I am informed that Service king is staffed with veterans and I do understand and agree with the sentiments of supporting veterans. My total respect to all veterans everywhere!!!However, the staff at the shop on Westheimer Rd are totally inept, There is the lady call Cynthia at the reception, she is totally unqualified for any kind of work that deals with the public.Shelies, inattentive, disrespectful and very Fake!!!Brought in my Truck which had the back end tore up by a hit and run motorist, They were supposed to do the body work and check the integrity of the the muffler cause it was dangling, pointed this out to Cynthia at the shop in person and spoke to the repair guy on the phone a couple of times stressing that, the muffler and under carriage of my truck be looked at. Well went in today after been informed my truck was ready only to find a very poor job done on the body and the muffler still dangling, obviously, nothing was done.I called my insurance company to have my truck fixed somewhere else, they said to go back to Service King, I informed the insurance company that I couldn’t and wouldn’t take my truck back to Service King as they had proven to be totally inept, unprofessional, unable, and incompetent!!!I would not for any reason whatsoever be going back to the Service King on Westheimer Rd and would not recommend them to anyone that places value on their property!!!They are not able to follow simple instructions!

Someone had backed into my car and left a major dent on both driver and back door. My quarter panel was really messed up, I didn’t think they’d be able to fix it but they did! Service was great! Would definitely recommend to anyone

Got my car back early and they did a great job on the repair after an accident. However I have some feedback for the team. One of the representatives I worked with came across as condescending. I asked about repainting a chipped area on my car and the representative proceeded to mansplain how paint goes onto a car by comparing it to nail polish….. You don’t need to explain how paint goes onto a surface to me by comparing it to nail polish just because I’m a woman. Just be careful about how you come across sometimes. I didn’t appreciate that one interaction, but they did good work on my car.

This is the 2nd time I’ve taken my car to Service King Galleria.Excellent customer service even in a pandemic.My service guy was Gary. He kept me in the loop on every step of the process. He took the initial observation only estimate and diagnosed the damaged areas unseen until disassemble. He communicated the supplemental estimate to the responsible insurance company got approval from Fred Loya, not an easy task.They did a fantastic job! Got my car back to brand new condition in a timely manner.I highly recommend Service King Galleria. Ask for Gary.

Service King is the best shop I’ve ever taken my car to. Before I gave Service King my business, I was at a shop called Bayway Collision. It was a mess. First time they fixed the damage on my bumper, the paint was chipped, and the grill wasn’t properly put into place. Second time, the bumper wasn’t the right color (my car is pearl white) it was more of an off white and they broke the bottom grill this time. At this point I was over it. I called my insurance and found a better place to go. Service king did an AMAZING job. You can tell they care just by the quality of the work they do. I will forever and always go back to, and refer my friends and family to service king. They are super professional, they care about your vehicle, and they get it done 9/10 BEFORE the promise date. Thank you to the entire crew at service King and special thanks to the manager Gary for working with me every step of the way!!

While my truck was in their possession it was ransacked and approximately $11.00 worth of loose change in my console and front cup holders was stolen. I pointed this out to the employee who pulled pictures and said that the $0.21 that is the same amount as in her picture (that taken at an angle from outside of truck) and thank me and wasnt interested in the fact that I knew it was half full when I dropped it because I pulled quarters out before checked in at their location and said thank you and was done. The repair work was amazing, a great job but I will never use them again after it being insinuated that Im a liar. I work in customer service is what she didnt know. Shame on her!

Cynthia at Service was great with communicating updates about my car. I was originally quoted a 3 week fix but my was was done after only 1 week. They had the rental car service pick me up in a timely manner, everything was good. I haven’t loved in Houston long so it was refreshing to go to a new collision center and feel at ease.

The level of unprofessionalism and deceit from this company is beyond anything I have ever encountered. I did not even get my car repaired at this shop due to the way the treated us from the start yet here I am heading into the fourth month waiting on money they practically stole from my insurance which belonged to the shop that actually fixed my car. I have made multiple attempts and phone calls filled with promises of a refund that has yet to be seen. It’s so sad to see businesses get away with these type of things taking advantage of people who are already going through enough with car accidents not to mention the state of the country with so many of us having limited resources.Please take my advice and avoid doing business with this company, they will look for a way to take advantage of you.

This location was by far my best experience with Service King. We have used several others in the Houston area through our insurance but oh my gosh. Need your repair done quickly? - it’s already done! Need your car looking like new? - you won’t be able to tell the difference from the first time you saw it on the car lot! The fact that enterprise provided me with my dream car/ mini van as my rental was icing on the cake. I was sad to return my rental early but so glad to be back in my Honda Civic (I named her Scarlet). She had missed me- I think.

Jonathan Hoffman, general manager, provided great customer service. I had my car repaired at another service king in Austin where I had my accident. Front lamp/light broke after 1 month. He ordered part immediately, put me in rental, and car fixed after parts arrived. Made up for the headaches of getting into accident and having parts break down. Front desk receptionist was super nice as well. I’m sorry but I don’t remember her name.

They did an amazing job after I had an accident a few years ago! Theyre clean, professional, friendly as heck! Theyre thorough with the explanation of what theyre going to do and keep you up-to-date every step of the way. They make you actually feel like a valued customer. I cant remember the last time a company or business made me feel that way. Not in this day and age. I plan to come back to fix my bumper, I tried to call the other day but the receptionist kept me on hold for over four and a half minutes so I hung up. Ill have to try another time.

Worst place to take your car. They dont even communicate with you or try to update you at all. They dont keep their promise completion date. When I call they dont answer and are very rude. Tell me Ill be ready by today and then they change it to next week like I need my car. Allstate needs to find a better body shop. I would not recommend it to anyone. I just got my car back after about 6 weeks. Wasnt satisfied with the paint job. They over sprayed my rear windshield. They damaged my cars paint and blamed it on the previous accident when that part of the was never worked on. And they didnt even clean my car properly or wash it properly. The customer Service is just bad. They didnt even give me give a good service when I received my car. I asked questions and they couldnt give me a direct answer

I have to say the service at this shop was excellent. My KIA arrived there with 2 destroyed doors and they deliver a brand new car to me. They order the parts from the factory and the installment was perfect, in addition the paint work also was amazing. ***ZERO STARS***This place is a complete joke. I was told my vehicle would be returned in about a week and here we are 3 weeks later and they still have my truck. They called to give bogus updates 3 separate times, each time saying they were waiting for, one last part, and we hope to have it ready in 2 days. I understand it may be difficult to find parts occasionally but 15 days to find a grill for a Dodge Ram is ridiculous.UPDATE: Service king said my truck was ready to go after having it for almost 6 weeks! The staff were wonderful. They fixed me and my wifes rear end damage on our SUV perfectly from being rear-ended by another driver while sitting at the light. Mr. Aaron Mitchell was wonderful and kept us alert on every move from the time it came in until the time it was ready. The staff from Enterprise Rent-a-car was successful and awesome too, helping us with our car rental while we were waiting for our vehicle to get repaired. They deserve 5 stars from me and my wife.

Let me start by saying if your car need bodywork repairs, DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS PLACE. Take it to a place that you trust and not someone that have close connections with the insurance company. I was told one thing by the repair shop ADJUSTER, and then another from the insurance company which is straight up bogus. This is one place that I will never recommend going to for servicing your vehicle. Again find a Reputable Repair shop and one that you trust.Wish I could select Zero stars.

My car was damaged in a hit and run (12/10/16). State Farm advised me to use SK Galleria as it was a Select Service shop and would require no outside work on my part. Having never had to have any work done before I took them at their word and went ahead and had my car towed here. Easy check in, was given a completion date (12/28/16). Was told by Santos, the rep assigned to my car, that the car would be ready by the promised date. That day comes, Im told it should be ready by the end of the day. Then they discovered that the 3rd party (Christian Brothers) that they had contracted to do some axle work had installed a bent axle. This happened two more times, with Santos telling me every day that the car should be ready tomorrow. He told me that every day for a month. Finally received the car on 1/20/2017. Pretty disappointed in my experience and the lack of clarity they provide when working through an issue. I understand things happen, but being told my car would be ready every day for a month is a bit egregious. Further, when I asked Santos Who is covering all this extra work, he replied Dont worry about it, State Farm will pay it. Kind of an odd response after all the mistakes they had made leading up to this. All in all, they managed to double the cost and time of the repair. They did end up waiving my deductible, but still, I would advise against using this shop for your repair needs.

I was sent to Service King by Allstate Insurance for an accident claim. The quote they gave insurance was so high that my car was totaled. There was NOTHING wrong with the car mechanically. It needed a hood, grill, tail light and bumper covers. I decided to keep the car. When I went to pick it up, it had not been put back together properly. Driving down the freeway with my son, the hood flew up and we were almost in an accident. I took it back to them immediately and the attendant on staff locked the doors and hid inside. After nearly beating down the door, she came outside and took my car back to be pieced back together properly. The repair adviser TOLD ME to take the car somewhere else!! Terrible experience...

I will never take my car here for work again. To give some background I took my car in to get a switch in my door plugged back in that had come lose, and they broke some trim on my door and tried to just set it back on as if nothing happened. They offered to fix it and set up a time to fix it, well on my way I got hit in the door so I went through the insurance company and took my car there. They fixed the broken trim as well as replaced the door but while replacing the door they tore my tint and messed part of the new door up. I set time up for them to fix both issues but instead they fixed my tint and that was it. I pointed out the door issue and they said they would send a guy to me the next day. Well 2 days later the guy comes to my work to tell me I need to take the car back into the shop so I do so and they make me set up another appointment to get it fixed. I got the issue fixed but in doing so they messed up my window tint another time. I have called them but have yet to get a response back from their rep. I am getting really tired of using my work vacation to have an issue fixed that they messed up. I can understand if it happened once but every time I take my car there to get something fixed they broke they brake another thing, it is getting really old. Once this issue is fixed I will never be coming back again and will warn all others.***Follow up after calling the district manager I was able to get these issues fixed in a timely manner as well they offered to detail my car for me.***Another Follow up, after submitting my receipt for the auto detailing it took a month to get my reimbursement. The day I sent them the receipt they told me that day they will submit it and let me know when they got it. I followed up after 3 weeks with an email and that went unresponded to for another week until I called them and was forward to their voice mail. Then an hour letter they responded to my email from the week before. I was told there was a glitch in their system and that is why it was not processed. A follow up letting me know there was an issue would have been helpful instead of me coming after them to find out. I was able to have them process the check and pick it up the next day. Lack of customer care turned a 2 day process into over a month.

It is interesting as I have read through the reviews that my experience has been exactly the same. I returned my car for warranty work on a previous repair. My representative was slow to return calls, and then didnt return calls at all. I left messages for the manager and was not contacted until I called customer service in Plano and registered a complaint. The manager called me the next day to inform me that the rep that I had been working with was no longer with the company and that (surprise) they were sending my car to the dealer because they could not make the repair. It has been nearly 2 months, and frankly, I cannot get anyone to call me back. The saving grace is that Service King is paying for my rental.A few more weeks have passed and I have been unable to get any response from the location as to the whereabouts of my vehicle or the status of the repair, I called the corporate office in Plano again and spoke with a customer service supervisor. I was told that a regional supervisor would contact me....This business should be closed -- this business is so ridiculously horrible, that is has to be a prank....but it isnt.

With the exception of their female receptionist who was rude, the service was great amongst other employees. Aaron Mitchell was very helpful and informative! From the minute I arrive he was polite and prompt. Upon picking up the repaired car, the front fenders were not aligned properly (ether the tech was lazy to fix it, or he lacks attention to detail when inspecting cars prior to delivering to clients). Nevertheless, I reported this issue to Aaron(he was standing right by my side as I inspected the car) and it was addressed on my 2nd trip to pick up the car. Overall, the work completed meet my satisfaction.The cleanliness of the vehicle was topnotch!Aaron kept me updated every time something was processed and completed.I received text alerts which were cool.On a scale of 1-10 I would rate them a 9. They had issues but were quick to resolved them. No one is perfect, and I respect this shop.-rudy

I was sent here by my Insurance Co. when I had an accident in my 3 month old vehicle while on vacation. Pete actually did a very good job of keeping me informed on the progress. However, the repairs took forever. The day they were supposed to be completed, I made the 7 hour trip to pick it up. It was not ready that morning as promised. I had to wait all day to finally get it, so I was just ready to leave. When I got home and inspected the vehicle, it was horrible. They burned the paint with a buffer in two spots, the paint was orange peeled, one door was not aligned properly, etc.... POOR job! So I filled out their survey and got one email from the manager asking to call him about my problems. I called him twice, with no return call from him. It was such a poor job, I just took it to the dealership and traded it off.

Literally the WORST experience Ive ever had with a body shop. Theyve had my car for a month and have set back the finish date 5 (FIVE) times. Although their customer service rep does a good job, they are constantly back logged and their parts vendors are garbage. They have literally costs me hundreds of dollars on top of the $5000 it took to fix the car.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. You will regret it. Take It To The DealerAt the encouragement of my insurance company, I used Service King Galleria for repair of my BMW after a hit-and-run rear end collision. I had been warned by a friend that their customer service was poor, but didnt heed the advice. The first round of repair took 3.5 weeks (they estimated 1 week) but the customer service wasnt too bad - they communicated frequently and stayed on top of the repair. Unfortunately, they didnt align the trunk properly after the repair, so the locking mechanism didnt work.I returned the car to Service King for round 2 of the repair (2.5 weeks) and was told the previous service representative was no longer around. Communication with the new rep was one-way (in response to my repeated calls) and when I did reach him there was a steady stream of half-truths, excuses and obfuscations. Maddening! At last they determined that the car would have to go to the dealer because after a week of attempts they were not able to fix the problem. The BMW dealer had it repaired in just a few days. I do not recommend the Galleria Service King, but have not had experience with other Service King locations.

He treated me as I was lying about my damages. I have been in service industry 10 plus years and you can always feel when the service is not welcoming. Im glad give the 2 grand to another shop. I was involved in a accident 6/30/17. After speaking to my insurance company, this was one of the places they recommended. Dont know much about body shops or mechanics, so I decided to go with them. They called me a couple minutes after hanging up with my insurance and since it was a Friday, they were able to get me in that Monday morning at 8 am. When I walked in, I was greeted and was helped right away. They told me that Ron was assigned to my car and would be right with me. Met with Ron, both went out to look at damages. He talked me through what he could see and answered any questions I had. He said my car would be ready by 7/18/17. While my car was in the shop, I got text updates regarding my cars progress which was nice. Ron even called a couple of times to give me verbal updates. Got a call on 7/13/17 saying my car was ready to be picked up...way before schedule!! Went the next morning to get my car. Ron went over what was fixed and everything. I asked him about something that was going on with a noise coming from the back and he happily went out of his way to take it around the block to try and figure out what it was. He took it to the garage, lifted it, looked around, lowered it, drove it again, lifted it again and was able to tell me what the issue was. That was wayy more than I expected. The people Ive dealt with here are awesome, especially Ron. Im sure this is a drawn out review but great service deserves a great review! Would definitely consider bringing my car back here for car repairs!

I had a hit and run damage. State Farm has Service King listed as a Select Service Provider. After seeing so many bad reviews I wanted to go to the Mitsubishi Dealer ship but circumstances forced me to take this location close to work.-The location is extremely clean and professional.-Mr. Santos greeted and assured me the damage would be taken care of and how.-They litterally gave me text message updates as to the percentage of repair completion-I also got a phone call when it was ready to be picked up-I inspected the work (Rum and Fender Damage) and I couldnt tell anything had happen.-It also looked like they had blown out a headlight but it turns out it was just normal wear and tear. I had a replacement and they took care of that too.Maybe care repair is like looking for an electricity provider in Texas. Only the snotty and pissed off want to make a comment. Me, I recommend them. Worst service Ive ever gotten. After getting rear ended, I took my car to this shop and decided to get a new windshield as well. I was told the repairs would be completed within four days. This turned into a week and a half and the windshield was on back order so that would take another four days or so. When I got the call to get the windshield put in, they said it would be another $100 because it had been mispriced. They said I was getting a great deal. I asked for a refund and was assured I would get one. Almost three weeks later, I havent gotten my money back and the service rep wont talk to me. Poor form, Service King. Do yourself a favor and dont go to this location.

One of the worst operations Ive had the displeasure of dealing with. They managed to turn a weeks worth of work into a 4 week ordeal. They claimed parts were on back order or unavailable, for my 2014 mustang, which at this point is barely a year old. They wrote up a bunch of body work that did not need to be done and claimed that the mechanical work, replacing an axle shaft, was out of their scope so the car had to go to a dealer. They claimed there was a dent in the exhaust pipe so it had to go to a muffler shop, they have outside vendors do all the glass work, basically they cant do anything themselves. Do not take your vehicle here, period. If insurance wants to take your vehicle here, insist on a different shop.

Also, after looking through local reviews, they are not well received or timely in their worksmanship, and if the claim is another person (i.e. you wont be paying for the work done), it seems that there are better options in a large city such as Houston. Do your homework, and only use this as a backup plan.

Horrible repair shop! I will never be taking my vehicle here or to any other service king for that matter. They are apart of the Allstate preferred vendor network and were close to where I reside; this is the only reason I took it there. However, Allstate has a large vendor network and I will be taking it to the dealer approved on the list next time.The only reason you should ever take it to the preferred vendor is that the Insurance company and their vendor will guarantee the work for up to three years after the date of completion of the original repair. However, according to Texas state law, you have the right to take your vehicle to any repair shop you deem worthy of your business, just know that once you do this the Insurance company only has an obligation to repair the damage and return you back to where you were before the date of loss. once this is done and complete they have no other obligations to you. This is why I took it to the vendor that was approved by them. However, My vehicle has been in the shop now for over two months and they have failed to communicate with me.Owen the District manager for that location is not very professional nore helpful. He has told me repeatedly that he will handle my case and keep in contact with me throughout the process; he has not. I have since written a letter to Allstate and explained why I am unsatisfied with their service and hope to hear back something soon. If I do not the next logical step is involving my lawyer. Allstate has what they call the claims satisfaction guarantee. No other insurance company makes the same promise. I had already called days before to let them know about my accident and they told me when to come and I did. I had to drive 40 minutes and then for them to tell me that they forgot to schedule me when I had already doubled checked with them. Terrible place, didn’t solve anything for me.

My car is currently there for an estimate. Its been 2 weeks, nothing. They have let their employees problems become my problems now. Service King? I think not. This location needs to figure it out that in a service industry, the customer comes first. Please do you self a service and support your local small businesses. Let these big companies go somewhere else and die.

I was directed to use Service King by USAA for their STARS rating. The service I received from them has been TERRIBLE. I received numerous text messages and phone calls assuring me that my car would be done on Friday October 28th. My car was not ready until November 5th. I received various excuses including the bumper they initially got in wasnt the right bumper so they had to resend for another one (I guess they didnt check it when it initially arrived or they ordered the wrong one?), they guessed incorrectly about my power steering component, and as they guessed wrong, this also delayed them, and finally, in trying to get as many cars processed on the last day of the month for October to make their monthly numbers look better, mine would be pushed down the queue. Additionally, prior to picking up the car, I was informed that one of the service lights on the vehicle had come on and they didn’t know why. I was told this would be taken care of before I picked up my car, but it was not. Frankly, as they didn’t even know why it was on in the first place, I don’t trust them to fix it, so now I’ll be out even more money than before because of the incompetence. 1/5 stars, would not recommend, and highly disappointed that USAA would think this is worthy of their recommendation.

Randy Jenkins, the location manager for this particular Service King is very unpleasant to deal with, and completely failed to demonstrate even a basic knowledge of customer service. Although their repair technician removed a piece of the trim from the fender of my truck during the repairs which my insurance company paid for, they did not reattached the trim correctly. When I called them and told them about it, they told me that it was their problem and to bring it back, and that they would fix it. I brought my truck back to the Galleria area Service King that had done the repairs, and had to speak to Randy Jenkins the store manager. He was evasive when I discussed the repairs needed. When I picked the truck back up, the only thing he did was to have his technician zip tie the trim piece to my truck with plactic tie straps. TRUST ME, YOU DO NOT WANT TO TAKE YOUR CAR OR TRUCK HERE! GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION OR EVEN ANOTHER BODY SHOP. When I complained to Mr. Jenkins that his repair was not satisfactory, his response was that We can just agree to disagree - you can go I have never received such a sub-standard level of service and incompetence before from any auto repair facility.

Customer service sucks big time!!!! Desiree that works with USAA never called me to give me an update on my vehicle. I had to call numerous times and was always told that she wasnt able to speak to me at the moment. She promised to give me an update the next day and never did. Do not go to them for repairs!!!!

Shop returned car to me with dead battery. Battery was changed last year, but shop claims it couldnt be their fault because they disconnect the battery. Obviously its just a coincidence that the relatively new battery died the week it was there. They refuse to cover the replacement costs for the battery.
