I have dealt with several bad experiences at other body shops throughout the years but have found my one time stop for any of my vehicles for as long as I live in Houston. They have top notch customer service! Mohammad, Mike and Rachel are the best people Ive had the pleasure of doing business with!! Ive also been pleased with mechanic shop there too! I would refer all my family and friends to go over to Santa Ana.

At first glance the car looked great after the damages it had but a month into driving it the car squeaks and sounds horrible might be the suspension from what I’ve been told. Then the front bumper wasn’t inspected correctly and it had cracks in the paint caused by the accident and started peeling this shouldn’t have happened. I don’t expect my car to be 100% back to its original state but for what my insurance paid I expected not to be dealing with Squeaks and my car sounding like it’s going to break. Definitely have the correct shop could be under my husband’s name Valentin Lopez

I had an accident recently and sustained damage to the frame, front bumper, grille, hood, and driver side headlight of my Lexus ES350. I searched for help and discovered Santa Ana Body Shop. The shop had a five-star rating with a ton of positive reviews. So I reached out to them, and received a prompt reply. I took my car in and got an estimate of the cost and repair time. However, they were able to repair my car and get it back to me in less time and for less money than what was estimated! They even touched-up some previous damage on the body of my car! Overall, my experience was great! I would not hesitate to recommend this shop! If you want to see the results, just look at the before-and-after photos that I posted!

Let me start by saying that my car was absolutely wrecked by hail when I dropped it off at Santa Ana Body Shop. I just picked it up and I can genuinely say that the car is in better condition now than even prior to the hailstorm. Yahya and Mike are extremely knowledgeable on their craft and were extremely thorough in explaining exactly what would be done to my car. Rachel was also extremely tentative and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. Santa Ana is the only body shop that will be getting my business from now on!

I came here after I got into a car accident. There was a lot of damage but the team here fixed everything and it looks amazing! They even put a little gas in the car because when I dropped it off I was really low on gas. Extremely happy with the repair job and customer service.Editing to add that I needed the battery replaced as well and they helped me out with that last minute.

Went to get an estimate for my tuck and the service was great and friendly. The lady named Rachel was great and funny and didnt take more then 10 mins to get me an estimate. Also theres another older lady whos very welcoming and always asking if you need water or coffee.

I am so happy I found this place. Rachel and Mike took great care of me when I needed a bumper repair for my Toyota RAV4. Rachel was patient as I dealt with Triple A and reliably estimated how long the repair would take. The hospitality and customer service is definitely well received. I might even drive the extra 20 minutes for future oil services because I need a trustworthy auto shop in my life.Also the Hertz rental car is in the parking lot so extremely convenient if you need a rental after a collision.

THIS PLACE IS A DEAD END,DONT DO IT!After getting a catalyst replaced and spending over a thousand now I have to get a whole new one because this people cut and did some welding but the part is too short so now I have a check engine light on because of their malpractice. Be WARNED.

I was involved in a car collision in which my car sustained a substantial amount of damage the representatives at Santa Ana made sure that everything was taken care of at a reasonable price. Rachel was amazing! So kind, so thoughtful and considerate, she helped me get around because I was unable to get a rental car from them based on my lack of insurance. She provided a concierge that was able to get me to and from work for a few days and her name was Miss Lisa and Miss Lisa is just the sweetest. I was very impressed by the entire staff and their customer consideration. Thank you guys again for all that you did!

I was lucky to find this place. Took my car in for maintenance. Got everything that I needed taken care of including brake pads, oil change, spark plugs, drive belts, inspection ETC. Everything was amazing. They treat you with respect and keep you informed about everything. Pricing is right on par. Took my car back to get the bumper repaired from when I got into a wreck a few years ago and again they were nothing but professional and amazing. Will not take my car anywhere else.

Within 2 months of having my car, I’ve had what seems like every issue imaginable come up - I’ve spent as much on repairs than I paid for the entire car. Been to 9 different shops for various work, some shops couldn’t even figure out my main issue (grinding when turning, turned out I needed diff fluid replaced). Was in yesterday for minor work and I brought up my grinding problem to the owner, he knew immediately what the problem was and not only that, he gave me a price that was more than half off what the Honda dealership quoted me.no more grinding! Abdallah was incredibly helpful and honest, I’ve experienced many dishonest mechanics and it’s truly exhausting finding a place you can trust. This is definitely that place, will be returning for any future work!

They are good, honest for the most part, but took them 3 weeks to figure out the car was a total loss... this is not ok. They also happily remind you, you have a 30-day rental through your insurance that is not only unprofessional but shows they seem to just want to take their sweet time. Not everyone wants to drive around in a rental car...

Took my car here because of all the excellent reviews, which have proven to be true. 2007 BMW 3-series requiring front bumper and headlight replacement. Mike was receptive to all my questions and very easy to deal with. They handled any additional supplements with the insurance company and did the repair in a timely manner. They even polished up the other headlight that wasnt damaged for free. Car looks better than it did prior to the incident. Extremely satisfied with the service and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

My 16 year-old van looks great with a new bumper. I was very pleased with the service and work from Santa Ana.A friend recommended Santa Ana Body Shop for my van; I wanted to get the front bumper repaired or replaced. Mike walked me through the process and explained that replacing the bumper would be the most cost effective option (vs. stripping and repainting the already damaged bumper). The van also needed a fender liner. Mike suggested an aftermarket bumper and an OEM fender liner. At no time did I feel pressured to get any work done, and went ahead with the work. When I got the van back it looked incredible. They even polished the headlights which made the van look brand new. I had some missing grommets under the hood and in the fender area; they replaced them all. They even gave me the left over paint so I could fill the paint chips on the hood.The friendly service and high quality work will bring me back again. Thanks Santa Ana.

If you need peace of mind and trust COME HERE. I was extremely worried about taking my Mercedes just anywhere. I reviewed SEVERAL body shops in the Houston area, this one has the best reviews and now I know why. When I got my car back it looked brand new and I am extremely detail oriented and I just couldn’t believe how good Santa Ana did on my car. They treat you like family from the point as soon as you walk in to the time you leave. The ladies at the front deck are amazing and extremely professional but also personable which sometimes it’s hard to find people that have a passion for helping people. I just left Santa Ana Auto Care off of 290! What a wonderful experience. I needed an oil change and they made things so simple and quick. The customer service is wonderful and everyone is informative and knowledgeable about their positions. I could not have asked for a more speedy experience. To be honest, after the AMAZING treatment I received, Id bring it here EVERY TIME regardless. They have in house rental vehicles. Their staff is not only nice, but just as qualified as the manager who, speaking of, is extremely knowledgeable and will communicate with you. Needed an car inspection, went on yelp, this place was the closest with almost a perfect review. Pulled up at 11:40 am, Hassan, the service manager, was able to help me with the paperwork while his tech started the inspection. I was out in about 20 minutes. Was a very smooth transaction. Highly recommended!Recently my wife had some damage to her car that needed repairs. Ive been very busy at work, however, I get my oil changes and inspection stickers at Santa Ana which is just minutes away from my office. It some how slipped my mind that they also have a repair facility right next door. One day I was able to slip away from work and come by for a quick estimate. Rachel, was able to give me a quick estimate and told me what time to come back to drop off the vehicle to start repairs. The owner of the shop took the time to give me the proper information for the make and model vehicle I brought in to service when it came to my oil change. The honesty was very much appreciated. I was very satisfied with my oil change also he does offer a stamp card reward program.

Cheap? Yeah right. I called to 10 different places and going off googles reviews I expected Santa Ana to be one of the better ones. They were more than double what I was quoted and like a typical shop, they are always looking for more things that they feel need to be done. Avoid at all costs, unless you dont care about your money.

During the Memorial Day weekend I had a front end collision and was concerned finding an honest, ethical, and reputable body shop in the Houston’s area. I came across Santa Ana Body Shop and discovered the ratings were excellent. I am a careful by nature but I felt comfortable at this business.I had the pleasure to work with Adam, he was thorough in explaining the repairs and each time I visited the shop I was shown the progress on my car.One of the highlights of my experience with Santa Ana Body Shop was how accommodating to my needs and time. I did not have rental reimbursement on my insurance policy so they offered me a free loaner. The only available loaner at the time was a nice vehicle but I needed something with a better fuel economy, a couple days later them produced such a vehicle. I was impressed especially knowing vehicles were very limited due to the historical flooding here in Houston.Nevertheless, my vehicle was delivered as promised along with my cost to cover the repair. I was impressed with the work done and I highly recommend this body shop. They provided excellent customer service, attention to detail, and went upon my expectations.

Early in the morning, when I was about to head to work, I discovered that my front passenger window had been completely busted in overnight. I am new to Houston, and Santa Ana Body Shop was the only place I could find through Google, relatively near my home, that had 100% positive ratings. I called and was given a fair estimate, and was told that I could come in right away. I came to the shop at 11:15 and was greeted with friendly customer service. I was out in about an hour and a half. MIKE helped me with my car. I also had him look over some scratches for which he gave me an estimate. He was able to help me with an less expensive quick fix for my scratches until I have saved enough to get the full repairs. While in the waiting room, I also overheard two other service representatives treating another customer very well. The customer was extremely frustrated and frazzled, and they helped her understand her situation and they were working with her to get her the best price possible. I will definitely return to Santa Ana to fix those scratches and for any other repairs I might need, and I would recommend it to a friend. As a woman who is used to people trying to scam her at car places, I felt comfortable and fairly treated at this location.

My Ford Fusion has extensive front end damage that included the AC, radiator, body, mechanical and electrical. It was all done perfectly. The car looks great! They were professional and polite. I replaced my Toyota Camrys front spoiler at Santa Ana Body Shop and they did an amazing job. I got the best quote and Mike gave a very good option of paying upfront for the part so that he could prep the part before I walked in and I just had to wait a couple of hours on a Saturday to get the job done. All other body shops asked to drop off my car for at least 2 days. I highly recommend Santa Ana body shop👍🏻.

I truly understand now why this place has a 5 star rating. The employees were super nice and friendly. The lady at the front desk Rachel even helped call the insurance company herself to get the info I needed to get the rental since Ive never had to do this before. And Mike went above and beyond my expectations, even helped fix a problem that wasnt included in the repair list that the insurance gave him. My civic was wrecked pretty bad in an accident and was fixed in this body shop. They do provide you with a loaner car while yours in body shop. All in all, a big thumbs up to Mike.

Took my car in at 1 on a Saturday because my brakes were bad and had it back by 3. I was shown in the garage what was wrong with my brakes and quoted a more than reasonable price. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I was worried about finding an honest place and saw the great reviews on Google and took a chance. Paid off! Not one to normally write reviews, but I would not have found this great spot if not for reviews so I’m doing my part. If you are looking for an honest and good mechanic shop, this is the place.

Wonderful customer service. - they worked with me to find the low cost option to fixing my bumper and door, they replaced a switch that had been broken for years and they even found some tough to locate parts. They did it for less than their estimate, and even honored a $100 coupon at checkout.They offered a free loaner car and they finished a day early! The guys here are awesome! I needed the timing belt changed in my truck and they had the job done the next day! They also had everyone beat on prices! I would definitely recommend them to anyone with auto repair needs!

Although my Nissan truck was eventually totaled by my insurance company, I went to Santa Ana Body Shop based on all of the high marks they received on Google. I thought if this many people had a positive experience I figured or at least hoped I would have the same. Rachel youre the best, thanks for making an already stressful situation easier to deal with. Everything down to the smallest detail was explained to me as well as the advantages and disadvantages of keeping my truck that seemed to have minimal damage. Definitely not the least expensive body shop but I believe you get what you pay for. If Im ever in this situation again, I would definitely recommend Santa Ana Body Shop.Scott H

Took my 2014 Acura TL here for some body work and I got my baby back looking like she did when she came off the show room floor!Let me tell you that Mike so kind and professional. Not to mention that he worked it out so that the cost was something that I could afford without using insurance.And you will also LOVE Rachel, she works in the office and is very helpful, considerate and professional too. Santa Ana Auto Body And Repair Shop is Awesome In March i was in a wreck and bought my 2009 Dodge Journey to them. Drew in the Auto body Shop worked to get everything done that needed to be done.They made sure I had a rental and that all the repairs were Grade A+. While there I had Michael in The Repair Shop do my tune up and oil change. They have my truck looking and sounding like it just came from the dealership. I have been here 3 different times for body work in the past 2 months, and would recommend without reservation. They are good people and are easy to work with. Being able to trust people is ultimately most important for me and that is why I will use them again....... but hopefully not too soon.

Fast, friendly, good quality service for great prices!! I brought my car in to get my bumper fixed and they fixed it in less than an hour! I have been going to an expensive repair shop, but since I found out about Santa Ana Body Shop, this will be my new go-to!
