Whoa!! Prices went up up and away!! I went in about 3 months ago and they were still amazing prices, cool finds. I went in today and other people were snubbing the prices. A $30 picture is now about $150. I realize this is a non profit helping people but the change is awful for a buyer looking to save some money and also help other people. A lot of things I could buy new . Example. I have this plywood table. I didn’t pay retail half of the price they are selling it for. It’s really sad. I hope it goes back to a fun place to shop. Sure to sell more with reasonable prices.

This was my first time to visit. I shopped for an hour. I definitely will return when I have longer to browse all the items. There are so many unique and variety of things to buy. Great place to find items needed for repair/replacement for your home and all kinds of items for Arts and Crafts. Ill be returning soon. Taking the truck next time. YOUVE GOT TO CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF.

Best H4H (for selection) in Houston area right now. As with everything, sucks that prices have gone up but I still enjoy coming to browse what they have although I often leave empty-handed due in part to prices. Seems inventory is lingering around longer. But still a good alternative to buying brand new for some things and you can still find some sweet deals here and there... just gotta come early and often. I usually grab a book or two as well.

This there’s got to be the biggest Habitat for Humanity I’ve ever been in. They have everything that you could ever want old stuff new stuff weird stuff cool stuff useless stuff clothing even restrooms you can use. The people that work there are very helpful Jacqueline at the front desk is always very nice. Whenever we go there we never leave empty-handed. Only bad thing I can say about this store is they don’t bargain on the prices and if something does not have a price marked on it they will not sell it you have to wait till the manager comes in and prices it takes like a week or something. Most of the prices are fair to high and somethings are just cheaper to buy new. You have to check back every chance you get because things turn over fast and if you see something buy it if you really like it because it will not be there next time you go back and they seem to be having sales lately like shutters are five dollars apiece right now, toilets are $10 off, and wood trim is half price right now but that can change

Every visit is unlike the last. Items are donated, marked for sale and quickly sold. So if you see something you want, dont go home and think on it today, as someone already did that yesterday and are on their way there now to buy that item!! The store is well organized into different departments and is well lit and safe. It can be hard to find someone to offer you a hand or advice but thats ok. I could literally spend hours in here messing with all the upcycling and recycling ideas that come to me.Creativity is certainly switched on when you arrive. They have bathrooms to the far left outermost corner...and if you walk by them youll end up outside where more wondrous ideas are awakened.I brought my tennis gals in here once and they all fell in love with something. You likely will too. The pics speak for themselves but pretty much cover the flow of the store and what you are likely to see on any given visit. But remember stock turns over quickly so dont wait long to buy your one of a kind item.I love this place, you just have to know your own limits. Its great to dream though!!!

This particular restore has a great selection of natural stone tiles and interior/exterior doors. Also a good selection for home electricians projects and some good workshop cabinet and counter options. Keep up the great work!

This location has a huge variety of used and some new household items. If you want kitchen cabinets to install in the garage or at a fishing cabin this should be your first stop. If you want pavers, tile or vintage wood floors check out the inventory. A big selection of lighting, doors, sinks, toilets and much, much more. The store is well organized, the employees and volunteers polite and helpful.Usually there are some kitchen appliances available as well as garage door openers. Basically you never know what youll find.

I was refused service for not wearing a mask and was escorted out. I told them I had medical reasons and they didn’t care. An employee named Caroline who was NOT wearing a mask escorted me out. She said “I’m not refusing service but you can’t be in the store without a mask”. That sounds like refusing service to me. I would give 0 stars if possible! Put a mask on Caroline before walking up to customers telling them they have to wear it! I will seek legal council.

Great place to look for awesome deals! It all goes to a great cause too! Its a win win situation! They have so much useful construction and project materials. You can DIY on a budget to your hearts content. I love looking at all the hidden gems and vintage furniture here too. They expanded this year also, and this place is huge! If you need doors, windows, mantles, wood floors, tubs, toilets, tile, etc. They probably have you covered. Sometimes theres a ton of brand new never used stuff. Inventory changes nearly daily. Well, only a jackass would leave a bad review for anything related to HFH...but only shop here for appliances if you are looking to make a rent house rentable. I was sent here by a friend under the auspice of being able to find top shelf appliances on the cheap... but, not only were the appliances bottom shelf, they were way overpriced. Other home goods, maybe, and if you need a lamp shade, this is your spot. But, otherwise...I wasted a relatively long drive to spend 5 minutes to know this was not the place to go to look for updated appliances for our kitchen.

I usually enjoy and find good bargains for our home here. Today it was very low on stock and prices were comparable or higher than buying new . Some prices even higher on items than ebay ( above retail price) , retail, ECT. And these items also had damage. For a store that gets donations for there stock and advertising they are there to help people afford what they need such as cabinets , tubs, furniture, ECT they were not showing it in there pricing. I was extremely disappointed in them today . But right now I would reccomend looking at retail sales for a better and more economical buy.

Great location for used and leftover construction supplies (reclaimed wood flooring), cabinets, lighting, plumbing, and some furniture. This really isnt a thrift store and is laid out more like a Home Depot. This is a great place to look for office furniture or fixtures and you may find a great deal on something for your home/job site at a cut rate price. You absolutely need to have the right equipment or truck and trailer to load it, but sometimes some if the equipment comes with pallets and a cart.Plus, it all assists a great non profit!

I was on a phone call as I was walking and got followed throughout the store ( as if I was stealing ) and harassed by the manager about not wearing a mask. I wrote to the Governors office to report this.

Pro - Store has a lot of items. Store is organized. Employees were nice. Con- the prices are way too high in my opinion. Example, the used toilets we saw were over $100. We bought a new one from home depot for $110. Sinks way too expensive. Over priced used items. Old chairs are priced too high. Random items were low, old door handles for example. I think you need to make sure youve looked for items new and check prices first before hand.
