Called ahead and was told they had the part I needed. Drive an hour one way just to find out they didnt have said parr. Upon arrival I the employees were smoking inside and treated me like I was bothering them when trying to get help. Safe to say I should have read their reviews before doing business with them.

Very helpful...and knowledgeable about all vehicles. If they dont have what you need specially, they find compatible parts. Or they will do what they can to find exactly what is needed. Prices are very reasonable. Best thing about this business is that they have part pullers to pull off what you need....

Most of the negative reviews seem misguided, this place has great prices, over $150 less then any of the competition I called. Parts were very clean for the price point, as shown in the photos below. The mechanic took me out there to watch, and made sure I got the items into my car safely.Places like this have to be strict, and as someone who is shopping the used parts market, you need to expect to have no cash refunds and some warranty restrictions, these people have to make money too.The clerk even knocked my price down because I couldnt swing sales tax. I couldnt recommend this place enough. It is a great option for used parts.If you expect to game the system, or be treated like you are above the rules, then buy new.

Awesome crew who helped look for my used auto part

It was horrible. I rate 0 stars. I called for part. I was told in stock. Came all the way from Pasadena Tx was told again it was available. Told to have a seat. After about an hour nothing. My brother called and was told that they dont pull the part until paid for. I sitting in waiting area for an hour already. So I asked why wasnt I informed. Paid waited another 30 minutes and said I was next. Went to get food called before I went back only to be lied to again said 30 more minutes. Returned again. Told my part was being pulled. 45 minutes later told that they had 2 cars one was gone employee was looking for the other car. 45 more minutes I was finally told they didnt even have the part. They kept me and the ride I paid for waiting for approximately 4 hrs. And the only resolution they offered was a refund of my money. Before I went I asked 2 times if they had the part. Before I left Pasadena I asked again and was told come on we have it. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ITS HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND UNREASONABLE WAIT TIME IF THEY EVEN HAVE THE PART. OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE FINDING PART SOMEWHERE ELSE. O STARS

Everything was good, but because of the fact that I needed the part immediately , had to pay the same price as a new part , if I had got it on eBay.Other than that, the part was good, as all my other parts, WHICH I have gotten from this place. He was still cheaper than the auto parts store & he should of lowered the price a little

I lost the address and number for the other place and call them back for it and they tell me they have the part but want to charge me double. I ask them if they can give me the address for the other place and they said no to buy there’s. That’s shady and bad business. Never will buy a part from them again. I have a used car lot and buy a lot of parts. Call Cullen auto parts. They are not shady like these guys.

Drove 1hour; was told had part, only to arrive to find out they didnt. Plus city ordinance violation....September 1, 2007 the city wide ordinance was passed banning smoking in non smoking areas. These areas consist of public places, work places public or private, and with in 25 feet of any door or wheel chair ramp.... smoking 😠😠

I’ve only been there once so far, but I experienced great customer service and will be back. Their lead parts puller (early 60’s, spoke mostly Spanish) left a very positive, lasting impression on me. He carefully pulled all parts so as not to break even the tiniest plastic clip, and properly stored all parts which I wasn’t buying in a manner which protected said parts for future clients. A technician providing this level of care towards the client (and of course his own supervisor/the business owner, Felix) spoke volumes to me about the morale of the business as a whole. I look forward to shopping with For Less Auto Parts in the future!

This place was recommended by another salvage yard because they showed to have the part. It took some time but I got the correct part, great price and I have installed it and I am very pleased to be able to use my windows again!! THANK YOU ALEX AND FOR LESS AUTO PARTS !! 👍

SCAM!!!I called ahead, they had the transmission I was looking for and we agreed on $300. I send my mechanic to pick it up and they try to sell it to him for $450! I told them they said $300 less then 24 hours before so they said fine $300... plus ALOT of fees that put the total back to $450 again!

No order whatsoever in the back. People familiar with the lot have to lead you to the cars, and theyre understaffed. Theres no way youll find what you need if you walk back there yourself.Also, dont expect to find good body panels here. They stack cars 2 or 3 high sometimes and are rough with the forklift. People up front were polite, but dont expect much out of this place

They are nothing more than hustlers. You ask for a part, they say they have it and take your money. All of a sudden, they have to pull the part. Then after 5hrs of waiting for the part to be taken off, now u have a million questions that should have been asked before they took my money to ensure I was getting the right part.

No customer service no respect and really expensive

Bad business. I call to ask for a motor. They assure me that they have one with 60xxx miles on it. So I go to the yard after work to pick it up. I get there and it turns out that they have to order it. Ok so I pay and they said to give them 2 days. They didnt have the motor until 4 business days later. So when I took my motor to my mechanic he noticed that it was a bad motor. It was locked. I took it back. The junk yard assured me that the motor was tested all lies. So they ordered me another one, a week later when it finally came from dallas I saw the motor and it was garbage. At this point I wanted my money back. The motor had a broken valve cover and the water pump was broke as well. They said I can get store credit but will not refund my money. I paid 1,620 for a motor with 60xxx miles and I get this. I spoke to the owner and he offered to change all the broken parts for me there and then. I came back later that day and it still wasnt ready. Ridiculous BAD BUSINESS. look somewhere else.

The most unorganized place ever ! They have Zero customer service and they do not care. I waited for 2 hours for a part , after that they tell me they wont give it to me because its in bad condition, while everyone was sitting there without telling me anything. I ended up ordering the part and I keep calling them to see if it has been delivered but all they do is keep hanging up the phone or telling me to call later again.

I went there to get a starter for my car. The guy charged me $50 before he even knew if he had the part. Then after waiting 30 plus mins he finally produced the starter. I leave to have the part installed and it didnt even fuc$ing work.

So I made a deal with Alex to fix my truck to rebuild my motor 2800 bucks I paid them cash he tried to go the cheap route and only do the heads so it backfired on him four days later I had to take my truck back remind you I only took the truck over there so that it can get a rebuilt motor today I picked up my truck after 18 days with no AC electrical problems and they refuse to fix it and want to charge me more money the owner is one disrespectful prick that will get whats coming they better be ready for that lawsuit they screwed me over 2800 bucks and Im pretty sure they used parts from there at the junkyard they repainted my motor to try to make it look new and still try to charge me for the mistake that they did how are you going to try to charge someone for the AC when I turned in my truck I gave it to him perfectly fine with nothing wrong but the motor was overheating that was it everything else work perfectly fine and they give it back to me still motor shaking making noise and with no AC that is a shame pitiful disgusting Prix but thats exactly why I have everything recorded on my phone or the phone calls between me and Alex I told him very clearly I wanted a rebuilt motor and he insisted that we shallow me fix whats wrong with it because aftermarket parts are supposed to be better well I got that short end of that stick hes real quick to take your money but hes not going to do a good job guarantee please people pay wall attention to who you trust and who you take your cars to they are not trustworthy people and they will screw you over especially the owner he feeds you this story telling you that you can trust him just so he could get the business and then screw you over stab you in the back the first time I left my truck there he gave it back to me two and a half weeks later 4 days later I had to leave my truck again because it was shaking real bad overheating and making noise after thats what I paid him for and then it was 19 days after that and dont want to give me any more warranty

Dont bother with this place. They tell you they have the parts over the phone. You ask them the condition of the parts and ask them to confirm that the parts is still there. We show up the next day to purchase and the parts are broken... Seriously!!! Lol the sales person are lazy and dont even get off their butts to do a simple task. Not recommended to purchase from here, their yard is very dirty and very unorganized.

My boyfriend recently purchased a radiator for my 1991 Acura Legend, and the part didnt fit and they guaranteed us that the park would fit but it did not, so we were able to get a refund but my boyfriend still hasnt received his refund and this happened on September 2nd of 2016 which the refund was made, but the part but our purchase was made on August 31st 2016. Now my boyfriend still doesnt have his refund and his bank account. We have been calling all day today which today is the We have been calling all day today which today is the date of 5th of September and now they answer answer their phone regarding my boyfriends refund!

They will say they will get a part for you and instead will make you wait a whole other day. So be sure to order preferably a week ahead because they just might not have time. When they actually tell you they do.

Called in advance to make sure they had the my car so I could purchase the part, with no run-around. Guy who answered the phone confirmed they had 2003 Honda Element and my part would be $25. I finally go in after work and the guy who is behind the counter comes out and does his computer magic - turns out they have a 2007 Honda Element. He reassures me that the part I need will work on my Element year. I do some quick research myself to verify, it checks out. Amigo behind the counter starts chatting in spanish with another worker and asks how much the part is, the guy tells him $25 in espanol! However, amigo thinks that all people that do not look like him, does not understand spanish. WRONG BRO-MIGO. He then tells me that the best he can do on the part is $50. ... ... really homie?! The part on eBay brand new is $35! CONGRATULATIONS you have forever lost my business and earned a glorious NEGATIVE review. Think twice before you try to take advantage of people.EVERYONE - please do your due diligence and research your part before going in to this business as they will try to slap BAD BUSINESS on you.
