I was overcharged $170 for a water pump and toreplace a belt in my vehicle I was quoted over $170 from other mechanics he was not able to repair my car on Saturday had to wait until Monday which was a huge inconvenience to me he waited till late Saturday to tell me what the problem was therefore he was not able to fix it and I had to wait one thing about customer service it Has to be convenient to the customer or it is no good. Never going to use this guy again he will cheat you don’t go there

Ive been coming here 2 years I liked the other guy he would explain whats wrong with your car but this new one hands you the receipt and keep it moving. I watched this time and the worker was adding like a seal product under my engine but never explained why because the 2 years Ive been coming never had leaks. I feel they are not honest because I had to go back in and ask him about my paper work saying I have leaks. Never had them until now and he says its no big deal..WHAT!!?? Im thinking about switching companies to save my car from future destruction.

Havent been here in years but decided to try it out. I normally get oil change & prices are reasonable. The prices got expensive with a shop fee! What is a shop fee??? They charge for everything. Good mark was somewhat free diagnostic they did on my car & found out what the problem with my vehicle.

My Nissans AC has been acting up lately and they offered to take a quick look at it for free. The mechanic found the problem right away and gave me a great price to fix it. BEWARE!!!They only get one star because I cant give them zero stars!!So, Ive gone to this place before for oil changes and they always end up charging me at least $10 more than advertised but that wasnt a huge problem. What happened this weekend though will prevent me or anyone I know from going back.I went to this place because my tire was flat and needed to fix-a-flat it. They told me that the tire was no good and I needed to purchase a new one from them but they only had one tire in the size I needed and it was use, so I bought it.Five hours later, its flat again!! So I took my car back and they said they could not do anything because it was used and used tires dont get warranties. Quote We cant help you. You should know what buying a used tire means. I found out that they dont even SELL that tire size and cannot even ORDER it! Of course I complained, so they drove it to the back of their shop and tried to fix a flat it.I was upset and kept looking back into the shop and watched them work on it but started talking to the other victims they have in their shop. When I looked back again, my car was no longer in the shop but in the back parking lot with the hood up!! In case there is any confusion, there are NO tires under the hood.So I walked out there and asked why the hood was up and the mechanic and manager were SMIRKING when they told me I dont know, it wont start.My car was completely fine before I brought it to this place and it made me FURIOUS that they offered to fix it. I had to tow it from THEIR PARKING LOT to get it home. I drove it there, they drove it into their shop, and then into the parking lot and all of a sudden it doesnt start.AVOID THIS PLACE!! BEWARE! They have a friendly mask at first but have always had selfish intentions!!!

Dont bring your vehicle here for inspection unless its bone stock, also the Asian guy that does the inspections pulled my truck around like it was his own personal race truck. Then when I got my truck back it smelt of cigarettes in there and I do not smoke!!! Shady vibes the instant I walked in.

Took my car in for an inspection and now the battery wont hold a charge. Literally as soon as I turn off the car I can see my voltage drop. Battery was not an issue until they looked at it. Something shady is up. So now I get to shop for a new battery.

Beware. They didnt have the filter needed for my oil change and were going to make me pay extra because someone had to go get it at the store. Their house brand oil advertised for $19.25 for 5 quarts. I understand my car takes 6, but a total price of $45 for a basic oil change? And is not like they were doing the premium service where they check all the fluids and stuff. This was the basic, lowest, cheapest option. Made my day horrible. I took my business somewhere else.

I came to this service station on Dec 28 for an oil change with a groupon. Conveniently, I asked the staff there if he could look at my car for a noise problem. He agreed without telling me whether itd cost anything. The free diagnostic service available almost everywhere else gets charged for $45 for a few minutes driving and looking at the car in the final bill, in addition to tax on the groupon and extra shop fee. My problem was told to cost around $500 to replace both wheel bearing in the front (with the parts cost around $50). Big ripoff.Beside the hidden charges, the customer service was really bad. When I came to the shop, there was no other customer but I still had to set up an appointment at 45 minutes later. The strange thing was that I wouldnt need an appointment if I decided to proceed with the repair any time.Do I know my car well enough to bring it back again?

On April 7, 2018, I went to Universal Lube & Oil (12608 Beamer Rd, Houston, TX 77089) for a window regulator replacement for my husband’s vehicle, Lincoln Aviator 2005. Prior to my visit, I spoke to Able, one of the service employees on the phone to make sure the scope of the repair and fee. However, when they tried to replace the window regulator on the driver side on April 7, their mechanic damaged and cracked the window. They claimed that the window was already cracked thus needed to be replaced at my expense, which was completely falsified. The window was never cracked, in perfect condition prior to their mechanic’s mishandling. When I told them stop the repair as I didn’t want any more damage to the window and the vehicle, they told me that I still owe them $195 ($89.99 for one-hour labor and $105 for cancellation fee). When I told them, I refused to pay for the service not performed and the damage done to my car, Bobby, one of the employees, started to yell and threaten me to call a police. This person, Bobby employing threat and fear to intimidate me to extort the fee from me. Even one of their own employees apologized me for his behavior. This was absolutely the most unprofessional, disgraceful, and outright fearful experience that I have ever had, being yelled and threated by a male employee in presence of others. The shop needs a thorough retaining of their staff on how to conduct themselves professionally.I talked to one of their employees Able, who was curteous. I will be brining my car to the shop next Monday and see how the service goes. We will leave a feedback after the service on Monday.

This was my go to place until I had a problem a few months ago. I went in for my regular oil change. When I left I tried to spray my windshield and nothing would come out. I was in a hurry so I didnt have time to return and ask them about the problem. It wasnt until I got home, that I popped the hood and noticed that the hose that allows the fluid to spray was broken. Intentionally broken. Then a few weeks passed and my sensor to get an oil change kept coming up. When I knew it wasnt time. I didnt even bother going back to this place and instead took my business to Jiffy Lube on Pearland Pkwy. Wont be returning to Universal Lube on Beamer.

The manager didnt explain what was wrong with my car. She literally read off the paper the computer prints out. As if I am supposed to know what the codes mean and what fuel rail is, like come on lady imagine if i was your niece would your niece know that? The manager probably doesnt know because she couldnt explain what it means. Whatever i had to get back to school. $26.00 down the drain. Never going back. Kwik and lube takes care of business right then.

Went for an allignment on my dodge truck. The truck pulled to the right. When I left it was worse. I went somewhere else and had it done correctly. They had a promotion to spin the wheel and receive a discount on next service. I got lucky and landed on 40 bucks off next service. I went to redeem it today and they said I waited too long to use it. He called the manager and he ssid that an allignment is not considered service. Then they asked if I still want the service. I dont think so. I will cut my losses and find a new mechanic. How can I trust you with my car after you scamed me with a phony promo and did lousy service. Not trustworthy.

I was gouged beyond belief. Even one of the other techs there said I was being gouged. I had to have my water pump replaced due to my car overheating and they charged me 8 hrs of labor for 4 hrs actually worked and overcharged me on the parts by $100. Another shop quoted me half the price but could only get to my car the next day so I was SOL. Do not go here for any actual work you need done! Please read this before you go here.
