Amazing price, amazing service and amazing quickness! I already passed this number to other truck driving friends! Had to replace the windshield on my semi which sucks and I couldnt be any happier with service I received from them!

I had a side window/motor and windshield that needed to be replaced. VIP replaced the glass and fixed the motor in my side window; they had my vehicle back on the road in a day. From their customer support to technicians everyone was very helpful and the entire process was smooth and quick!

The small chip in my Ford Explorer windshield grew overnight and spread across the entire glass. I searched online and came across VIP Glass, I called and scheduled an appointment and they had everything fixed within a day. They came to my place of business so it was really simply and all had to do was call and schedule.

VIP Glass was wonderful! Robert was extremely polite. I called about replacing my windshield and they ordered it that day for replacement the very next morning. Hopefully I wont have to replace any more windshields but if I do, Ill definitely go back to VIP!

The recent cold weather made the tiny chip on my windshield spread across the entire surface. I was referred to VIP and scheduled an appointment with them to come out to my home and install a new windshield on my truck. They were quick, very professional and the entire process was painless. The experience was great.

Called to check availability of glass to install myself, lady told me they had it in stock. Drove there and a guy said they had it in there warehouse not in the shop and that I couldn’t go pick it up I’d have to wait. Didn’t seem to care that they wasted my time then said there was nothing I could do to get my glass today. They don’t care about the customer.

They did not show on time at the Ford dealership where my truck was having other issues fixed. I finally was able to pick my truck up from the dealership and found where the cord mechanism to remove the glass abraded the door. I suggest you use a company like Safelite or some other professional automotive glass company.

A rock shattered my window on 290 one morning while heading into work, so I pulled over to check it out. I called Lisa at VIP and she immediately sent her tech to the warehouse for my replacement window so I wouldnt have to wait while they repaired my car. They fixed my window quickly and for a great price. I will use VIP the next time I need a window replaced.

From my experience VIP Auto Glass is easily the most professional auto glass replacement business in town. I’ve had experiences with other “fly-by-night” windshield shops only to receive low quality service, cheap glass or a leaky windshield. John and Marcos were awesome. John worked me in for a early appointment to replace two windows on our SUV. Knowing that we were in a bind for time, Marcos came even earlier than we expected which was great. Marcos did a perfect job and we are extremely satisfied with the finished product. I dont get the previous review at all. John and staff were great to me. They worked me right in the very next morning and took extensive care of re-sealing my rear window in my Ford F-150. They guy sweated his butt off out in the hot shop getting all the melted rubber off my window and off my truck to give it a pristine surface for re-seal. Guess what? No more dripping water back there now. Problem solved! Its like a throwback to the days where things were nice and simple. You paid for a job and it gone done to expectations. Novel concept. Made appointment to have a chip filled but when I got there, the technician was not available. The owner offered to have the technician came to the house the next day. Overall good service and reasonably priced.

Very professional. Got all my information on the phone. Made an appointment. Was taken in at the promised time and was out within the hour. Very satisfied.So why did I not give 5 stars? I would have definitely given 5 but the passenger side windshield wiper was switched with the driver side windshield wiper. No biggie!!! I switched them back.Will write a follow-up review after the car has gone through a few rains and / or car washes.

MY only complaint is that they were late to every appointment, but the work was good and they did discount it for us. Id use em again but Id be the supervisor.

VIP Glass replaced by windshield at a very competitive cost. Their technician did a terrific job, and it only took about 45 minutes. I am very, very pleased.

Excellent service - needed a windshield replaced and they got to it the day I called. The installation was very well handled and they cleaned up after themselves. And they were less expensive than the national chain my insurance carrier referred me to.

GREAT Experience! Im remodeling an old boat that had a dented frame and was missing the main windshield glass. Instead of turning me away or quoting a fortune like many others did they bent it back properly, siliconed it in and charged half of what other shops were quoting. Will use again for all my glass needs 10/10! Awesome owner and friendly staff too.

The repair the motor of one of my windows from my bmw, was quick and very well done, also they repair my glass and they did a great job, they are bilingual (Spanish) which is a big Plus, very affordable and there costumer service is Great.

Great Company---great service. They actually come to your home to repair and replace the auto glass. They were very prompt as well, and gave me next morning service on a prior afternoon request for help. Prices were also very reasonable.

Solid work. They didnt come out with the right windshield the first time as there was a mid-year change on my 2018 F-150. The OEM windshield for my truck which includes window wiper de-icers is more expensive. They knocked some bucks off the price of the right windshield to compensate me for the trouble and came out the next day to get things done. Stuff happens, but they made things right quickly. Good people.

I had a really great experience with V.I.P Glass. The people there were friendly and they were quick with fixing the glass on my car. If you are in the Houston Area or especially the Copperfield or Bear Creek Area you should definetely check this place out.

They are the worst service you can get. They lie to customers putting the cheapest glass instead of putting the right glass. When they work with Honda Katie, they work together to lie to customers by getting the cheapest glass, and making think customers that they paid a lot. A nightmare. Don’t go to them or either this Honda dealership. Don’t trust them.
