Each time I have an appointment, everything is handled professionally with such a personal touch. I had to bring my vehicle in to have the windshield replaced. Carlos said it could take up to 2 hours. I was quite impressed when Carlos returned a little over an hour and 10 minutes saying it was complete. Carlos was exceptional with his service.

Got a star rock chip and we called to start the process Carlos was great and got the repair taken care of in less than 15 min we were in and out speedy repairs and great customer service. I came into today for my routine maintenance, but was notified about a crack on my windshield. I didn’t even see it because of the location, so I’m glad they noticed it. Danny was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained to me why it was important to fix it even though it was a small crack, and the pricing was reasonable. I had the best experience with Safe Tech. I had a tiny chip on my windshield that I knew I had to fix eventually but just kept putting it off. They called me after my Lexus maintenance service and set everything up with my insurance. They even came to my house to fix it in about ten minutes. Super easy and super friendly! I didnt even know they could attend to the fix at Westside. Had I not addressed the suggested repair today, I could have faced an enormous cost to replace the entire windshield as my fixable crack likely would have continued to worsen. The repair was not much more cost than a good lunch and comes with a lifetime warranty and was done during my oil change and service. You literally cannot tell there was ever a chip/crack. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered there was a glass tech, here at the dealership where I already had my car for service. I came in to get a routine maintenance today and Danny noticed a small chip and crack in the black outline of my windshield. He was very knowledgeable about the damages it would cause if left not treated. He was able to get it done within my maintenance timeframe so that was great. As I pulled up to the dealership I was approached by the glass technician, and was ended up telling me my insurance would cover my rock chips. It was a very fast and swift experience; at the end when I got my car back I cannot over-exaggerate how clean and almost none seeing my rock chip was! It was like I had Got a brand new front windshield.

Danny Aparicio , the windshield technician was an extremely friendly individual! At any point in time, I never felt obligated to get my windshield repairs completed. Danny reassured me that my insurance would cover the costs and that I would not have to wait any additional time for my vehicle to be complete (aside from the mechanical maintenance). I am also highly satisfied with the quality of the repair as well, as there was no evidence left on the outer glass to even tell the window was cracked once before!

While at Westside Lexus for service I was approached by Flo who informed of damage to my windshield. I was completely unaware since it was located in an area not easily seen. He assured me that SafeTech would correct this damage and contact my insurance.
