Very slow service. I have been here since 2pm for my B1 service. now it’s 17:30 and I was told there is gonna be another 30 minutes wait. I have been coming to this location for service several years but this time I feel extremely disappointed at the efficiency.

I started my search for a new vehicle in June of 2021 after recently purchasing a new vehicle earlier in the year that I liked a lot and really enjoyed driving.Due to my oversight, I did not catch the fact that my new vehicle did not fit all of my family needs.Knowing that possibly changing my vehicle so early in my ownership commitment I knew there would be some possible financial cost to me.Preparing for this cost as well as continuing to seek out a sporty fun to drive family sedan led me to the 2021 Acura TLX Type S.The Acura TLX Type S was not my first choice in the sporty family sedan category however after I met and became acquainted with the General Manager (Mrs. Kim Eddy) and sales consultant (Mr. Hermie Manuel)I felt that it was right at home at Sterling Mcall Acura.During the whole negotiations process and afterwards ordering of my new Acura TLX Type S Mrs. Eddy was completely accommodating of my special needs (customers can be very particular and possibly seemingly difficult) for purchasing a new vehicle that usually does not happen as often as it did this time.I can not express all of my happiness in dealing with Mrs. Eddy who was instrumental in swaying my decision from purchasing another brand vehicle at a different dealership. She was all positive adjectives rolled into one to me (lead by example, professional, courteous, honest, friendly, completely understanding of my special needs).It it a very unique time now in the world but specifically for purchasing a new vehicle during the pandemic( COVID 19) which has created a shortage of vehicle inventory at dealer lots. This has actually increased the value of pre-owned vehicles tremendously (I.E. customer trade in) but also kept the new vehicle prices at over MSRP at some dealerships.I commend the owners of Sterling Mcall Acura dealership for not price gouging the consumer during these difficult pandemic times.Other dealerships are adding $5,000-$10,000 in addition to the MSRP of the 2021 Acura TLX Type S due to its high demand and specialty in the market however I did not pay that because at Sterling Mcall Acura you pay MSRP! This dealership really wants to have long term customers for life! That being said I received an excellent trade in value for my vehicle which made me comfortable in completing my new car purchase.Everyone that I spoke to and dealt with at Sterling Mcall Acura was pleasant and professional.I also enjoyed meeting and talking with Mr. Jose in the new vehicle PDI department. He was very helpful and accommodating during my new vehicle purchase. He gave me insight on some issues with my new vehicle and parts that I was looking at adding to my new Acura.Even with several issues that I had to overcome with my new Acura TLX Type S (Factory fit and finish, some known defects- side mirror courtesy lights not working after getting wet and most importantly only half way meeting my family needs) I still LOVE my new Acura! Go Type “S”.Don’t waste your time going to other dealerships. Go see Mrs. Eddy at Sterling Mcall Acura, she and her dealership team will treat you right.

My car broke down on Saturday and one of my good friends referred me to Darrell Babineaux, I called him on Monday explained the situation and by Tuesday I was financed for a 2021 Acura. I had never purchased or financed a car before but Darrell made the process very smooth my whole deal was done in 3 hours or less, he also educated me on the buying experience. First let me say, I’ve been in the Acura family since 2013. My first Acura was an ILX. In 2019, I traded In my ILX and purchased a 2019 RDX from Sterling McCall Acura. This past Saturday while driving on 59 freeway, I had a blow out on the driver rear tire. Scared me to death! I called roadside assistance that was apart of my extended warranty plan or my Acura Link. The tow truck driver arrived in 20 min and took my vehicle to Sterling McCall Acura. I’ve always gotten my car serviced here with the best service advisor, Antonio Mora. This day, he was off. I received a call from Trenisha Houston. She was very professional and informed me that my vehicle had arrived, she was processing a claim through my warranty on the tire and my vehicle would be ready in 2 hours. Once I arrived, we began to talk about receiving letters about trading in my car. She immediately said, if you’re still interested I can go get someone right now to help you. I declined as I needed to complete some errands and asked if the sales person could contact me. Trenisha said she’d make that happen. I received a call around 2:30pm from Darrell Babineaux. Darrell listened attentively while I told him what color RDX I wanted, extended warranties and monthly payment. Darrell expressed the urgency in my arrival. I finished my errand and arrived at the dealership. I was met with a firm handshake, eye contact and a warm smile. I test drove the 2021 Acura RDX and completed an online application. Darrell made sure I was comfortable while I waited. I was offered refreshments and to share his healthy fruit snack. Then it was off to finance to meet and execute loan documents with Darryl Desselle Sr., Finance Manager. Again, another professional that explained my documents and reviewed my past loan documents to ensure I received the same warranties as I requested. I am now the proud owner of a 2021 RDX. While completing my paperwork, Darrell continuously checked on me to ensure all went well. He even got my windows tinted and car washed while I was executing my loan documents. I purchased a 2013 Audi Q5 2.0T Quattro. The entire process was smooth. I completed all paperwork online,before arriving. Once on sight,the salesman Isaiah Woodard was top notch. Sterling Acura McCall in Houston are a bunch of CROOKS!! They took my $10,000 that i put down to buy and sold me a car that they new the hail damage was more then$15,000! They told me it would cost $1500-$2000. The used car sale manager Kyle will do nothing to fix this HUGE disappointment that he put on this dealership. . They wont do anything to help fix this purchase. They took advantage of me! Now they are laughing at me!! I thought they could be trusted! NOW I KNOW THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY!!! They have great deals and coupons for service. David Gilbert is an excellent service advisor and I highly recommended him. I like that they offer free pick up and drop off, if your estimated wait time is long, through Alto which is like the luxury version of Uber. The lounge area for service isn’t particularly nice, but it’s old, and they offer refreshments and snacks.

The facility is clean. Love the coffee and muffins. No water today. The service is extremely slow. We were there for almost 3 hours for an oil change/ tire rotation. So the service is a 3 star but our service consultant Rafael Jones made up for it. She was very nice, friendly, loved her personality, kept us up to date, she was accommodating and understood that we were there way too long and her hospitality gave this experience a 5 star. She definitely made our experience more pleasurable. Glad she was there today. Hope she’s there when I need to come back again.

Easy to schedule, walked through all the work that needed to be done, was provided a complimentary Uber ride to work while waiting, received text alerts with recommendations that I was able to view pricing and approve on my phone, was able to communicate questions and concerns vis text, and wrapped up with an easy check out. Johnny in finance is amazing! But as far as management and sales there is little to no communication. Called stating they lost my proof of insurance. Gave them a week to have my deal worked out and they still couldn’t manage to have everything ready when I got there. Waited a few hours just to have car appraised.

I originally came to Sterling McCall Acura back in Nov 2020. Darrell Babineaux was my salesman and he took his time showing me vehicles and going over lease vs. financing options. I decided to hold off on buying, but I remembered the great customer service. So, when I decided I was ready to purchase an Acura RDX, I didn’t hesitate to reach out to him. Once again, he took his time going over my options. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed and we were able to reach a deal. And, Darrin, the finance manager, made the financing process smooth. I usually dread the car shopping process, but these 2 guys made the process so easy! I’d give 10-stars if I could because this team deserves it.

I had a good experience the vehicle I wanted was there and its what I got...they even worked the numbers for me gave me great value on my trade in and I was satisfied...I was a little taken back because they filled up the gas tank and washed the outside but I mentioned if they could clean the inside. Also I would have appreciated they reset the vehicle back to factory settings because Im have trouble programming everything. I did notice a few things that I didnt see wrong with the vehicle a few days later. Our sale guy was good I just dont think he was as knowledgeable about the vehicle that I like. Special shout-out to Kale And Dj the finance guy he really sold us on the vehicle and made the proecces smooth. We was in and out in 3 hours if that on a Saturday was amazing. I definitely would recommend if yiu looking for a quick no hassle car buying experience.

We have a 2006 Acura TL with over 200,000 miles under its belt. It recently started to make a knocking noise on one side of the engine. We took it to Sterling McCall Acura and they quickly diagnosed the problem and got it repaired. Not surprisingly, they found other issues with the car, mostly leaking gaskets, and we got some of those fixed as well. Our service agent, David Gilbert, was friendly and professional and took the time to explain the various problems. We were quite pleased with our experience at Sterling McCall, as we have been in the past.

Had a decent service experience. Replaced both front struts, condenser and radiator fans, thermostat, sway bar links, performed alignment, replaced 1 motor mount.Service advisor(Trenisha) did a fantastic job so anything I write here does not reflect her. The tech had to disconnect my battery in order to clean my battery terminals but when I picked up my car somehow the presets were magically set to random stations which is annoying as HELL. I’ve seen this happen way too many times at big dealerships such as this one.Also my car was not washed as promised at the time of pickup.Other than these things, it was fine. They are a great dealership! I bought my 2008 RDX from them in August 2008. Go see Shelby Eastin in the new car department!

I had previously leased my Acura at Gilman Acura and had a horrible experience there. I chose to come here and see what my options would be for an RDX. Ed Juarez was very helpful and helped us out and together, we were able to come to an agreement to the numbers that would work for me. Johny was my finance person and he was very helpful as well.PLEASE NOTE… Make sure to get information about any promotions that may be offered by the dealership prior to coming here. I had gone in because I saw the promo of a $300 gift card when dropping off your lease which I thought was a great deal. I asked about it prior to signing the paperwork and was told they would let me know on Monday AFTER the purchase was made. Apparently, on Monday I found out I did not qualify for this offer because the car needed to be “dropped” off when the lease ended — not a couple months early.Other than this, everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you Sterling McCall.

Recently bought an Acura RDX from Sterling McCall Acura. My Salesperson was Muhammed Shafiqi. He listened to my needs and did not pressure us in buying. We did not purchase the car on first visit but due to his great customer service and better price compared to other Acura dealers we bought the car on our second visit.
