Horrible service!!! My tire was ordered and paid for online since they didnt have it in stock in store. When I walk into Automotive they told me I would have to go pick it up from layaway and bring it back to them. By the time I made it back the cashier had changed out but I asked if she would just call me when it was ready. She said yeah. Never got a call and when I got there apparently they messed up my ticket and were trying to charge me for my tire again. I wasnt upset. I know mistakes happen. I explained that the tire had already been paid for online and then the cashier proceeded to tell me oh well thats your fault you should have told them it was online. First of all I did tell her beforehand it was purchased online and second excuse me. My fault! Lets just say Im never going there again!

I found myself in a bind this morning and Kathy, Dwight, and the rest of the crew were incredible. I cannot say enough about how friendly, quick, and professional the service was today.

Everyone was no where to be found ! No service at all ... when the manager Travis finally came to the front counter, he was rude . he unloaded a tire truck before he would even help us check our air pressure in our tires ,.so we just left ! 😥

Nothing gets done quickly. Plan to wait a long time or drop off. If I worked that slow I wouldnt have a job.
