Only come here if your going to get meat. Other wise your better off getting your tacos, lunch plates ect. Some where else. One of the ladies in that area was really rude when taking our order. Had we been men it wouldve been a different story.

Hi! i’m a customer here at this store, the food is okay but OVERPRICED. when i come here to get snacks or meat for my children and my boyfriend. theirs one worker that we like a lot and we give her tips sometimes we’ll buy her a coke or sweet bread. we notice that she gets mistreated a lot , we also notice that the other co workers talk bad about her even the manager too. she welcomes us very good and she’s always in a good mood, she’s very nice and hardworking.

Good service but marinated meat is nasty

I always get tacos here theyvara of my favorites just when I have chance because I live far but food is delicious and tortillas home made and the tacos are hige definitely higher recommended try it not regrets at all.

Bad customer service! Closed at 8:00 when sign says 8:30. Guy came to the door and said they close at 8 to count money and leave at 8:30. CHANGE YOUR TIME ON THE DOOR AND WEBSITE! NEVER GOING BACK.

New to the area so Ive been coming here for my barbacoa fix . The food is always hot and fresh. The pic ode Gallo is ok . Some of their equipment looks old but the outside of business is clean. The women that serve you food are usually VERY rude. Place is ok.

I live close to another Matamoros but I drive 10 minutes just go get my meat from this location. You can actually see the difference in the way the meat its cut, how it smells, and the butchers here have better customer service.I live near a Matamoros, but I drive 10 minutes just to buy my meat at this location. You can see the difference in how the meat is cut with less fattening, thinner, and the smell of the meat is more pleasant. The employees of the butcher shop are more friendly, and it is seen that they handle their work well.

The owners of this store should invest in educating their employees to be nicer to non-Mexican people or customers.The young woman who works as a cashier has a very bad attitude towards clients, she never smiles and is completely rude with clients, she answers them with a know-it-all attitude and it seems that she does not need patronage from clients.The service area is dirty whenever I have had to stop to do some shopping, the prices of the products are exaggeratedly high and the quality of their meats leaves much to be desired.It is not a lie but I made some previously seasoned meats in the store, they had a horrible taste that not even my dogs wanted to eat it. this comment may be of no use in getting the owners to do something about it. But if someone reads this comment before going shopping, it might save them a waste of their money and a bad customer experience.

Being a reasonable and sensible person, I have to express that the quality of this meat is simply not at least a minimum charity. The Chicken, without exacerbating, is the Worst I have bought in my whole life. The butchers dont mind selling a product that represents their pride in work. To was conjectured and Shasta stems of Esteban meat expired. For your good star and health please do not buy your meat in this place.
