I don’t write anything about any place but here at Apache Auto parts some worker’s are very Rude I had to drive 45 minutes to come here to pay for port didn’t wait 2 1/2 hours for the parts to come they want you back to pick it up like you have gas to keep coming back and forth when they can get the parts here when they call you to pick it up then pay and go but no they are inconsiderate about how they do business I’ll never order anything else from there again. If I didn’t need it so bad I would’ve ordered it on line and paid less for it

I called Apache for a part for my Camry after I called 3 others .I couldnt believe the courtesy , patience and knowledge Apache personell have . The part was ready and for a very reasonable price . I honestly urge anyone in need for an Auto part to give them a call . Thanks a million Edgar you are truly a gentleman...

If I could give negative stars I would called was given a price of $150 for a drive shaft when I get there price went to $450. The people were rude and didn’t care wanted to play dumb. No one knew gave the price even though only 2 people supposedly answer the phone!! DON’T GO HERE DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!!

DO NOT COME TO THIS JUNK YARD! WENT TO LOOK FOR A PART AND AS SOON AS I TRIED IT, IT WAS DEFECTIVE. IT DID NOT WORK. I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH SOMEONE THERE AND HE SAID NO PROBLEM JUST TO BRING IT BACK AND WE WOULD GET A REFUND. ONCE WE ARRIVED HE SAID HE COULD ONLY GIVE BACK 25% OF WHAT WE PAID WHICH IS NOT WHAT HE SAID OVER THE PHONE. HE KNEW THAT THE PART WAS DEFECTIVE AS SOON AS I CALLED HIM. I UNDERSTAND IF I DIDNT NEED THE PART ANYMORE THEN I ACCEPT FOR THEM TO NOT GIVE ME A FULL REFUND BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OR THEY NEED TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES BETTER.

I use Apache frequently and have great things to say about them, however I went down the street and had a fellow who owns another salvage yard bash them and tell me he would knock $20 off my part if I left Apache a bad review!?!? I searched my area for the tail light casing and feared I had to go through the KIA dealership at their high cost. I found Apache, they had it in stock at one-fourth the cost, and it was like brand new. It was packaged and shipped immediately. Wish I had found them before. Cant beat it.Pat in western US

Great place if youre looking for used auto parts, usually they have what you need.

These people like to Bait and Switch. I called to check for an engine two weeks ago and got a fair price, but could not pick it up then. Called again yesterday and was told they still had it for the same price. I rented a truck to go pick it up and was told that they didnt have it, but I could order one from Dallas for $600 higher. I checked with another parts place and was told that Apache does this to everyone.To the owner that responded to my review:Your competition first recommended you when I was in your place of business and asking for the same used motor. When I explained my problem and that was when he made the comment about your employees.

Make sure you bring the old part with you.They will give you the wrong part.I asked for a 2002 Chevy Tahoe alternator.You think you have a good deal......Get to car ready to put it in.And it dont match.Shitttt.Hear comes the problems.Give me what I asked for.If you dont have it.There 230 more salvage yards I can go too.Just buy the part brand new.Save your self the hassle...........Well Im hardheaded I went up there in got another one lets see how it works.I let yall know how it goes..........well they have me the right part I put it on Im rolln I glad a new alternator cost $150 there cost 40 I saved a 110

My wife told me that her best friend Sue just had her Chrysler PT Cruiser Convertible door glass burst. Oh! I own an auto glass company and we normally dont put in used glass. But on this occasion we needed to, as none of our wholesalers had the part new. Dont remember whom I spoke with but he gave me a great price. So I sent Deb and Sue out to Apache Auto Parts to get this glass and they waited for a hiccup while the part was pulled.The part fit perfectly.... Thank you Apache Auto Parts...

First and only time going & when I had to return a battery that wasnt good, they refunded my money quickly & with no problem. Even gave me the choice if I wanted to try another battery.

I called for a part ahead of time and was given a great price. When I arrived at the location, the counter guy said that he was going to give me a Veteran Discount and proceeded to charge me $30 more than the price I was quoted over the phone. After confronted with the deceptive practice of quoting one price over the phone and then charging more when I got there, he relented and I paid what I was quoted. I will never go to this location again.

If you need used parts for your car Apache is worth your time. If they dont have it they will try and locate it for you. Excellent customer service.

I traveled about an hour to go to this place for a 2 seat belts they had said over the phone they have and when I get there they said they only had 1 seatbelt then they took about 15 mins to find it. I ended up calling another auto scrap yard and they told me that Apache only had 1 whilst Dixie Auto Part at several.

One of the most unprofessional places I have ever been

I bought a motor from this place, no issues with the motor, but when I brought my core back, I received $100 dollars without the tax, should have received $108.25. I spoke with the lady at the payment dest and was told that they don’t give tax money back on cores and NEVER have. I told the lady that isn’t right, I’m owed my core with tax back, she told me to call Texas Comptrollers and they would explain it to me, so I did. The lady with Texas Comptrollers and was told by her that I am owed my core tax money back. I called back to Apache auto parts and spoke with the “Owners Sister” and told her and she told me that was incorrect. Point of the story is they are ripping people out of there core tax money because they either don’t understand the Laws or they are purposely ripping people off, either way it’s not right and I did fill a complaint with Texas Comptrollers. I know it’s only $8.25, but how many other people are they doing to, and I get my core tax back at the Autozone and O’reilly auto parts.

Drove here from outta town after I called and they confirmed that the part I needed was there. Got there, waiting patiently for an hour for them to come back to the desk and say they dont have my part in stock. I was pissed to say the least

Disrespect to customer and the liar, Horrible customer service. . I called to make sure they have the part that I need, the Rack and Pinion, they said they have it. But they dont wait until I finished, they hanged up the phone while I still stalking. I came to pick it up, but when I were there they said that they need to order it, and it take 3 hours to be delivered to the place. Ok, I will wait, they charged me for $ 172.31 to place the order. I was waiting for 4 hours later without any phone call from them. Then I call them to make sure that the part should be ready for pickup up. I talked to 4 people, but none of them know where my order is or at least how long should I wait until it is ready for picking up. So, I decided to came there without knowing it is ready or not. When I got there, they still says that it takes 20 more minutes for the part. They close at 5pm but I still didnt have the part at 450pm. Seriously, if you want the part, should go to the AutoZone for the new one and at least 1 year of warranty instead of wasting time to waiting all day for a part that you will not know when you can have it.

My experience has so far not been bad accept they do tend to Change prices on you.

They do sell water pumps because thats what I bought from them. They were quick, cheap and willing to help. Thanks guys at Apache!! Will be back for sure

This place is awful, they sell untested parts that have a small chance of being any good. they sold me an alternator that I found out was 24 years old. I installed it and had to return it because it was no good.

I called Apache and asked them if they had a part in their inventory. They said yes and priced the item at $75. Not even 20 minutes later I go inside and they went up to $125 they’re known for bait switching. They’re grimey.

Waste of time and money!! Refund refusals. Deliveries always later that scheduled. Sometimes days. Once you get the parts, they are not good quality. Will NOT pick up their own crappy parts, BUT will tell you sure well come get them, then lie and say you called too late after your 20th attempt to get them to pick up their super crappy rusted part. So, you NEVER get your money back. Will use excuses galore to avoid picking up and refunding the poor quality parts. Ex... Sorry busy day, short drivers, My favorite oh! You mean they havent made it out yet? Ill send then tomorrow. Well take care of it. and The flood, Just swamped You get the picture. If youre looking for liars, cheapskates, a handful of really bad jokers, flat out bad customer service and a really poor quality part, THESE are your guys. I seriously would not recommend anyone to go there.

Terrible and raggedy. They gave me the wrong part wen I specifically gave them all the info about my car. And I was still givin the wrong part. Now I have to miss 3days of work because of course they are closes on sunday and my mechanic cant come back out till tues morning. I am so pissed off right.I wouldnt recommend this place. I feel like they rushed and gave me anything. I even called before I went there they claim to have it then once I paid $60 to catch an uber to get there they say oh we dont have it but we will find one.... the one they found was the wrong one. I some bad reviews and was a bit worried, but the starter I bought worked perfectly, was cheaper than anywhere I could find, and the man that sold me the part was really helpful. Overall a good experience.

As with some of the other reviews I called and was told the part I needed was there and after driving 30+ miles it wasnt. Then they sent me to another salvage yard and said the part was there. When I arrived there and waited 30 mins. they didnt have the part. Go figure!

Because I went in Dressed professionaly. My Price went up 3x market...(1) Because I am a woman they assumed i DONT know much about parts and (2) dont get many professional looking people in this place assumed I would pay the price without checking the competition.

Worst liars ever met in my life I was quoted $50 for a part on the phone and when I was up front at the location the associate walked with me to the car and saw me in Gucci shoes n a gold watch and went up $50 on my part i was needed of and was very rude this was a project car of mine would have replaced every single nut and bolt with them now I have to go else where. Very rude over phone when checking avaialability of a part. They did have it unlike all the other places I had called prior but their price was almost double that of one I found in Florida with $125 shipping charge added to the price. In other words, they were well over double what the other places locally as well as nationwide.
