Came in because my coolant was leaking out and within 10 minutes he found out that the hose was loose. Most places would have lied and said something else just to get more money, but they got me in and out quick. I highly recommend y’all come here

These people are crooks!! Please do not take your vehicle here. They took advantage of my mother and promised a warranty that he didn’t honor. She paid $1300 for a repair and after 3 weeks the vehicle broke down again and he tried to charge her again for the same repair. Also her vehicle battery was stolen from her motor without any force entry that sounds real shady. The owner sounds like a criminal.

This shop does an excellent job and has for the past 15 years i have brought my vehicles to them. Prior to Cullen they were located in Richmond Rosenberg area. I have referred numerous customers over the years and not one single complaint. They stand by their work.

Warning you! Please do not come here for body work. I came in to have a front end fixed for a wrecked vehicle. I brought a grille for this truck and it was in good shape. When I came to check on the progress , they told me the grille I brought was broken. They said not to worry they would still make it work. I asked how come there was so many big gaps between the hood and fenders.The hood had about a four inch gap between the hood and the grille. It was so bad that my headlight on my passenger side would stick out. I was told they would straighten it out before I pick it up. When I came to pick it up, the bumper they put on had 4 big holes on the top of it, as if it came off a work truck. The front end was painted ,but still had the huge gaps as if they didnt bother fixing it. If i needed other fenders or extra stuff to be done , they should have asked me to get them or if I needed more work done. They literally used zip ties to hold my grille in place. My truck used to get a lot of compliments before ,but since I took my truck there, Ive been embarrased to drive it. If you do good work or bad work , it shows the reputation of your shop.

I had a terrible experience with this shop today. I dont recommend to anyone to come here. They are unprofessional and want to rip you off! First was quoted a paint job for $70 and then at time of pick up said the new price is $150 because they bought the paint twice ( not my problem at all ) then after inspecting the paint job I quickly noticed scuff marks and they refused to fix it unless I paid them more.

Its the small things that the guys do...touching up other minor scratches...vacuuming...made the whole process easy and stress free. The guys at 3 brothers auto and body repair go above and beyond.

I asked for quick, good work. They charge so much less than other shops that I tipped them for giving what I wanted, how I needed it.

I went to 3Brothers auto repair 11/20/2018 with part, evaporator solenoid, in hand for repair.. I was told by Ruben, owner, that that wasn’t my problem, my problem was the evaporates canister. This part had to be order and he needed the money up front. He called gulfgate dogde and quoted me $285 parts and $75 labor. When I called, asked if he could get to me a week later, today, he said yes. I went their. He said it would take a couple hours, took me to Chase Bank to get money for part, since he had to order it it had to be paid up front, dropped me at home, said would call in a couple hours. He did,,and as I entered the car he showed me a part, solenoid and said feel how heavy this is. He wrote my service warranty as if he replaced the evap canister. I called the dealer because the part I now have is the one I returned on the 20th and was told it was the solenoid. I called him and said my receipt didn’t reflect the part and service he indicated he did. The $285 part was actually a $28 part. He text me $85 check, $150 smoke test, $160 labor and $35 parts. I told him the receipt was not correct and asked for the correct one. He said that was all I get. I called the police to escort me their that I waned the correct receipt without any trouble. He changed his conversation with me several times to the police. The police E. Salazar came out and said it was a civil case to just eat this one and call it a loss. I said if your wife came home and said she was beat by a mechanic he wouldn’t tell her to just call it a loss. I said I’ll see you in court. I later called him again and asked for him tocorrect my service warranty, he refused. Said he talked to his attorney and was told for me to take him to cour, that I would lose. WHAT DOES THIS SAY ABOUT HIS WORK ETHICS.

This is by far the worst body shop in Houston. I wont recommend this to anyone!!! They rip you off on price and the paint and body work looked TERRIBLE!! Now I have to find another place to fix it on my expense. I wish I could give negative stars!
