Avoid this place at all cost unless you want to wait from 11:15am to 3:00pm. Initially I was told that it would an 1 and a half to tint my windows, so I agreed to wait.The technician procrastinated and took personal phone calls, all while I waited and when I attempted to speak with management about it, he gaslit me. Stating that he told me would be an hour” before they would start”. That’s not what I was toldThey process your payment and then proceed to waste your entire day, your pretty much forced to wait as they have a “NO REFUND” policy.Definitely my 1st and last time spending my money here.

Repeat customer. They did a great job on my tint for a really good price! I called around and got quotes that were over $100 more for my vehicle. I brought my old car here two years ago for a tint job also. They try to get you in and out as soon as they can. I was also able to wait with my vehicle. Other places were saying due to Covid, I would have to drop off my vehicle during the installation.

Even though I had some hiccup with my experience in the beginning the owner and team here was very accommodating. I got a tint and the owner Amir dropped me off to work not once but 3 times.They understood the value of customer service and cleared out all my concerns professionally. I went there yesterday to get a tinting job on my car, the older man I talked with priced the job for $120, but he was fully booked. He gave me his business card to call him today, but when I called today it was younger individual who answered... very rude and arrogant. He said my price is $180, and completely ignored me trying to tell I was there yesterday and got an appointment for today. I had a window tinting job there before, and that was definitely the last one. Ill take my business to places that respect people. Whoever the owner of that business is, he needs to train his employees to respect his customers. I would have given you 0 star if that was an option.

Just awful. Should have known the price was too good to be true. I have an old truck that needed the dash to be cut to fit a different stereo. They looked at it, told me no problem. I can have it done in a couple of hours. I dropped it at 11:30 AM. Around 5:00, I showed back up, thinking maybe they had written my number down wrong or something, but nope. Truck was untouched 4.5 hours later. Im easy going so I said No problem. I dont want you to rush. You have to cut the dash so take your time, I can pick it up any time tomorrow. I just want it done right....3:00 PM the next day, my dash was hacked like Michael J Fox and Stevie Wonder had a party with a hacksaw. The manager couldnt care less. In the middle of me asking how did you guys cut this? and do you have any trim to cover this up? He just walked away and jumped on a phone call (which is funny because the 4 times i called this place while my truck was with them it rang for 8 min before it just hung up).I will have to buy a whole new dash to fix whatever it is they did. Just dispicable work. Completely unprofessional. I could have done this drunk in my garage.I would rather they turned my business away. If they want to make this right they got my number.I included a photo of the finished product of what this company thinks is a quality install.*******DO NOT GO HERE*******

I cannot overstate how much I regret ever setting foot inside this shop. I purchased a remote key for my car here and they programmed it for me. For months since, my car alarm that they programmed has not worked right, even though I came back here twice for them to fix it. I tested the alarm by locking my car and opening the door by reaching through the window, and the alarm did not go off. However, the alarm DOES go off randomly all the time (at first it was every day it was going off with the slightest tremble of the ground) and the only way to turn it off is to start the car. Now, after they said they fixed it twice, it’s going off randomly when I open the passenger door. It took them over 4 hours to program my remote and half a day of waiting in my two subsequent visits. I called them again today and they said they’d call me back with their availability and not only did they not call, now they’re not even picking up my calls. Also worth noting that halfway through installation they said they needed another part, and I honestly doubt that was the case, since they are extremely shady here. This place is awful. Don’t hire these people or you’ll regret it. I wish I was more thorough in reading the reviews for this place.

I don’t know why few people giving bad reviews here. This place is better place then others. Prices are reasonable and quality of work is way better than others out there, specially here on highway 6. Managers are friendly and gives you a respect. Their sitting area is comfortable. They got pretty cool gadgets for almost every car. I got best tint work and got a warranty too. And I paid 50% less than market price and I am very happy and definitely come back for my sound system upgrade. Keep it up guys!!

Highly unprofessional! The mexican who works there always has an attitude. Dropped off my car to get the hood painted and it was supposed to be ready the next day. they never called to let me know that they needed another day to finish, i drove by earlier and my car was outside and still haven’t received a phone call that it was finished. wouldn’t recommend coming here and i probably won’t be back again. waste of time and money.

Shawn and his team at Car Audio Zone are fantastic. I had access to great prices on speakers, amp, and a subwoofer from other sources. Shawn agreed to install them for a very reasonable price. When he looked into it, he explained that because I was keeping the factory head unit, I needed a channel converter, and gave me several options, ranging from very inexpensive to expensive. I weighed my options and chose the one best for me.The system was installed on a Saturday, although he told me it might need to be kept over until Monday. I told him and his excellent installers, I really wanted it that day, so they stayed past 7pm and completed it for me.Shawn had to leave the store for an hour or so, so he let me camp out on the sofa in his office instead of being out front where people could see me and bang on the door. Thats service you dont expect.The work was flawless and done professionally. The system sounds amazing and I couldnt be more pleased. Shawn was honest and kept me informed all of the way. His installers are pleasant and professional. I keep thinking of the huge grin on the face of the main installer when he had me sit in the car for the first time after the install.The car audio business, like many others, can be shady at times. When you find a locally owned business with high integrity, then you stick with it. This is one of the most unprofessional places as far as customer service. I went in to get a quote on installation of a 360 degree Camera. The manager told me to have a seat and he will get back with me, but I waited a moment, and left and went off somewhere and never came back. So while sitting, I decided to get up and look at other products they have to offer. So I asked this other gentleman who appeared to be one of the managers as well about start up kit, for using the fab to automatically start vehicle. He gave me a quote of two different ones, and one slightly higher than the other. So I asked what does the one that cost more offer that the other doesn’t. He told me hold on a moment and he will get back with me. He went to assist another customer, and I stood there and watch, and after assisting the other customer, he went on to doing something else. RUDE!!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!! & TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I would rather take my money to a shade tree technician, than to pay for any service with this company. After reading many reviews from others, I’m glad I experienced that kind of service. I believe that saved me from being a victim of suffering from a BIG LOSS!!! I took my Tahoe here last week to get it tinted and the service was great. They did a great job and it was fast.

This is the worst level of customer service I have ever experienced!!! I called about 1pm and made an appointment for 6pm to get my car tinted. When I arrived on time for my appointment this ridiculous excuse for an employee asks me for a receipt, I asked for what reason and he says for your tint. I stated, when I called to make an appointment the individual said nothing about prepaying. He says oh well I cant help you. He pointed to his computer and said if you dont have a receipt for your appointment theres nothing we can do. I have never been so insulted in my entire life. Maybe you all should hire employees who care about the customer and benefiting the company because I am definitely taking my money and business elsewhere. Very very upset!!! Not to mention I sat in traffic to make it to the location. Please find somewhere else to get your car worked on dont bother calling these ppl!!

Took my 2019 Sonata in for window tinting based on a referral. They did an excellent job, quality work at very reasonable prices.

I went there to install all my interior speakers and some subs and amp on my 2012 f150 about 2 months ago and they did a really good clean job. They will also warranty their work for a yr. so thats a plus. As far as price goes, it was pretty decent compared to other places.

Got tiny here 1year ago,well they say 1year ago from 2016.I say 1year ago 2017.meaning got tint in 2017 warranty good til Aug 18,2018.But they say 2016 Warranty good til Aug 18,2017.so they charged me $ 27.61 for the one front passenger side window that peeled up.

I did car tint there, they need a reservation first and when I get there they told me it will take about an hour to finish but it took them about an hour and a half.The manager/owner was very polite and nice.

It does a great job of neutralizing harmful chemicalsThis is my 2nd Prozone. The first one lasted at least 13, 14 years. It traveled with me wherever I went. It does a great job of neutralizing harmful chemicals, mold and odors. This isnt to be used continuously like an air cleaner. It cleans and neutralizes according to sq ft for a set period of time and must be shut off. Because ozone is powerful, it should only be used in measured doses. If overused, it can irritate the sinuses and lungs in humans and animals. If used properly, there should be no problem. I would highly recommended

The store hours are 9:30 - 7:00 . Well got there at 9:30 and waited until 10:00 and no one ever got there . Was going to get a job finished they didnt finish it since a week ago .

Do not go here! I brought five devices here to repair, three iPads and two iphones. Three had cracked screens, one had a broken home button, and one had a broken external speaker. The price was a little below average price and Amir made me a deal since I was paying cash. The repairs were done in three days and I picked up the items. Three weeks later, one Ipad and one iPhone screen that Amir had worked on came off the device, as of the adhesive did not set properly. I returned to see if he would warranty his work. Amirs reply was that I should just go buy a new device or repay him to fix his mistakes. Save the headaches people, many other places can do these repairs. Now Im paying another shop to fix his mistakes. Btw he sends the items out of house to be fix, wish he told me that first.

Update [ They did fix the Tint and it has held up since but because he was rude and they messed up the first time i took my other car to Cartronix which was done rite the first time and has lasted so far as well.]should of listened to the reviews had window tint done took about 2 hours no big deal. But my back window had some air bubbles in i called the guy back same day so he could look at it. He told me no need to look at it just wait 48 hours and if its still there he will fix it. We shall see i have the 1 year warrrenty but come on few seconds just to look at it or lay it rite the first time Small thing

HORRIBLE! I wish I could give them NEGATIVE stars. This place is a total joke and other people need to know about it. We had purchased a brand new Pioneer stereo ELSEWHERE and although my husband is pretty handy at stereo installation, this install required the factory opening to be enlarged. BECAUSE we wanted a professional installation (haha - little did we know), we went to Pro Zone. Amir Khan, the manager or whoever the hell he is, said that it would be around $130, and less if my husband ran the wiring himself.So my husband runs all the wiring necessary for the stereo, and takes it up to Pro Zone on 4/27/13 to have it installed. A couple hours later, they call us and tell us its ready. When my husband goes up to pick up the car, as soon as he turns it on, he notices a horizontal line going all the way across the top of the screen (this stereo had an 8 touch screen). My husband asks what happened and thats when the BS begins. They have NO idea how that got there! THEY didnt do it! It was LIKE THAT when we brought it in! LIARS! This was a brand new, out-of-the-box stereo.The run-around commences. Over the next week, Amir first tells us that we should go through Pioneer to claim the warranty. Why? We didnt break it! Then he says HE will go through HIS guy to try and get it replaced. TRY? YOU BROKE IT!!!! This went back and forth for a week, with Amir trying his best to get us to pay an ADDITIONAL $200 to upgrade to the newest model. What??? Hes trying to take his screw-up and upsell us??? After reading other reviews on Google, its apparent that this is how he operates. He messes up an installation and then tries to get you to pay up MORE money to fix it, never taking responsibility for any of it.To add insult to injury, the installation they did was shoddy and unprofessional. I could have taken a hacksaw to the dashboard and done a better job. The opening was jagged and the stereo didnt even sit all the way inside it. Watching these fools FORCE the stereo into the opening by pressing the top of the screen with their thumbs explained exactly HOW that line appeared.This place does crappy, second-rate work at inflated prices. They lie and will damage your vehicle, then claim no responsibility. We learned the hard way. Take my advice and RUN away.

This place has terrible service and is overpriced. I bought my alarm online and brought it here for installation and was charged $75 that only works halfway. The alarm would not unlock the doors. They said I need something else for my car to make the unlock function work. Total BS because I ended up bringing my car (2012 model) to another place to get it fixed. Prepare to wait if you come here. I brought it in 2pm and they told me it would be finished by 7pm. In reality, they didnt finished until 7:45pm. They owner is rude and doesnt care. Didnt even offer half a refund. I honestly think they messed up the installation on purpose in attempt to get me to buy their alarms. Other places in the area sell alarms and installation for half the price. Not a trustworthy business. I wished I had shopped around before stopping here.
