First, they knew I had a bad financial situation, they were able to get me in a car that I never thought I could get. Second, my down payment was more than my debit card allowed. So they worked with me to break it down and gave me the car while I pay it day by day. These guys will work with you there’s no reason why you couldn’t come out with a vehicle.

Im a mechanic, and they sold my fiance an incredible overpriced money pit.. This car needs sooo much work. Leaky radiator(botched cheap jb weld job on $20 part lol), 4 bad mismatching tires, front end repairs needed, blown speakers, cracked leather seats, cracked dash.. the list goes on. Nearly $20000 for a 2009 Lexus with 160k miles. My blood boils every time I have to drive her car knowing how much they screwed her over. And now I have to pick up their mechanics slack..

I was in and out of here in so little time compared to most dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Mark and he was so helpful. Not only was I able to purchase my first push to start but I paid most of it and the rest is same as cash within 30 days so no crazy high interest. Covid policys are in place and the office is clean and sanitized.. 10/10 would buy here again. Referring my daughter to come here and get out of her beater. Was also given car fax so it was nothing shady I knew exactly what I was buying. CLEAN TITLE! Thank yall so much for everything!

Eric sold me a Car here and I absolutely would NOT recommend this place. I hadn’t even had the car for 2 months before is started giving me problems. Took it to a mechanic to get looked at and it has a bad engine. I went up to the dealership to work something out with them. Like a possibility of getting a different vehicle that I wouldn’t have to change the entire engine! Eric said he would call his mechanics and they would take care of it and replace the engine free of charge however when I called back the next day to get the information on where I drop the car of so it can get fixed. He said it was going to be my responsibility to pay for it! Now I’m stuck to deal with this mess. I told him I would be selling the vehicle instead. Then he tells me I may not get back what I spent on it. Well duhh! Because they overcharged me too! They do not care about their customers here plain sleazy car salesmen !

I dont usually publish reviews, but I feel the need to share my experience. I purchased my truck with cash, in May it is now July and when I called to inquire about the title and plates I was basically yelled at for being impatient and lectured. Ok how about some photos of my experience. First off the truck was mis-advertised to make it seem like a better deal. It was advertised with a different engine and trim level then is present in the truck. Two weeks after purchase the rear brakes are making a horrible grinding noise. Rust is all over both rear wheels. I take the truck that just passed mandatory state inspection two weeks earlier to my mechanic and he calls me back in disbelief. My mechanic notifies me that the pads look recently changed but one of the pads on both sides of the truck are put on backwards. Totally destroyed both discs, and the new pads. Not trusting the prior service an entire new brake job on the whole truck was performed. Dishonest poor experience to be had here.UPDATE::If you look below Kevin asked me to provide copies of receipts for the vehicle to reimburse the faulty work. I provided copy of all receipts and documentation from my mechanic showing the faulty work pictured below. He assured me I would be refunded for the misunderstanding. Over a year later still no refund. I didnt expect to hear from him again. Just know who you are dealing with.

This is not a great place, i do not recommend. Giant Auto Mart picked my car up a few days before Christmas behind $55. Obviously I was not even a month late!! They told me in order to get the car back i had to pay it off $10,000. This is not of God during these times especially. Please people find you somewhere else to go. I should get a lawyer to look into this and they also went thru my purse. I understand the vehicle is theirs but my purse is also mine, lets be fair

I bought a 2010 Explorer from Giant Auto Mart on 7/1/20. I was greeted by Kevin (Finance Manager) and Alex. These two gentlemen were professional, attentive, and very prompt. Their customer service was outstanding.Long story short, I was amazed at the deal I got for my truck. I got a low down payment and low bi weekly payments for the vehicle. I’m not a fan of the bi weekly payments... I would rather have monthly payments. The experience that Alex and Kevin provided made me overlook it and I want to continue to do future business with them.

Great experience! Found a vehicle on FB and spoke with Lazaro and was able to work out the entire deal. When I arrived on the lot, the vehicle was just as described, they answered all the questions I had and were EXTREMELY accommodating. When asked about the last oil change, they went and had the vehicles oil change when I asked. When inspecting the tires, I found one that was older than the others and they put a new tire on. The managers were all very friendly and you could tell they truly cared about their customers. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service I received here, and will DEFINITELY be back for my next purchase.

I was a bit apprehensive about having to have on-site financing & I knew very little about the process. Mark took the time to explain everything in detail & answer all my questions. I left Giant Auto Mart with a car I love along with peace of mind in regards to my decision on the car but, especially on choosing Giant Auto Mart. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If youre trying to build credit and you get in house financing, guess what. They dont report to any credit bureau. On top of that they have a high finance rate. Never again.

I had been passing this dealership on my way to work everyday and they always had nice cars out in front. One Day there was this Infinity G37 parked in the front, so I stopped to look at it. Kevin and Anderson talked to me and told me how the process works. They really helpful and down to earth. I didn’t feel pressured into buying the car. I told Anderson I really wanted that car but I needed a few days before I could get the downpayment. He said no problem and he told me he would hold it for two weeks for me. I really appreciated that because anyone else would have said first come first serve. I’ve had the car six months now and she runs perfectly. When I come in it’s like I’m visiting friends the staff are always friendly and professional. I’d definitely purchase another car here.

Im a veteran currently serving in the national guard. I came in needed a dependable car that I can pay off soon. Anderson and the owner were very helpful. The first time I called I was not ready to purchase. He told me to call him back when I was ready, but not before taking the time to understand my financial situation and assuring me they could help. I am horrible with names, but he was so professional on the phone, when I called back a few months later, I surely remembered to ask for him by name. I was on orders and was out of town. I spoke with him on the phone and via text the week leading up to me purchasing. I told him what I had for down payment, and what I could afford for a car note. He sent me pictures of cars in my range, I was able to narrow it down to two cars. He informed me that he was off the day I was coming in, but he already made sure the salesman that would be taking care of me was well prepared to pick up where he left off. I also like the fact that he didnt try to make sure I only came when he was there. This shows me that the employees there work as a team, or should I say family? When I got there I had all the documentation they needed, I test drove both vehicles, and made my selection. They even did the leg work to find me insurance quotes. The entire process took, maybe 2.5 hours. The customer service, and attention to detail was amazing! Im glad I made this choice, after passing up the lot so many times. BONUS: I had my niece and nephew with me aged 9 and 2, they even played with them and gave the kids candy while they waited!

This was the least stressful experience I have had buying a car! It didnt feel like I was being pressured into buying a car I didnt want like at other car places. I spoke with mr. Anderson. The car that I wanted to look at was sold earlier. Wanted to look at another car that was in their inventory lot across the street. The person across the street pretty much told me no he doesnt want me to buy a car from him and if I do Ill have to put on an extremely large down payment. On top of that he didnt bother to even show me the car. Im glad I told him 500 instead of the original 4200 that I wanted to put down just to see his reaction.Nobody walks Ha! Yea, right

This owner Eric is rude! He yelled at me in front of customers. I had a vehicle that start giving me problems and the owner worked with me and decided to swap cars because it was costing too much to contain fix. I didnt blame him because used cars are just that used cars u never know what the previous owner did tobthe car.
