Love love love this store and the Korean lady that works there. She is so knowledgeable about the products and what i needed and she can be very blunt, but i fell its part of her charm. She truly is welcoming and friendly and genuinely nice. And, my skin has never felt this fabulous! I will definitely be going back!

This location has greater selection than the one on Bellaire. The store is nicely organized with a fresh and modern look. The lady working here is quite knowledgeable about the products and will help you choose what youre looking for. If youre looking for Korean skin care this is a good place to start, especially their facial cleansers.

The place is not big but nice, clean, and organized. The selection is quite really nice. It’s Korean beauty care. Good and affordable! The Face Shop is actually a good brand in South Korea. I am glad it is quite close to my place. The owner is quite nice and sweet. She recommended me what I need instead trying to sell the most expensive items. If you have a bit of money and want a really good quality beauty care, I recommend you try this store.

I went it to this shop just out of curiosity, but when I started looking at skin care products the owner looked at me and knew exactly what would help. She is kind and very knowledgeable when it comes to skin care.

I was so excited to visit this store and purchase new skin car. It all changed after I was approached by their employee. She was over critical about my skin and insisted I didnt know anything about skin care. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable which I brought to her attention. She then was making side comments about me and laughing about the situation with another costumer. The whole experience was awful. I do suggest adding tester stickers to their products so costumers know what they can try out. I apparently tried a serum on my hand and it was a problem. Furthermore, I wanted to purchase a few face masks, that also was an issue as she followed me around the store to remind me how my skin was bad. Yes I am aware of my acne prone/ sensitive skin! I ended up purchasing a few face masks but I will NEVER return to this store! my experience was unsatisfactory.

My very first time to visit this store, Ive been wanting to a few months back. They have an array of skin care products, a lot of varietie to choose from. For a start, I purchased some of their sheet mask. The place is neat, clean and well lit. The owner was very friendly and attended to our needs. I would love to go back there again.and try their foamy cleanser.

I visit the face shop at least once a month. I always get as many face masks as my pockets with allow, my favorite brand is The Solution. But also I get whatever the owner recommends. Not that it matters to anyone else but I am Black & Korean, my mother is full korean but no longer with us. I met the owner after the fact, and she is such a delight. Very loving. The fact that she cried over the fact my mom was no longer here and has never met her. and also worrying about my well being just shows how lovely she is. She always gives me products that actually have been doing great things for my skin!! True, she can be very blunt but at the end of the day she is going to help you!아리엘

The lady there is very kind and for me works better than the dermatologists I’ve went to. I decided to trust her with my skin and she recommended the best products to me. I’ve been going there for months and the amount of compliments I had on my skin has been amazing. Would definitely try it out!

Ive been here a few times and every time the hostess had recognized me and greeted me kindly. She does well in examining the skin of myself and anyone I bring in and in recommending skincare and makeup.This is a wonderful place that has changed the way my skin looks and feels. I highly recommend it.

Honestly, I was super excited when I entered the store. Although it was 15 minutes before closing , I still wanted to take a look around since this location was 35 minutes from where I live. The lady was watching me closely as if I was trying to take something and when I finished one side of the aisle, she rudely said she closed at 8 and if I didnt want anything I should leave. I was astonished. I only gave it a two-star review because I liked how many products there were. Probably wont be going to this location again. Not happy with the experience.

This was my very first time at the store while I was visiting my mom and we went on her birthday shopping spree, we came in just looking for a setting powder but walked out with foundation, setting powder, 3 face masks, and 5 skin treatments. The hostess is kind and welcoming, as well as very knowledgeable about her products and skin care needs.I definitely plan on shopping here again!

Great customer service and selection of products. Son is great! She listens to you and suggests items that address your concerns without being pushy like at other stores. Each time Ive gone, shes always greeted me warmly.

Absolutely amazing service! The lady there was so kind and helpful. They have a really nice array of products ranging from low end($2-10) and even really high end($40+) I havent tried the face shop products before, but I will definitely be coming back for the good deals, nice samples, and great service! Im so happy I dont have to go downtown for good skincare!

Really cute and really clean!! The wonderful owner of the place is very knowledgeable about all of the products in her shop and will even help give recommendations based on your skin! Ive been here plenty of times with my sister and the products we bought here based on her recommendations have really made a difference in our skin.

I went there during the summer (before I moved to Ohio) but completely forgot to write a review! When I walked in, I immediately felt so welcomed. The worker is probably the nicest and sweetest person ever, and we joked around a lot. She really focused on what I was looking for and where the problems were and recommended products that ended up completely clearing my skin in about a month. Before, I would be scared to walk around and would try to cover my face with my hair, and now I can walk around freely without feeling ashamed. It was an enjoyable experience overall! When I go back to Houston to visit friends, Ill definitely stop by every time.

Great services and great products. I had a sun burned on my face and the the lady recommend me a cooling cream. After one use, I feel the different on my face the next day. Thank you!

The customer service is impeccable. She was kind to help me find items to help with my skin care. There are so many items for the skin alone. They have lovely makeup as well.

Products are great as, ever since I was young and visiting Korea, The Face Shop has always been my favorite cosmetic shop. Mine is more for service. Since we are relatively new to the area, we asked if she knew any korean hair shops. She snobbishly stated that she only gets it done in New York and bragged about how amazing New York was. Very unnecessary. Regardless, we did try to take her recommendation to try some products.Now, I have never gone to a korean beauty shop, Korea or Houston, and not gotten free samples. It’s a great way for me to try out products and later purchase them if they react well to my skin. We asked if they gave samples after purchase and reluctantly gave me one even though I paid over $60 on products. Other korean places in the Houston area will give you at least three if you just buy a $3 mask as a kind of greeting and thank you to come back..My mom who is full Korean and doesn’t speak much English was the one who spoke to her (I can only understand Korean) and said that she was surprised by how rude she was. Such a shame. We will try the other face shop in bellaire from now on.

The store is very clean and all of the products are very well displayed. The owner of the store is very nice and even takes the time to suggest certain products that are suitable for you. I had a wonderful first experience and can say that I will be back again!

The Face Shop is an awesome beauty store with quality products and I think this one is better stocked than the location deeper in Houston. The lady was very knowledgeable too! I wanted to take a photo of a serum I wanted for my birthday and send it to my boyfriend and WOW was that a mistake. I didn’t know you couldn’t take photos at this location (which I understand now helps keep counterfeit products off the market). Didn’t like how after I put my phone away inside my purse and apologized, her attitude changed. I wanted to leave with some new products but I just felt unwelcomed after that. Lesson learned!
