One of the best/fastest car buying processes I’ve been through. My second Audi with them. Sales staff is highly knowledgeable of the vehicles, efficient throughout the whole process and not pushy. Service department also gets 5 stars. I’ve dealt with Eric Majors twice now on some very minor issues that were addressed immediately by the service team at Central Audi. Love my new A5. Great crew all around at this dealership.

I recently visited Audi Central Houston for a test drive. Had no idea about how welcoming they are, I jumped in an Uber and got there. Luckily, met with Xavien Clemmons, an Audi sales person, who walked me through various options and delineated different aspects of the brand clearly and transparently! After the test drive I made my mind and said I go for Audi 100%. A part from how comfortable, smooth yet powerful Q5 was, I mostly was impressed by Xaviens character and the way he was treating me. Absolutely caring, well-organized, educated person who wants his client to feel the best experience he/she wants.If you happen to go for Audi cars, I would strongly recommend you go to Audi Central Houston and ask for Xavien. Frank was SUCH a patient sales person! I had just begun my search for a new car, and wasnt certain what I wanted. I ended up visiting the dealership 3 times (all with test drives) before I decided to purchase my A5 sportback. Came in, looked at a car online with sales associate. He went and confirmed the car was available but at another location being detailed. I said send the me photos when you are done and I will come back. I also asked that he tell me if there is any other interest. Did not hear from him. The next day (today) I have heard nothing but I am ready to buy. I text him asking for an update, turned out even when he went to check, the car had been sold the whole time. First experience, last experience.

Wow! Impressed! I already bought a used audi before it hit the lot, knowing car was sold they still would not let the car leave with a blemish in paint on front bumper. Sent car to paint. Oh, where to begin…. I purchased my 2018 A4 from Audi of Central Houston in November 2020, because after extensive research it was much more equitable to purchase in the Lone Star State as opposed to my home state of New Jersey and the surrounding states in the Mid-Atlantic region. I’m talking over $10k! Manual transmission AWD cars are hard to come by these days and the 2018 A4 was the last year for the manual trans. I had a few snafus along the way, from the late delivery, not Audi of Central Houston’s fault, but they made good on that and I got a free delivery! I’m good with that….it just brought the price down again. When I received the car, I almost immediately smelled something like burning waffles. Within a day, a Pre-Collision Sensor error appeared and would not clear. I brought it to my local Audi dealer for diagnosis. Evidently the previous owner of the car had destroyed the clutch (yes, at only 35,000 miles!), hence the burning smell. I was furious and I let Audi of Central Houston know it. I went a little Jersey on Jeff Shiao and Chase Reed. They were gracious enough to split the $4,000 cost without hesitation. I figured I already saved $1,250 on delivery and the vehicle cost was substantially lower than anything comparable in New Jersey, so I sucked it up. Then I got the news from my local Audi dealership that the pre-collision sensor error was due to an aftermarket windshield having been installed on the vehicle. The local dealer was unsuccessful in recalibrating the pre-collision sensor which required the installation of a genuine Audi windshield (approximately $2,000). I was so upset and completely done by this point. I contacted Chase Reed at Audi of Central Houston again regarding the windshield. Chase requested the estimate from my local Audi dealer and then I didn’t hear back from him. Again, I kinda went all Jersey on him and others at the dealership. Then, I realized they were having a very difficult time with the ice storms and I felt like a real jerk after firing off my angry email. Chase did get back and stated the obvious about the ice storms. Again, he was very gracious, and without hesitation covered the windshield replacement 100%. Both the clutch and windshield had to be ordered from Germany and deliveries were extremely delayed. I am happy to say that after two months in the shop, I finally have my beautiful A4 back. What an incredible machine! I couldn’t be happier. So happy, in fact, that I kept the Audi of Central Houston license plate frame to honor what a fantastic dealership they are!! Being that I was unable to inspect the vehicle personally, I had to rely on Jeff 100% as to the condition of the vehicles interior/exterior, if there were any odors, etc. He was thorough and sent me dozens of up close photos and assured the car was in pristine condition and it was. The detail job on the car was amazing! It looked brand new...Jeff and Chase are the best and should be commended. Very kind, understanding, accommodating and responsive throughout the entire process. Thanks guys for everything. All the best! 😊

I have no complaint about the new Audi I bought. But the sales/finance process has left me feeling extremely frustrated.When going through the finance department, I was very clear that I didn’t want any of their add-one for the car. As much as they pushed them, I clearly said I didn’t want their additions. So when it came time to sign docs, they had still added items that I clearly said I didn’t want. By this time though, I was in a hurry because of other scheduled obligations. Even after making it known that I had to be out by a certain time, and being assured it wouldn’t be a problem.And then the icing on the cake was being told there was a $125 fee to transfer my personal license plates to the new vehicles. I thought that was excessive, so I called the county assessor the next morning, and they said that their is no such governmental fees to transfer plates.This Audi dealer is looking to rob you of every penny they can. All they have done is guaranteed I will never bring my new car back to them for service. And I will make sure that I tell everyone I can about their unscrupulous business ethics.

Overall good experience. We worked will salesman Ann. She was very knowledgeable about cars, patient, and didn’t make us feel pressured to buy. We were having a delay with our lender of choice and the sales manager was pretty rude about the delay and we almost walked away without getting the car due to his impatience and rude demeanor. Ann made it right so it worked out in the end. Ann gets 5 stars, overall experience 3 stars.

Good luck trying to get support over the phone. No one ever answers, they lie about getting back to you, terrible customer service, and even was hung up on because of lack of patience. They all act arrogant and dont bother with you once they have your money. Wont buy another vehicle from them.

Horrible experience with the service department for 3rd straight time. Bought an A6 here 5 years ago and at the time had an attentive service rep. After he left after a couple years it’s steadily declined. Set up an appointment online with first available rep as my car had to be continually jump started and a check engine light came on. This was done after hours so I could get the car in soonest. Subsequently I only rcvd text messages the day the car was picked up with estimates of repair. No phone calls from a “service” rep and I use the term loosely. Fast forward from Wednesday to Friday around mid day. Still yet to receive a call from anyone or status update of my car. I call the assigned service rep and leave a message with my name number asking for an update. 4 hrs go by and no returned called. I call back and speak to a reception asking to speak to a service manager. She gets nervous and writes my name and number down saying my rep will call me back shortly and she walked overto his desk. 30 minutes he does call back and is apologetic for the delays blaming it on the service techs and that he walked up there himself to get an update. I informed him that I do not care if it’s going to take longer to repair the vehicle and more find it unacceptable no updates are provided through the entire process. Fast forward an hour and he calls to say my car is ready to go. I said ok, well I selected the option to have the car picked up and dropped off at my house so please let me knowwhen it’s on the way. His reply was that he wasn’t sure if the valet folks were still around. I said ok, no problem please just have someone call me in the morning when it’s on its way. No surprise but received a call (now Saturday at 1130) so ubered to the location to pick my vehicle up. The next time a service item comes up on the vehicle I am trading it in and will not purchase an Audi again. I’ve heard good reviews of the Audi dealerships service department up north and west but unfortunately live in town so this is the closest location. Would recommend avoiding Audi Central at all costs. It’s not worth the hassle and the customer does not come first.

Our sales person Marvin Munoz was very promt, knowledgeable and tremendously helpful throughout the process (quotes, appointments, paperwork, vehicle demo etc.) and the whole transaction went smoothly. This was by far the WORSE EXPERIENCE I ever had in buying a car, EVER! The whole process and experience was just UNPROFESSIONAL. First off, they tried to sell me the car with body damage and act like they didn’t know that it was there. They finally repaired it when I made them do so. My credit was run without authorization and me specifically telling them not to since I already had the financing established via my bank. They made me rush to the dealership from Katy during the middle of the day when I was on my lunch break at work, saying they could still sell the car even though they already had the draft and check from my bank. When I get there, I tell them that I am only her to sign paperwork and I am in a hurry. They proceed to have me wait 30 min while they are running my credit again to see “if they can beat my rate” that I already agreed to with my bank!! Where do they do that at?! Then we finally get through that moments later and I get to signing paper work. The guy is trying to get me to sign on a higher price than the true price, wasting more time. After we get that fixed, he’s trying to throw in other fees and options that I had already explained that I did not want, wasting even more time. I finally get out of there 1 hour past my lunch break still confused as to why this could not have been done after work. Visibly upset, I leave in a hurry and my smug attitude sells rep, Michael, was left unphased. If you have to buy a car, I do not recommend coming to this dealership. I will also let my friends, family, and associates know about the UNPROFESSIONALISM and just overall DISRESPECT that I received at Audi Central Houston.

So I wasnt going to write a review, but since Im being asked by Audi, it has to be an honest one. I did purchase the car. So I came in looking to buy a sports car, and I dont know what it was, maybe that I looked young or if he just thought I was only in there to joy ride. But the salesman did not display an attitude of friendliness. I didnt get the typical friendly greeting that I normally get from other dealers (this is my 6th car purchase from a dealer). He really just started off with what are your questions. I was like okay, I guess were getting straight to the point. I also told him, Im not in a rush, I want to make sure the car checks out and that I do my due diligence. His response, well if youre not in a rush then all of this is pointless. I was taken back by that. I think the turning point was when he went out to see the car that I was trading in was also a nice sports car, and that was when he grabbed the keys, we went for a test drive, he opened up, asked questions, and built rapport. Things that typically should happen first. After running my credit and getting all of my info he ended up being really kind. Audi that day was short staffed with finance managers and from the time that my folder was submitted and from the time I drove off was roughly 5 hours. I would like to say that this was no fault to Audi and things like this happen. This standalone experience with waiting has no effect on the rating that I am giving. I told the salesman I wanted to stay and that I would just work on my laptop. He gave me a desk to sit at and checked in on me very frequently which I appreciated. We ended the day with a fist bump and he told me he really appreciated my business. The only reason why this review cant receive a 5 stars, is because of the 1st half of the total experience. I left happy with no resentment towards the salesman, he really did come around, but I just dont think I should have received that type of welcome.

Always get a second opinion:I came in for a state inspection and generally trust Audi and their work. During their vehicle inspection, they found the following issue:| Oil leaks: 5/10 severity. Upper camshaft cover leaking oil. If not addressed soon, oil will cause damage to water pump sealing surface.*Suggest reseal of camshaft cover. Estimate: $2167.68 |Photos were attached to the report (which I appreciated) and I could see the oil along the camshaft. However, it looked dried, and I did not see any concern for low oil in the MMI.I decided this time I would take my 75K service to my trusted mechanic shop and get their opinion on this leak. Not only did my general maintenance 75K service cost me $399 (as opposed to Audi Centrals quote of $994.28...), but they also found that there was NO camshaft leak to be found and that the oil was simply a result of poor technique during the last oil change and that dirt/grime accumulated in the area as a result of some leftover oil being there.EDIT (5/13/21): Im changing the review from 2 to 4 stars. I was contacted by Audi and they spoke with me on the phone about this review and honestly, who takes the time to do that? They were very kind and understanding of the issue I brought up and I was impressed with their customer service. So I would like that to reflect in the review.

Henry H.....I had a great experience at Audi Central! I initially called to inquire about a particular vehicle. I spoke with Eric Walsh in sales. He was very up temple and sounded excited and thank me for calling. He was VERY helpful and attentive to my needs and listened to every word I said. He knew every aspect of the car I was interested in and did not pressure me. We made an appointment and we talked straight forward no selling me on something I didnt want or extras I didnt need. It was a hassle free experience and he guided me every step of the way. Eric even got me more for my trade in than it was worth(who does that??) Ive purchased many cars in the past, but this was by far my smoothest buying experience ever! If youre serious about buy a care Erics your guy, he wont waste your time or just try to make a sale. I am very disappointed with the service department. James Truong was my service advisor and I was told that my vehicle need Thermostat Housing so I approved the work and paid $1600 but when it was given back to me after service the problem was still there. They did not even do test driving before returning my vehicle to me. I was told that he will talk to service manager and get back to me but I have never heard back from them.

Amine in sales was excellent to work with. I inquired about a CPO 2018 Audi S6 and he contacted me within minutes to share details about the car. He promptly answered my questions about pricing and the equipment on this vehicle. His team was also able to appraise my vehicle remotely due to the fact that I live in Dallas. Satisfied with the estimates, I drove down to Houston to finalize the deal. Upon arrival Amine had the S6 detailed and ready to test drive. After the drive we got straight to business and prepared the preliminary paperwork necessary to obtain financing. Amine turned me over to Shawn in the F&I department. As an F&I manager myself I appreciated his professionalism and fairness on the most essential products they offer to protect such a high quality vehicle. I would recommend Amine and Shawn to anyone that is in the market for an Audi. The dealership itself was immaculate and the showroom was routinely cleaned and sanitized as well. Jared Pyland in Sales was great to work with. He was able to answer any questions I had and was eager to work with me. He was personable and very friendly. He got us in and out of the place in a timely manner. We ended up only being there for a little under two hours (looking at the car, test driving it, doing all the paperwork). Something I appreciated was that he did not pressure me to add on any extras that I did not want. Overall, good experience

I recently became a new first-time owner of an Audi Q7. I attempted to schedule an appt with the request of a loaner but the wait time was weeks long. I have owned Mercedes cars in the past and never experienced this so it was a bit surprising. My service advisor was very friendly and professional and offered to have service done on my car that was upcoming. Unfortunately I have to take my car back in because the issue that I took it in for was not resolved. Had to wait a couple of weeks in between for my rescheduled appt because it’s not feasible for me to wait or drop off my car without a loaner. We will see how the second visit goes.

I’m gonna give this place two stars because I’ve never even been here for a service yet. I called for my first service on my Audi and asked if they could release the bubbles from the gas brakes as they don’t feel as sensitive. The rep said she’d have to call and ask if that’s even covered in my warranty. I went to Audi sugar land and they did it no problem. I then called one time asking about trade in details and at 7am the rep said there were no salesmen there. I called Audi sugar land and was immediately connected to a salesman who answered all of my questions. I’m sure this is a great place for most customers, but I just don’t feel like they set this up like they are there to help you when you come in. Go to Audi Sugar Land if you want that.

My experience was phenomenal! Best first car! 😄 This was my first time ever purchasing a car from a dealership and it blew my expectations away. I had been saving up for quite some time and purchased my first car from someone a week before going to Audi Central Dealership. However, after one day the car turned out to be in a pretty bad accident that caused the car to have no airbags and other underlying problems. Luckily the person who sold it to me offered my money back, which lead my boyfriend to try something highly opposite, going to an extraordinarily reputable dealership. I am ecstatic that we purchased from the Audi Central Houston Dealership. I thought since I was not able to finance a car and wanted to purchase a car that my service will be less than, but it was stupendous. Nick was our salesman and he was genuinely happy and determined to help us be comfortable and highly pleased with our purchase. He made sure to explain everything nicely and was never pushy or judgmental. I can’t wait to finish college to return and purchase a newer car from Audi Central. (It’s been 3 months since I purchased my car and Nick was 100% right that this car has no issues. My plates have been delivered and I’m on cloud 9 with my dream car.) Update: The service manager personally reached out and apologized and is trying to make it right, which we really do appreciate. In light of this, we updated our review from 1 to 4 stars, and the original post will be down below. Again, a simple apology is really appreciated and it does make us feel better about the situation.This is not the first time we feel this dealership has caused us issues. However, now it has made us upset. The dealership stripped one of the lug bolts on the back wheels last time they replaced the brakes. When we brought the car in to get the front brakes replaced, they told us they would fix it, because it was their fault, which they admitted and said they would fix free of charge. This is important because if we ever got a flat or something, there is no way we could fix it. They text us two days later around 1:30pm to come pick the car up because everything was done, and I texted back to make sure everything would be done, and they said it would be. We get there at 5, and our service person, Grisel, says, “oh by the way, we had a slight problem”. Then she goes on to discuss that they couldn’t fix the lug bolt. At that point, we had driven about 45 minutes to come get the car and I took off work to come get it, and I was thinking, well what are you going to do to fix it, because you said you would, and you didn’t. We told her that’s not right, you can’t say you’re going to do something, then not do it, and then tell us our car is ready and everything is done. She had to think about it for a bit, and for some reason, she thought it would just be ok for them not to fix something they said they would fix, especially something that could literally strand us. She went to go speak with the service manager, and we could overhear him tell her, “If we broke it, we need to make it right.” Thankfully the service manager had the right idea in mind. Grisel, offered to give us a rental car, and when we told her we wished she just would have just not lied to us so we didn’t have to make extra round trips in Houston traffic, she didn’t apologize or anything. Her response was simply, “Ok, well that’s why we are giving you a rental car.” That is extremely rude and off putting after it was her mistake, and she didn’t seem to even care. We thanked the service manager for his help, because he made it right, but after our two times dealing with Grisel, I seriously doubt I will ever use this dealership for service again. I would strongly urge the dealership to train her again, because our last service person was great and never caused us any issues like this.

After a disappointing experience at my local Audi dealership, I went online and searched regional dealerships for the exact color combination for both the interior and exterior for a new 2021 Q7. ACH had the exact car and I called them late on a Saturday. I spoke with a salesman named Aliddin Ababneh about the car and we discussed tentative pricing and agreed to talk the following Monday to firm up details. Aladdin called me Monday morning, we reviewed the numbers, his Finance Manager, Nick Clements, too called later that day to confirm all was correct. I agreed to fly to Houston the next day and get the car. Both men knew I was on a tight schedule to drive home and had everything ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. The car was detailed and the paperwork took no time at all to complete. Aladdin explained clearly the cars highlights and down the road I went. It couldnt have been more seamless.

The service keeps going down hill at this dealership. Ive been taking my vehicle here for service and its always a hit or miss with the service person. This last one was not personable at all and did not communicate with me all day after having my car since 830 am for what I thought would be something routine (55K mile tune-up). I had to text and call to get an update and finally at 4 PM get a call back. When I arrive at dealership to pick up my car, no greetings from anyone until finally a group of people that were chatting turn to look at me and ask if I need help. Disappointed and unimpressed by the lack of common customer service that shadows this place.

The worst service I have ever received at ANY business. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get into contact with anyone in the Finance Department at this dealership. You would have better luck trying to get a call back from the POTUS than these guys. Ive called 28 times in 2 days and been transferred (by receptionists who straight up refuse to listen to what you even have to say), put on hold and then sent to voicemail. The Managers for sure do not even check their voicemails because I havent received a call back either. Great service when youre purchasing the car but you might as well talk to a brick wall after the purchase. I am DISGUSTED.
