I had a truck that wasn’t operational and I needed to move it from the front of my house to the garage. They ask me when did I need it and I said today if possible and they were they before the time I asked them to be there and they waited on me to make it home. The driver did an excellent job. He took pride in his work and he was very careful with my truck, as if it was his truck. I ask him for cards for their business, so if I need them again I will call them and issue their business cards to people who need their help. Thank you! You rock!!!

Was involved in hit and run. Gabriel was the first one on the scene and helped me through the whole process. From getting my vehicle to his shop to contacting and keeping my insurance updated every step of the way. They finished all repairs as promised and even detailed it for me!!!! ;) I hope I never have to use them again but would definitely use again if needed. Highly recommend

I just moved from California to Houston Texas. As soon as I arrived I crashed my car a little accident the first thing I did was take it to this body shop. As soon as I arrived the owner Gabriel was very professional I loved him man ima definitely be back to his shop he takes car of his customers he’s really not out here to take your money he really wants to do his job and help others. When I dropped off my car after the accident he had it ready by next month the next day when I pulled it out of his lot a oil started leaking In front of a “Ace Hardware company” I left my car there I called him he has someone pick it up and had it fixed the exact same day I have never seen someone so helpful in my life I will definitely definitely be back

I have gotten two vehicles painted here and both times the quality has been excellent. I’m very picky with my cars and I have no complaints on the paint jobs they have done for me. The owner Gabriel provides the best customer service and stays in touch with you through out the entire process; always answering any question you may have. I will continue to go to them for future paint and body work.

Good work on my 2020 Chevy Colorado they contacted the insurance to cover all damages that had happened with all brand new parts. A little miscommunication at first but everything was done in a timely manner. I would recommend.

Great place to get your car fixed! We weren’t from the area, but they worked very well with us while we were home in Dallas. Very professional and attentive to their clients. They communicated very well through phone and even text message! Everything was ready on time like they said and Gabriel went above and beyond for us. The workers we met at the shop were also very nice and showed us everything they fixed. I highly recommend them for any of your car needs!

We had a 2009 Chevy Tahoe get fixed after a crash. They were professional about their work, we did have some complications the first time getting it back but the owner guaranteed us they would take care of everything that I had pointed out & they did ! The manager Joey was considerate in everything I told him about our insurance and reviewing the parts, I would give it 5 stars but I’m just waiting on the A/C to get fixed & an alignment (couldn’t get done since the insurance didn’t cover.) other than that , would recommend !

Gateway Auto Collision is probably the best body shop I have ever used. I used to go to a place that my parents would go, but I didn’t really like going there. My girlfriend’s car got hit and we took it here at Gateway and they did an amazing job on her car. The car looks brand new. They even have lifetime warranty on the alignment and some other stuff I forgot what he said. They even popped the dent out of my car in about 10 mins when I was just dropping off my girlfriend to get her car. The owner Gabriel is really nice and friendly. I am going to take my car to this place from now on.

Hello there i had an accident 01/16/21 the accident was detailed and i was a real pain to deal with....but Gabriel the owner and his staff went the extra mile to help my 14 year old Toyota highlander... this was my mothers ride and after she passed it it was personal where i was concerned. i really didnt want to lose this suv. the insurance company wanted to total this suv.....i can honestly say Gabriel the owner and his staff did there best and did extra things to make this happen. I can honestly say the vehicle was not totaled but fixed and i have the toyota ....the body work and everything that was done was well done thank you ....on a weak note i believe that if you had a staff member that can handle calls or a PR person to handle back calls for communication and not be a one man show gabriel you need to delegate more would this would help ur clients and your busness would grow by leaps and bounds.......other wise thank u so much for a job well done your truly yours mitchell z

I do not recommend this body shop. I got my truck painted and repaired here, and they didnt sand it down before painting it so after three months the paint started to chip. Additionally. the parts they put on my truck were apparently new, but they do not look new.

Gateway Collision is an amazing company to work with! They even got my deductible covered! They are extremely nice people to work with and did an impeccable job on my car and couldnt be any more happier to have them worked on it! A+ in my book!

I had my truck repaired over at auto collision. I was referred here by a distant friend and totally happy with their work.Got into a rear end collision, truck was pretty damaged. Shop manager was very communicative, despite the COVID thing going on, made calls across Toyota dealers in the country to get OEM parts and fix the truck. Quality of work was very detailed, very satisfied with their work.
