Ryan was very helpful at the time okay but Ryan also thinks that he was slick as well he put me in a nice red chevy cruze but guess what the car is a lemon and they tell you when you purchase the car that there is a money back with in 30 days of purchase okay so the check engine light came on the car started smell something burning the car is shaking 2nd day of me having the car right I called drive time and told them I need a new car and they said why you dont like it I said I havent even made my first payment and Im having problem they say call sliver rock they will take care of it okay I did just that since my check engine light goes off and on when it want they couldnt help me because sliver rock does not cover it okay so I call back up to drive time and tell them what problem Im going through with this car I just got okay they say there is nothing that I can do just go through silver rock so Im mad know because they are giving me a run around and Im not received any help so I decided to call bridge crest to complain they say they should have switched you into another car when you started to have problem with that car I say they never even offered that service to me okay if I was you dont buy a car from drive time all the craziness going on and Im going to get my lawyer to look into this because this place is a not worth the headache do your self a favor and dont go here unless you are desperate for a car and today is april 22,2021 and I havent even had my second car payment yet and still stuck with a lemon the only option they gave me was give the car back I dont gety money back and they said they are going to put it on my credit Im so out done with drive time it not even funny but one thing for sure my lawyer will handle it because they now they are wrong sell lemons.

Went to get a car , spoke with Robert SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PHONE to ensure I had everything once I arrived . I informed him , I am in an Uber and I don’t want to waste money coming up there. Soon as I got there , he start doing things that he didn’t speak about over the phone!! When confronted about his mistakes , he replied “ our phone conversations are recorded” he failed to ask specific questions over the phone before wasting my time. He failed to take responsibility for his mistakes. I would not recommend, any place that doesn’t own up to their mistakes is not a place to buy from. I’m glad I did not buy from here ! Lacked customer service and decency . God forbid if I would’ve purchased a car and something went wrong , they would’ve never took the responsibility.I end up getting a car else where and very satisfied with my purchase!!! Would not recommend this place

Do not buy from here! I bought a car and warranty with my car 2 weeks ago and have major engine problems and transmission problems. They are not covering any of the damages. They knowingly sold me a car that is ligit leaking water and cost me 6,000 In damages! This place is a joke and I have hired an attorney! Please beware of this place. They do not stand behind their warrantyUpdate drivetime is looking into this. They seemed helpful that they would cover cost of damages.Update: drive time was kind enough to cover almost all the problems with my car. Very happy. Would highly recommend after the experience I had with customer relations.

This included finding me the car i actually wanted that i didnt see in the list of available cars. I test drove it and I loved it. Awesome customer service and got us the car we were looking for

I didn’t buy here turned it down. I would like to share why because it’s insane how many people are happy to throw money away. First of all they do a hard inquiry on your credit report this drops your credit score. Next the down payment they give you online is towards select vehicles only. The car I went to look at was 9 years old the down payment was more than twice what the online down payment was. So if a 9 year old car won’t qualify for that online down payment I don’t know what will. When they brought my offer to the table it was at a rate of 23% interest. That’s crazy considering the state max is 18% by law. They get around this law through the means by which they finance. If you go to the bank 18% is the max by law on a auto loan. So if your desperate and feel drive time is your only option then by all means go waste your money.
