Rented the double margarita machine for my husband’s 50th B~D, used one side for margarita and the other side for slushy. It was a big hit with our guest, everyone loved it to the point some of them are thinking of renting it for future parties. I was browsing and emailed several places and Stacey from Frozen 2 Perfection was the only person to actually call me and gave information over the phone which I loved because she showed interested in my business. She was really friendly and made herself available if I needed anything regarding the machine during my party. Thankfully I didn’t because she explained all the details on the day I picked it up and gave a laminated introduction to refresh the memory. also gave extra margarita/slushy mix in case I need it and only paid if used. Froze in an hr which is really quick compared to other machines that said 3 hrs. Loved my first experience renting this machine, I recommend this place and will definitely rent again!

This is the way to go. We all familiar with frozen adult beverages from our favorite restaurant. You can have those at your event. We had a birthday Luau with Mango Margaritas and Blue Hawaiians. We also made Virgin Blue Raspberry Lemonade for the kids. The margarita machines Frozen 2 Perfection has produce professional drink results. There is a wide variety of flavors.When we picked up our machine it looked brand new. So clean. Stacy provided a quick tutorial on how to freeze and operate the machine. Mixing instructions were supplied and easy to follow.I am looking for a reason to have another party with two machines so we can office Frozen Flights.

Perfect consistency. Wonderful flavor! Had the regular margarita mix with tequila and then the strawberry daiquiri without alcohol. Great combo. Most people made swirls! The owners are so nice and super clear on what to do. We chose to pick up but I will say it is so heavy that even two men had trouble lugging it up some stairs to the kitchen. Recommend paying the delivery fee! Will absolutely rent again!!!

We rented two shaved ice machines for the International Day at our school. The children loved it! Thanks as well for the advice to take the white colored flavor as to avoid stains on the uniforms. Working with Frozen 2 Perfection was literally perfect! Communication leading up to the event was great and we never had to worry if we were going to have what we needed. Machines came in exactly when we needed them and they were all very clean and ran well. We have 3 of our own machines but for our event yesterday, it was easier to rent then to take our outside. The perfect choice for your favorite frozen drinks hands down. We rented the double tank machine to provide our guest with two beverage choice options. The machine was delivered clean, came with its own stand and drink mixes we requested. All we had to do was pick up the alcohol and cups. Stacey walked us through the setup and take down of the equipment and told us we can call her anytime if we had a problem. Well we did have a user error and Stacey was able to fix it the minute we told her the problem. She also allowed us to keep the machine till Monday so we could finish off our drinks. I would highly recommend this company.

Plan on renting again. We had the double machine with Margarita and Hurricane drinks. Our first time using this company and equipment. Our drinks stayed frozen better than at a restaurant. Friendly staff, easy pick-up/drop-off, clear instructions.And the best part....the margaritas were amazing. Mixing is easy (and the instructions are clear) and the end product is a perfect margarita thats not too sugary. We used the machine to provide margaritas for a party of 60. The mix was not too sweet....very few hangovers the next day!Would highly recommend and we WILL be going back in the future....

Not frozen at all....I rented the advertised machine for $110. They were booked for delivery, which I thought was part of the advertised price, so I had to drive across town to pick up the machine. When I made it to the party and followed the step by step directions to operate the machine, it didnt work. I called the help line and was given some trouble shooting instructions that didnt work. Because my party had already started, there was not enough time for the company to swap out the broken machine for one that worked. Major disappointment. I spent $20 extra for an additional mix and $130 worth of alcohol. So overall I spent $270 for what I thought could be the main attraction for my party and it failed. I was promised a full refund when I turned the machine back in but have not heard anything back from the company (going on 2 weeks). When you call the company, it goes to voicemail and no response to email. The price is not worth a ruined party.

When I walked in the building an employee asked me if I wanted some watermelon. I looked around in other offices while waiting to make sure this wasnt a joke, no kitchen or watermelon insight... an outright racist remark. The machine, as the product started to freeze, it started leaking. I called the woman at F2P, I forget her name, instructed me through the process of draining the product, disassembling, cleaning, resealing the rings, and reassembling as the party was already starting. Waisting about a gallon of mix. The mixing jugs were unclean, they still had a little product from a previous rental and strong smell. On the return, knowing all of this, to sum it up all I was told is sometimes things like this happens. I would have been fine if offered 10-20% back. F2P has no customer satisfaction skills.
