CGT provided excellent service. My son went to a Halloween party on Friday night only to find his rear passenger window smashed along with several other cars at the end of the night. We searched online for someone that could do the repairs the next day. The first company we came across quoted a price of over $400 which was no issue, but they couldn’t replace the window until 3 days later. We continued our search and came across CGT. The description indicated they are open 24 hours, so we took a chance and called them. Much to my surprise, someone answered who was friendly and professional. He quoted a price that was far less than the original one. My son was able to get the replacement done on Saturday in time for work the next day and classes the following week. We were pleased with CGT’s customer service and work product. We would recommend them to anyone.

I called to have my windows on the side passenger and driver back seat fixed. I got the windows fixed, but now the window won’t go up, and my passenger side door won’t open any more smh. Check their work before they leave to make sure they haven’t messed your stuff up, and then have the unmitigated gall to seek full payment without fixing what they messed up

They tried to break into my car last night and cracked my window. other places were 4 hour wait and wanted pictures, I don’t have time. With that being said it’s 1:30 and my window is done. Extremely pleased.

Someone broke into our car 6-12-21. We contacted C.G.T windshield repair after a quick google search since the company mentioned being 24/7. Shortly after we received a text message saying that we could come the following morning to get the window replaced. Once we got to the location we were greeted by the owner “Brother C” and I must say that he indeed made me feel like his brother from the first hello. Such a kind and friendly gentleman that worked on our window while entertaining us at the same time. He replaced the window in a timely manner and cleaned up all the remaining glass that was through the car. I highly recommend CGT windshield repair and will refer anyone i know in need of a windshield repair to him from today forward. DON’T let the appearance draw you away from this establishment because you’ll miss out on a great experience in the end. We (my girlfriend and I) left there feeling as if we were family.Also, he also referred us to a friend of his to get our window tinted all within the same hour! Great recommendations!

Car was broken into at Hotel Derek ( place sucks) they answered the phone quickly and were more then helpful. I went over to the shop and met two friendly guys who made me feel at home. They replaced my rear passenger window in record time and vacuumed my truck. Also half the cost of safelite. Quick with cash in hand! Give these guys a shout anytime they hook you up!

I had Manuel and Kevin come out and replace my window that got smashed out last night. Called them at 11 and they showed up at my job and fixed on site in about 30 minutes with all glass cleaned up and a job well done. The part that got me was safelite quoted me over twice as much and didnt have any availability to come out for over a week so I was skeptical and shocked at the price and how quick it was. Charles is the best! I called him at 6am on a Sunday morning and he answered and was happy to take my car that same day. Please don’t let the appearance of the place fool you when you first arrive. I found Brother C online. I called, He told me to come by. Got my windshield replaced in less than 1.5 hour. Him and Mr Leon are very professional. Customer service was authentic, they made me feel like family. Their prices are amazing as well. I wouldn’t recommend any other place in Houston!

Mr. Charles came out and fixed my backed window after my brand new Acura RDX 2021 had been broken into. I called several places and they were as expensive as my deductible. He not only stop having lunch - but he treated me very well. I hope these thieves don’t break into my car again- but if they do I’ll just call Mr. Charles again. Someone broke my drivers side window yesterday May 20 2020 I was so upset because they sped off but I found this place on Google maps hoping to get a fair price and great work Paul and Daddy helped replace my window within minutes! Made an appointment to have CGT Glass come out the next day to replace my window. Called on the morning of my appointment and also texted to confirm my appointment and never got a call or text back. When my appointment time came, nobody showed up. Very disappointment in about the no show and no response back. This company is very unrealizable and they do not keep their word. Quickly made an appointment with another glass company and had the job done within hours on the same day. Definitely would not recommend using this company.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZINGGGG! Please do yourself the favor and just call them. This was by far the best experience Ive ever had! I was dreading making calls and getting quotes because my car was broken into. They made this experience seamless. I think Daddy sensed that I was over this entire situation so he simply asked what I could pay for my window. To my surprise, he agreed and sent someone over in 20 minutes. A sorry excuse for a human being broke my window in my car to steal from me, so I ended up with a broken window on a Sunday morning. Called up Brother C to see if he could fix it that day. He gave me a price but told me if I waited until Monday that it would be cheaper, which was something that he didnt have to. He could have given me a ridiculous quote for Sunday but he actually gave me a fair deal. I can tell that he is well respected in his community by the way the people there interacted with him. I had a bad job done on my window by another glass company . They had glued my window to the regulator trying to mold it back together and it didn’t hold. I called cgt and got service the same day for a great price .

I called Bro C Tuesday for a windshield replacement, and Robert and he came to meet me at my office on Thursday.
