I received several quotes before visiting River Oaks Paint and Body. Price mattered to me because I was self paying. The minute you walk in and see all the car certifications they have , its obvious they are reputable. I was quickly greeted and then quickly helped by an estimator. With all the certifications and accolades on the wall, I thought this place would he more than others. I was stunned when the pricing came back 30% less! Chris helped me , and was 1st class all the way. I also personally spoke to the detail gentleman, whose name unfortunately escapes me, who was also first class as well as receptionist.Self pay for a silly accident that you caused on your own or Insurance all the way, its never a fun experience to be at a body shop. Perhaps about as fun as going to the dentist. Should you find yourself needing to repair your car I highly recommend this place based on my experience.One last thing, the cleaned the whole vehicle including buffing whole vehicle and deep cleaning interior. Totally unexpected and a $200+ value for free.

This place is awesome!! Customer service is amazing.I came in for a broken rear view mirror. They not only fixed my mirror the same day but saved me a lot of money and provided me a ride to and from work. Everyone is so friendly but Sam Wick was exceptionally kind and helpful. I would give this place 6 stars if I could!

People like you is the response given when requesting an explanation. Be ready to be told you are wrong, made a mistake and then be accused of lying. I was told they do good work, and they do at being unkind and unnecessarily rude. I would avoid it at all costs.

I was extremely satisfied with this service. I had a collision repair job done through Geico in partnership with RO P&B. Frank was the shops point person on the job - he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient with time and with cost. The repair was done quite well and the vehicle looks like new. The shop even paid attention to detail and user experience enough to put the vehicle through a wash after the repairs. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

River Oaks is the BEST! Dennis and the whole team are amazing! especially Ruben and Jesse! I had a pretty serious accident last year and have had to take my car in for a couple of other things. I will never go anywhere else. The staff is trustworthy and patient. Highly recommend them for anything your vehicle needs!

Out of all of the body shops I visited in Houston, River Oaks Body and Paint shop had the most punctual and professional team and service! They went above and behind to order parts ( in my budget range ) and work in a timely manner! I called in to see if they could service my car (I was refused in many places due to having an older car) and they told me to come in to see what they could do. I walked into the door, and I was immediately approached to be serviced. They even fixed my Driver Side seat ( my seat would no longer move back and forth due to a motor) WITHOUT me asking for it. I know nothing about cars, this place made me feel comfortable and I knew my vehicle was in good hands! I’m definitely coming back here with ANY car troubles. They’re voted #1 for a reason!!!! Management is outstanding, staff is excellent. 10 stars!!!!

I will FOREVER use this as my body shop!! I’ve unfortunately had two people hit me this year and returned here. I have Geico so they make everything so easy. I was in and out within minutes and within days my car was done. They are friendly, bass, professional, and fun! Most importantly, they keep you up-to-date and they keep their promises.

Took my Audi here for what I though was going to be a very expensive deep, long scratch to repair (paying out of pocket). Not only did they quote a great price, but they did excellent work and turned it around so quickly!We brought our other car full of dents and dings to them the next day. Same great work and they were super easy to work with - this time it was paid through insurance. My vehicle was t-boned by another car and Geico sent me here for the repairs. I was very impressed with how easy the process was and the professionalism of the shop and its employees. I drove the vehicle in and had a quick consultation on damages and any issues that I wanted to bring up about damages that only I would notice while I was driving. They brought a rental car to me at the shop and I was on my way to work within 20-30 minutes. The repairs were done quickly and actually finished a week before the quoted time even though it was the holiday season. When I picked the car up, it was just as quick to get the vehicle back and turn in the rental. They also washed and detailed the entire inside of the vehicle. I am very impressed and will probably bring back my vehicle for some option repairs and upgrades. This may now be my preferred body shop going forward.

Had a great experience my advisor was Gilbert Cardona, he returned my car 2 days earlier then the due date and was prompt with his responses. I also met Fernando Luna the new production Manager who was extremely professional and greeting. We did the walk through together and made sure that my vehicle looked great before taking it home!

Ive always trusted River Oaks Paint & Body for providing excellent quality and service for my vehicles. Fernando Luna was very helpful and professional from the moment we spoke on the phone about my car repair to discussing options and quotes.

My car got backed up into at my work parking lot, damage was not too bad, but enough to be concerned about. Called my insurance and they suggested River Oaks Paint & Body (Kirby). I went in and it was really comfortable and very friendly. This was by far the easiest and most professional place I have ever been to. Looked over the damage area, they suggested what they will do, and had me in/out with a rental in no time at all. I get to work on time and the same day they are sending me updates/pictures/progress/invoice of cost. Now my damage wasnt real bad (scraped rear bumper and tailight and slightly damaged rear quarter fender) so I wasnt expecting too much from them..but they went above and beyond, checking for damage under all panels, checking door, bumper and taillight alignment. And when it was all done, in 3 days none the less, the paint quality and repair was perfect! Now, my car is white with a lot of pearl in it and it looks flawlessly blended with the factory paint job. I was amazed. And to top it off they did a complete detail inside and out. This car looks and smells as new as I bought it. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Excellent service and quality work.

Took our black C300 in for a rear end colision. Fast service. Good quality work. But asked for an estimate on the hood. Even called and reminded them about it. Never got an estimate. I guess they dont need the business. Poutis down the street got the job.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The amount of stress I went through with this body shop was totally unnecessary. I originally got the quote from the Newcastle location but I ended up dropping it off at the Kirby one thinking they do the same quality of work. Newcastle location is Porsche certified. I dont have time to go into all the details but let me list some of things I had to deal with.1. They dont have a Porsche guy at the Kirby location (i only learned of this later on in the process). why didnt they just transfer the car to the other one and do the job right?2. They couldnt give me a status on my car or even locate it in their system anytime I called. Oh..its a Porsche you say? white? we dont have it...3. They had to redo the repair FOUR times!!! Is it 100%? No but I got so tired of the process I am living with it.Please take your car elsewhere. Between the incompetent customer service and the terrible quality of work..theres no reason to pay a single dollar here.

I needed my door mirror cap painted. The dealer wanted $150. Gilbert did it for $67 in less than 24 hours and matched the color perfectly!

Took 4 trips to this shop to get a dent in my bumper fixed because they couldn’t calibrate parking sensors after pulling my bumper off. On my 4th visit to the shop, they took my car to the Audi dealership to get it repaired. Horrible service.
