Some many places to choose from when purchasing a mattress but I just feel comfortable purchasing from here. I just dont like that there really arent any deals. Theres no haggling the prices lol. My daughter loves her bed.

This is the second time we purchased a mattress at this location. Roberto was excellent and explained the difference between memory foam, hybrid and others. My wife is a hard sale but he gave us great service and prices. We will be back again later.

After years of sleeping on our uncomfortable mattress, me and my fiancé decided that it was time for a new one. We had narrowed down three locations to start with, but ultimately ended up here because of a referral my mother had given us to this Mattress Firm in particular. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with enthusiasm from our salesman named Raul. He was knowledgeable on sleep alignment, and did everything he could to meet our needs. Most sales associates are usually trying to make money, but i could tell Raul was genuine in his offerings. This store is fabulous! It’s clean, well organized, and the staff was very friendly. I came in with my parents to buy them a mattress. Daisy was the representative that helped us and she was super friendly and very helpful. My parents mostly speak Spanish and she was able to easily explain everything to them in Spanish. I really appreciated that. My parents loved the fact that she really took her time to find the best for them and walked them through the process. She’s amazing and I would definitely refer anyone to her!

I walked in looking for a mattress at 11:30am. I just drove 24 hrs straight from L.A. to Houston for a contract, and my condo had no furniture. The rep found me the perfect mattress for what I needed within my budget, and I was able to pick it up from the warehouse immediate. By 1pm my foam mattress I got for 50% off is in my bedroom. There was a sale, and the mattress I wanted was not at the original store. I was told that the mattress was in stock at another store across town. So I rented a trick to pick up the mattress and drove across town only to find out that the store never had it to begin with. So they ended up giving me another mattress that they said was “new” and supposedly a “better” mattress but it does not feel like the original mattress I wanted.

The instant we walked into the door, he greeted us and very politely and warmly. He then showed me through the entire process of how to select my perfect mattress — and it really worked! But although I found my perfect mattress, I went ahead and asked for one that was more in my price-range. He did not change his attitude one bit, and he kept being very warm towards us. Single handed the best retail experience that’s I’ve had this far. The team at the Northline are courteous professional and extremely knowledgeable. Jesus assisted me and was absolutely perfect. From the start to finish he was patient, answered all of my questions and even took my calls prior to me actually purchasing the bed.
