!!!!

We drove 3hrs from San Antonio to look at a Cadillac, ended up leaving in a Merc C300 AMG. These guys have an amazing selection. Our salesman Cesar is a badass. We test drove probably 7 cars and each time he was hustling getting the next one ready before we finished our current drive. Zero pressure, and info he researched rather than talk out his butt to get the sale. Car is so nice that my partner bought I may come back and buy from them again. She was giggling the whole way home. Great job guys.

These guys were unprofessional in my experience. I liked 3 vehicles on their lot but I decided on a 2019 Ford F-350.....Even though it was slightly over priced I liked truck and I had the funds available. The sale person brought me into the office, took my information and produced me a final purchase price. ($80,000). 45 minutes later, I returned with the funds and was informed the the truck wasnt available. That right, it had been sold a few days prior.No pending sales notice, not SOLD sign, no warning!At the end of the day, I couldve purchased one of the other vehicles but opt out of dealing with them based on my gut feeling.Nonetheless, I found the exact same truck, same wheels, same equipment $7,000 cheaper......I encourage everyone to look around first and I hope USA Car Expo do a better job to prevent this from happening again.

I purchased this vehicle on May 17, 2016 with the Used Car Mgr. Tim Tejo at the time had visited the dealership a month prior seeking a second vehicle which the day after my 2003 Mercedes was totaled. So at my end I went into USA Car Expo and spoke with Tim and he said OK I can help n I trusted him not to have me repeating the same incidents. Well, after I got the car home that evening I notice the front driver window and lock had issues I immediately called him and was told to bring the car back to see whats wrong its maybe just you need to use the key initially I took the car back and his porter/half way mechanic wasnt able to fix the issue I was told to use the warranty. Exactly one week later this car automatic light came on and car was to low to drive and at which time I called him and of course by now he seems like Im getting on his nerves and even stop replying to my text and calls. I went by the dealership he let me wait like for even and finally I went into his office and he told me I had to take it to a mechanic they didnt have one on property and I need to use my warranty. I called warranty company to find out it wasnt covered. I called Mr. Tim Tejo back and explained this and again he stop answering my calls so I went back to dealership. Again left sitting and waiting I took the car over to MPH Automotive Services they check car and said this is a suspension issues these front suspensions are losing air June 13,2016, less than a month of having the car. The owner of MPH spoke with Tim Tejo and they argued, because Tim Tejo was stating that is not the issue. So they send the vehicle to be checked and all the time Im asking for a loaner car oh no we dont do that so they mechanic say it was the suspension but however he didnt have the machine to reset suspension once work was done. So, Tim assist me in ordering the part on E bay motors with my CC and part went to they office I had to pay a mechanic Mr. Gerald at his shop Gerald Mobile Tech, having to have the car towed and no rental. again this is not even a month of having the car. Well once that was repaired car did it again on 6/25 after repaired on 6/17/2016, he checked it was the passenger side now, again ordered part from eBay motors and part was delivered directly to shop on 7/12 and repaired again I had to pay out of pocket for a rental in the sum of $498.00 to Enterprise. Please note all these pics of the examples of the issues I have had with is car. This car fell again Jun 28, 2016 , and please keep in mind the whole time im texting and calling Tim of the issues. This time i had car towed to USA Car Expo , now here;s the kicker the window that I stated had a problem the tow truck driver let it down and he would go back up please see pics of the car on flat bed with window down and it was raining. they again didnt do anything. I was we having it fixed and adding the fee onto the back of the deal. By now I saying look this car is no good just give me another car, you all have my $3000 down and i been working on the car and paying $471 car note.I pick up this car on Aug 12, and literally drive it 45 mins and the car was now lifted to high and was sitting off balance so Im riding down the road in a car that look like a hot rod from behind and on the ground in the front and I took pics and text Tim and said What the Hell , he laughed and said oh no just push the buttons in the car and drive it to reset. i did that car never did right so finally I had to go to AZ because Tim of course was giving me the run around. Again I asked just give me another car so that I can stop dealing with these issues well I was told by AZ we going to seat and talk Tim and I and I will let you know. Well they decided not to and to pick up the car and give me a loaner while trying to fix it. NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS CAR STILL A LEMON AND HAVE FILLED WITH BBB/LEMON LAW ACT AND KEN PAXTON ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICERamon may want to get away from these ppl who doing really bad business.

First of all, there are two places I usually despise going. The phone store and auto dealerships. Thanks to USA Car Expo, I can cross one off the list! I found the car online, (Im usually a truck guy). I went to their lot, met Ramon Lopez, found the car and it was everything the listing said it was. There were no hidden surprises, they didnt try to omit anything about the car. I was pleasantly surprised at the wide selection of clean, low mile cars and trucks and how clean the dealership looked. We loaded the family up in the car I was interested in (including my mother in law), and took it for a test drive. I was very pleased with the car, but had a few more on my list to look at. There was no pressure from any of the salesmen when I said I might be back. We went all over Houston crossing cars / trucks off my list and ended up going back to USA Car Expo to look at the car again because the other cars / trucks didnt look quite as nice as they did in the pictures. Once I decided to get the car, there were circumstances that delayed the process on my part and a lot of communication back and forth over 3 days. Every time I called or messaged, I got a return call or message back within a timely manner (sometimes even after they had closed!) Got everything squared away, filled out the credit application on my lunch break, and got a call saying it was approved and that I would be contacted by the General Sales Manager - Tim Trejo. Tim called and said everything was good to go. I told him to take it around back and I would be there that afternoon to pick it up. Got there, did the paperwork and drove off with a smile!Stress / hassle free.... Ramon, Tim, I just gotta say... You guys rock!Thank you for your professionalism and it is a pleasure doing business with you! We will be back! By the way, Im loving my Charger SRT 392!

Ran my credit even after I told them I wasnt interested. I told them I was just shopping and specifically asked them not to run my credit until I was actually ready to buy, but they ran it anyway a month after I bought a vehicle from another dealership.

Came in today to look at a black lifted 2013 Toyota tundra. I drove all the way from Conroe Texas about an hour away because the salesperson convinced me it was extremely clean and worth my time. when I get there and look at it the first thing I see is about 4 in of metal hacked off of the frame by both tires and spray painted black so the oversized tires will fit. the front bumper was held on with zip ties as well as the driver and passenger side tire trim pieces. you could not convince me yall didnt see this during inspection. buyers beware at this place.

If you want quality and great pricing, then this is the location. Last week I purchase my second Ford F-150 from USA Car Expo and altogether this was my 6th vehicle I got from them. I have no complains. Ive gone to other car dealerships and they dont compare to them. They are meticulous with the quality procedure. Interior, Exterior and engine of all my vehicles very impressive. Currently I’ve owned this car I’ve bought from the dealership Back in Sept/October 2019. They sold me the car modified and they knew it was modified . Now I’m going through the process of needing to seek legal action to revert the “Warranty” that was “Top of the Line” and covers ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! $4000 plus it was rolled into my loan adding $2,500-3000 on top in interest. Please don’t do business here ! Take it from me 💯 has to pay out of pocket . I have the receipts and proof. Nothing here is needed to ruin the reputation this is the honest truth till it’s resolved.

I bought a pick up truck here. I regret when I trust this people. I had bought certified used vehicles before and no issues. This truck its a 2014 Ram ecodiesel . I didnt even driven 1000 miles on it. Found that it was smoking under the engine when I checked it. Found it had a damage on the exhaust system, I will post the pictures of the damaged and I will try to get consumer laws to help me. This vehicle its inoperable at this moment. It may catch on fire. According to a Dodge dealer service dept. Its going to cost me around $8,000 to get it back to drive le condition

I was referred over by my brother who bought a truck here last month. I was impressed with their truck selection. We weren’t hounded like most dealerships. Their lot was also very clean. One thing that stood out was the customer service and hospitality, if you will. We were welcomed by salesman, Ro, whom was very knowledgeable and professional. The guy is a pro. Needless to say, I’ll be back with my wife next week.

Ive been window shopping at a few places but I wanted to point out that here they have great customer service. First off my calls actually get answered. Ramon has been polite and theres no rush in trying to get me off the phone. That I appreciate. When youre not definite on what you want it seems hard to keep people interested in wanting to help. But I havent had a problem with that here.

Sold me a lemon and a bogus warranty. Within 500 miles a check engine light came on. According to my mechanic this is a known issue with these cars and resetting the Ecu turns the light off for about this long. $1400 later I discovered the car also has a parasitic battery drain that causes it to die if I leave it for more than 24 hours without driving it. The dealership was clearly aware of the battery issue and the warranty offered did not cover either repair.Update: To clarify, the issue was with a parasitic drain, not the battery. The car literally would die within 3 days of sitting without being started. Hard to imagine that you werent aware of this seeing as it sat in your inventory for nearly a year. Additionally, the check engine light was for a gasket failure on the valve cover—undeniably a power-train issue ($1400 dollar fix). This issue is known to surface intermittently, and my mechanic (who specializes solely in these cars) informed me that the gasket was in such poor shape that the issue clearly existed long before I purchased the vehicle. Furthermore, I did approach you about the issue, within weeks of the purchase (still well within free warranty period). The owner informed me that the warranty doesnt cover gaskets and that the car was sold as is.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! At first I was skeptical that the photos were edited so we decided to go check it out. The vehicle looked exactly as the photo portrayed. The ENTIRE staff was so accommodating, friendly & patient. They are not pushy here at all and very laid back, which I really liked! They helped us get the best deal possible through financing to help us walk away with the car we wanted and the payments we wanted. Our salesman was Kevin & he was great; but honestly, there’s not a single person here that you wouldn’t be pleased with. If we ever need to buy another used vehicle, I will definitely check USA Car Expo first.

Worst online experience ever. These guys sold me a wrecked truck. I purchased online so when I asked to see the damages that were visible they sent me pictures of all the rock chips but conveniently skipped over the part that was wrecked. Once I sent the down payment they were nowhere to be found. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Horrible experience and even worse costumer service. BEWARE!

Had the worst experience with them in person& no one was helping make it better!! Esp their sales rep Will... Their slogan should be money talks bullshit walks & basically have to prepay if your looking to buy while app is processing or the car your buying will be sold from under you!! Ruined our credit just to run numerous apps without permission!!!

Purchased 2014 ram 2500 a couple weeks ago, my plates and extra key was mailed to me in less than 2 weeks, great staff and experience.

I was just passing by and I’ve seen some lifted trucks. I went inside and one of the sales person Kevin I believe, Showed me around, I wasn’t pressured nor rushed. Will be coming back to buy one for sure. Definitely the place to get a vehicle.
