Today I went into Bellagio furniture after having a bad experience across town with another furniture company. When I walked through the door the staff welcomed me with a warm greeting. Manager Maritza assisted me with all of my furniture needs from cradle to grave. She was phenomenal and gave me WOW customer service! Maritza got my furniture set up for delivery with no charge and I purchased a lot of furniture at a great price. I definitely recommend anyone in the market for furniture to go over to Bellagio and see Maritza.

These people are low life crooks.They didnt tell me what to expect.The salesman did not communicate at all.I didnt know anything until I received the email paperwork when I left the store.I specifically asked a certain question and,after all that he lied to my face.Then come to find out that he forged my signature and adjusted my income to be way to high,making my payments to also to high.all I did was buy a bedroom suite that I desperately needed.Now Im out over 2,000 and my bank account is severely over drawn.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!ALL THEY SEE IS DOLLAR SIGNS AND DONT CARE ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR COMMUNITY OR CUSTOMERS.THANK YOU BELLAGIO FOR SCREWING MY CREDIT AND TAKING ADVANTAGE!!!!!!!I dont even know how yall sleep at night.
