Zero service I was looking for a connection adapter and was hoping for some help but looks like the employers rader have personal conversations than helping the customer. This lady straight up ignore me to take a personal call. I understand theres emergencies but thats not the case in here

I have 4 different vehicles never once have they had a part I needed for any of them. From filters to wear and tear parts. Theyre 2 min from my house and I always give them a try and Im always disappointed. Its like they are there just for show.. Im done with them.

Ok ... this will be a 2 part review ....my alternator is going or GONE on my car .. but before I purchase what I need I .. want to have confirmation it’s not the voltage regulator ..It’s SUNDAY at 11:35 am.I have called 3 times .. and each time before I can even say anything I’ve been hung up on 1time & left on HOLD For over 20 minutes each time If I did not need a place close enuff for me to make the drive in my car I would t bother going there

Store was clean and service was pretty good. There was only one person working when I arrived to pick up phone order. While he was getting my order, the store got busy, and another employee, appeared and started helping customers. I admire the teamwork and the awareness of customers time. Nice job.

Went in to buy a battery replacement and have it installed, everything went smoothly and the store clerk helped me out with picking out which battery best suited my car. Overall was a quick pleasant experience.

This auto parts store experience was awesome , have enough people helping and answering questions , highly recommended!! In this one they were actually helpful and stayed on top of stuff!

The staff act really bored as if the sight of customers are a bother to them. One associate also talked in a rude manner when checking out an item. The store is also pretty slow on account of the times Ive gone. Overall, its okay for an auto parts store.

Advance Auto has a very bad return policy now. They make it extremely difficult to return a part even if it was still vacuum sealed in its packaging and you bought the wrong one. I had to go to multiple stores to get them to accept the return since I was turned down everywhere else saying that their return policy wouldnt allow it.

Advance Auto Parts is I dont think theyre too advanced I go in there they dont have the parts I need and I have no knowledge of anything the only thing they know how to do is look something up by the year theyre their unexperienced and they need to speak English

The associate was rude and first tried to upsell me on a more expensive part. When I declined he decided to tell my girlfriend who was standing next to me that Im not concerned with her safety because I dont buy the most expensive parts.

Called the store to ask if someone can help me install a car battery and I was put on hold for 8 minutes when this phone call shouldnt have taken no more than 30 seconds. And Im still on hold while writing this review now Im 10 minutes into this call.
