So happy with my salon experience with Candace. I originally asked for blonde hair with dark roots at another salon was given blonde highlights. (Pictures for reference) Candace was able to fix all the issues I had with my hair and did way more than I expected. She was able to achieve an amazing color and style in just one visit. She is definitely very skilled and does an amazing job of providing what’s asked. I highly recommend her!!! Thanks so much for a wonderful hair experience

A really nice makeup/beauty/hair store but so expensive! I found everything I was looking for but they kept asking me if I wanted a store credit card even when I said no a few times. Nothing against the cashiers-- they were super nice and just doing their job, but its a frustrating store policy.

Went to go in to get my hair done and Aaryn killed it! (I think thats how you spell her name) totally recommend her if you want bright and fantastic colors in your hair

Every single time I go in this store, Im having an emergency crisis (I have to wear make up for my job. Says so in my contract) and each time they not only help me relax a little but they personally escort me to what I am looking for since 90% of the time Im in a hurry too. Truly some of the best staff in a make up store that Ive seen in a long time! Keep up the great work!

It was my first ever visit and everyone was so friendly and welcoming! The girl who helped me was awesome, and helped me understand a bit more about makeup.

I got my 1st Deva Cut today with Mary and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. It’s hard for me to find a stylist that can manage my 3c curls & now that I’ve found Mary my search is over. I cannot recommend her enough!

I went to Ulta for my bridal shower and was amazed how awesome they did!! Alyssa did my makeup and Kay did my hair! My hair doesn’t hold a curl with regular curling irons so I have to use a straightener. The curls were PERFECT the entire day! My makeup was flawless and lasted until I took it off. Alyssa definitely listened to what I was looking for and she did it! I highly recommend this ulta. Plus the rest of the employees are super friendly so it’s a win win situation!

Had Ambre do my hair and she was super patient helping me decide! She’s really knowledgeable and fun, loved having her as my stylist!I’ve had Raina, Alex, and Kay in the past who are all amazing as well- they hire great quality people in the salon!

I love ulta. Not really any complaints other than a lot of their products dont have price tags. So it makes it difficult to know what you want without knowing how much youd be spending. And no one wants to bring 5+ things for price check only to have to go back and verify more.

3 minutes agoThe manager made me scratch off my own gift card code- I don’t carry change. I will go out of my way to avoid this ulta. Very poor customer service and long lines. No one working here seemed happy or helpful.

I have gone there continuously and have never been disappointed! The staff is always so kind and helpful. Also, they always have the items/goods you are looking for and are barely ever out of stock. Overall, just a great place to shop at!

This Ulta location is a very clean, very organized store. I can easily find what products Im looking for. The opening displays at the front of the store are very inviting, and its very easy to lose yourself in there (in a kid-in-a-candy-store kind of way). Ill probably stop by this week to find what I couldnt find at a different location, because I know exactly where this product is located in-store.

Walked in looking for some assistance as Im rather clueless with make up. No one helped me and instead went around me and helped others that clearly knew exactly what they wanted. I recommend to no one!

One of my favorite Ultas!! All of the employees are kind and genuinely want to help. Being a young black woman, some Ulta Beautys Ive gone to in the past, made me feel judged. The employees would follow me everywhere and not offer to help. But at this one everyone was so kind and not judgemental. It was a refreshing experience. Plus the store is so organized and clean. Making it easy to shop. Would highly recommend to makeup & beauty lovers!

I give this place 5 stars because Cyntia at the brow bar is amazing! She takes the time to talk to you and nap your brows the way you want and can always suggest good products to help fill them in if you need it. I will not trust anyone else with my brows!Location checkout is usually pretty busy on weekend, other than that all experiences have been good here!

The best Ultra location!

I came into this location back in February as I was looking for a foundation for a wedding that I was going to be in. So, just the fact that I was greeted by several employees the minute I walked in, they get a 5 star ( I have been to other Ulta locations and its like I am invisible). I had the pleasure of working with Jaclyn Hiller- Lancome Consultant! YES! YES! YES! Hooked me up with everything I needed not just for the event, but even tips on how to find the right shade, brushes, everything! I am so grateful at her willingness to help me,. Thank you so much Jaclyn for your help!

I currently use the Salon at Ulta to see Karen McCreesh. If you have curly hair, go see her!! This is the first time I am happy leaving a salon with a curly haircut. With a DevaCut, she cuts the hair dry to make sure you dont loose too much length, instructs you on how to use Deva products and get the style at home. Well worth the cost.Recently I had her highlight my hair, and she consulted with me to make sure the color would end up the way I was imagining it. She hand painted individual curls to give my hair dimension and not end up with stringy looking foils. With the use of Deva products, the color has not faded and looks as great as the day I left.Seriously, if you have curly hair, go see her. I drive over 40 minutes to go to this particular Ulta because she is well worth it!

Worst benefit brow bar ever, I have big brows and I like them the way the are, I just wanted a little shape, I have gone to other benefit bars and they are good but here the consultant thinks that everybody wants very thin brows like her, she didn’t even do the brow mapping and started waxing, she took literally half of my brows, It took me months to grow them for nothing, now i have to wait months again for them to go back to normal, i don’t remember her name but if you see a consultant with a line where her brows should be and that’s not what you want go somewhere else

The worst customer service, unprofessional and as an ex-employee so much dirty inside scandals were going on. I’m dating this back from 2008-9. They not only lost a good employee due to discrimination and being a transfer. I’ve told all my clients, friends, family not to ever spend any money with this company. I’ve never worked for such an awful unprofessional company in all my life.

Great Service my make artist was very nice and very patient I felt upset because my skin is very dry and finding a foundation for the winter is a nightmare but she was very professional and patient and gave me so many options I finally got my foundation and I couldn’t be any happier I wish I could remember her name and tell her how great full I am for giving me the perfect foundation that matched my needs and her patience and her professionalism and everyone who was also there to give advice Thank you!!!! I went here to donate my hair tonight and asked for 8 inches to be put into pony tails and cut off. I said a half inch or so over is fine bc I want to make sure it gets used. My hair seemed really really short at the salon but I just assumed it was bc I have had long hair for so long. However, when I got home and measured the hair I am sending in I found that 11+ inches were cut off. One of the pony tails was also dropped on the floor and fell out of the tie and I had to try and put it back together the best I could. The staff assured me it will still be able to be used so fingers crossed thats true. The staff was nice and did try to make the cut something I was happy with but the extra 3 inches were already gone and would have certainly helped. Very disappointed and will not be going back for anything especially for another cut in the future.

Its unfortunate I need to write a bad review, but I was appalled by the service I received.I purchased a product at ulta that did not work, but I did not have the box nor my rec. The manager I encountered was very rude. She was not respectful; talked very loud in front of a line of customers. She was aggressive and even laughed at my claims that I was unhappy with the product. She expressed zero concern that the product did not work.Her behavior made me feel ashamed for taking back a product that I had recently brought from ulta. She was very unprofessional and I firmly believe she does not care about her stores image, values, or the loyalty of the stores customers.I did, however, go to a different ulta and they where able to take it back without incident and did a blind return.To conclude due to my bad experience I will not shop at this ulta or any ulta again. I will take my business to stores that value their customers and treat their clients respectfully.

Knowledgeable consultants was looking for a new foundation

Went to Ulta Horsham Gate Saturday August 27, 2016 for a makeup application for a party I was attending that evening. I got Callie. WHAT A DISASTER! I gave a picture of myself with makeup I had done two weeks prior for my birthday. It was a picture of my actual face. The job he did was horrible, unprofessional and grotesque. I looked like a clown on halloween night. Or a badly done transvestite. It was like a Pinterest fail before and after. Laura the store manager was horrible as well - saying the job looke professional when clearly it did not. I lost all respect for her and Ulta when she couldnt admit to this epic fail on Callies part. They both should be fired immediately. And oh, no worries, posting pictures right now so you can see and the world can see what this fool did to me. I would never, ever recommend you go to this store or this person for your makeup. A 5 year old could have done better.

Denise did a fantastic job on my hair! Im not normally the type to go into a salon and get my hair done i have long back hair but Natty hair. i normally just through it up in a bun or something. I Called before i went in but then showed up a little earlier they took me back right away and showed great customer service! I showed Denise the type of high lights i wanted which was blonde but a very light blonde on my dark hair. she reinsured me she will get it the exact same color i wanted and would not be golden. 2 hrs later when she showed me the finish product its was just want i wanted and looked fantastic!! She showed great customer service skills talking to my friend and i. Not one bit awkward! and showed shes a fantastic hair dresser. and because of that i will always go back to get my hair done that!

I have never met a sales person so rude. They lost a customer for life and I will use the bad experience with everyone I meet.
