Amazing place to go shop. I go here all the time and always come out with something that I am happy with. I actually went today and bought me a pair of double sided earrings :) I LOVE them. This is pretty much the ONLY place I will shop and buy makeup in store. If I don’t feel like going to the store, that would be the only time I’d order online somewhere else. But I always stop by beauty supply if I am in the shopping center :)P.S. WORKERS ARE SO FRIENDLY! LOVE ALL OF THEM!

Any time I go in there its always a warm welcoming, and the store manager and her husband had such Terrific attitudes it makes u wanna go back and deal with them. Also if u forgot something and u go back they will make it right for u ..I JUST LOVE THEM AND THAT STORE HAS IT ALL ITS A ONE STOP SHOP.

They were polite/friendly from the door. No one stalked me around the store as if my skin tone automatically made me prone to theft. At one point Im certain I looked lost, an employee saw me as I walked by & helped me with no hesitation. Very organized, very clean, wide selection of beautiful wigs. Melted Hairline is my new favorite lace front brand. I had never heard of them before coming here. Ill be going back for certain. They have a new permanent customer. 🤗I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 because of the super busy parking lot & a lot of ppl double parking in front of the store. I suggest going midday maybe.

Had a hard time getting someone to help me,but when I did it was ok.

The store has a big selection, but I dont like to no return under no circumstances policy

I was only allowed to try on THREE wigs. I thought the sign meant only three at a time. So I tried on my first three wigs, none of which worked, because I have a hard time finding wigs that I like, that dont look like too much hair on my small head.So after the girl who was helping me put back my first three wigs, I was pointing out my next three wigs that I wanted to try on.She told me, You cant try on any more wigs because youve already tried on three.I was shocked & explained that Ive spent over $1000 in wigs this year & I need to try on a lot of wigs to find two or three that I like.She refused to let me try on any more wigs , insisting the limit for trying on was three per day & the manager was very strict about the rule.Ill never go back.

The employee that assisted me was friendly and professional. The store has an amazing selection of wigs, ponytails, braid hair and hair for sew-ins. We will shop here sgain!!!!

There were 3 people in my party. The young lady who waited in us was so patient, attentive and kind, taking care of all our needs. Awesome service.

Whenever I find a wig I love, they never have it in a decent color. Not everyone wears burgundy, red velvet, or blonde. Also the store owner is kind of nasty to the customers that are willing to spend their money in their shop. Not people friendly at all. The salesperson who works with the wigs is very nice and helpful. When their is only the salesperson assisting customers the owner act like she hates to help her out and assist customer. Hopefully for paying customers she changes her attitude.

Needs new owner/management! With 7 purchased wigs between various Wig Worlds and Beauty and Beast we are happy with the collection. Unlike Beauty and Beast, this owner lady always rushes us out and the most recent purchase, made in haste, is not quite the look we were going for.

They lack more variety of merchandise because they do not have enough when one goes, and the staff should let you look for what you want because nothing else is behind you, although they are very kind.
