Excellent Service, Outstanding Staff

Bought some decorative metal panels that are manufactured by Chemetal thru Rugby. Material did not match the sample. Product had stripes in the clear coat finish. Gerard Doyle, one of there sales reps came to my house and agreed that there was problem with the material. He took pictures and sent it back to the general manager, Mark Bartle. After they discussed it with Chemetal they denied a refund on the material saying it is supposed to look like that. It doesnt match the sample that I was supplied before I ordered the material. Stripes on the material could not be seen until the plastic protective film was removed. The protective film isnt removed until after the material is cut and installed. Do not order material from this company. They sell materials from manufacturers like Chemetal that wont stand behind their products.
