Since they forced Christine to another Cvs, then moved to a new location, this pharmacy is TERRIBLE. DR call in my order and they always say they never got it. Dr offices now keep track how often Cvs does this, and its often. I go today to pick up Rx and they tell me nothing is waiting for me. I been waiting for so long to get pcr testing done. I have done the test at other locations and this is the first time I waited over an hour to get tested.

Pharmacy hours listed are wrong, these are the correct ones, geez, made me miss my pick up:M-F 8am-8pmSat 9am-6pmSun. 9am-5pm

Showed up at the drive thru at 501pm today, Sunday. Apparently, the pharmacy closes at 500pm ON THE DOT! What pharmacy closes exactly on the dot?!? So I ran inside, a minute later, and the pharmacy gate is closed!! I stood there in front of the woman cleaning up at the register. She looked up at me standing there with wallet in hand, then turned her back to me and walked away!!! I guess when the gates close, they can never be opened again until morning?!? Luckily another CVS that is open later is able to access my husbands Rx info, so Ill be getting it filled there! Never been so insulted as a customer at this location before!!!

Ever since they moved from Horsham plaza, this place has gone down hill. They have no idea how to get organized. Its just a bunch of kids behind the counter with no management experience. The need to bring someone in to get control of this place.

Terrible. Today I arrived a few minutes after 8am when I thought they were supposed to be open and it was still closed. I gave them 10 to 15 more minutes out of courtesy and still the store was closed and no one answered the phone when I called. Very annoying and just unacceptable.

Went into the store yesterday 6/15/20 to pick up scripts the Pharmacy tech as well as all other store employees I saw were wearing their masks below their nose! In a pharmacy????! I had hoped the store would improve when it moved to this site sadly it did not.

Waited three days for a covid test, went asked the lady if im doing it right she says yes, waited another three days for my results and they say they’re INVALID, I go to call and they don’t even offer me a test to take today when they screwed up, by the time i get another test I won’t even know if I had covid

I have an issue with the pharmacy every time Im due to pick up a prescription. Though my script was renewed a few months ago, they claim it hasnt been processed when it is on automatic refill. I also filled a prescription with this CVS for my boyfriend last month when he had his wisdom teeth out and the doctor ordered him to take his medication within one hour of leaving their office. The pharmacy took hours to fill the prescription as he waited in agony. I switched to a new CVS and will not visit this location again.

The worst I have ever had in my life. My doctor called in 3 times to change my prescription, yet they haven’t updated my profile in their system and they are claiming that nobody called in. I have been paying for my meds out of pocket for a month because they can’t get it right. On top of that, the two female pharmacists were absolutely rude, you would expect more from someone who is in the customer service business, at least greet me before asking for my last name with your poker face. I am so done with this CVS location and will be switching to a different pharmacy. I would give it 1/2 a star if I could.

I will be getting my last prescription from here. I have never seen more a worse run place. Cvs management needs to step in as they are losing people quickly.

Third time trying to get my rx from here and they never seem to “receive the order” even my doctor couldn’t understand why they didn’t get it. The lady was so rude and kept telling me I probably had the wrong pharmacy. She didn’t even try to help or offer to call the dr to get the order. Instead I had to stand outside in the wind and the cold with a fever and call them myself since there was no service in the building! I had them send the order to giant pharmacy who were incredibly sweet, I will not be returning to cvs

Poorly stocked

Called for 2 hours to check and make sure script was ready. No answer or would answer then hang up on me. Went to store only to find out the script was not ready. Store is not staffed properly and they do not care about their customers

Rude, very unhelpful and judgemental and always leave you waiting. I reccomend maxwell pharmacy they are the best.

Brand new store, very clean! Employees are always nice and helpful.

The pharmacist I talked to was inexperienced and obviously didn’t know much about what he could help a customer with. I called to ask if they had my medicine in stock so I wouldn’t have to drive there and find out they have it. The pharmacist said he couldn’t give me that information, which is not illegal and does go against and privacy act. Every other pharmacy told me that they did or didn’t have it with no problem.

The pharmacy team is amazing and will do any and everything they can to ensure your happiness and try to get you in and out without any problems.

Pharmacy staff is always helpful and polite.

Lazy beyond words. Worst service ever! Real disgrace for the way they treat patients.

The wait time at the pharmacy is unacceptable and half the time the drive thru is not even open. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This location will be moving to the newer larger center on Easton and Blair Mill. Im hoping that with the drive thru there will be more staff that are friendly and efficient. This is currently lacking from 314 Horsham Road. Getting prescriptions filled is very inconvenient and always lines. The front cashiers always seem helpful.UPDATE 11/29. The new location has been open for over a month. Still dont have a quick turnaround time. Pharmacy looks confused and lost. The convenient drive thru which is why I switched to them is already broken, so need to track thru the store while not feeling well to pick up prescriptions. Not good

My doctor send a refill authorization on Friday. Since they did not return my phone call on Friday, on Saturday after I called them, I was told they did not get it. After calling again my doctors office I decided to call CVS again and since the lady on the phone could not find my profile, she asked me how long I have been with CVS. I have been with the same pharmacy for more than 10 years....ahhh that is the reason I can not find you in the system. What does it mean? By the end, I could not get my medication since they did not have it in stock.I think it is time for me to move to another pharmacy. My husband is also upset since his medication for his Diabetes is not usually ready even though they called to let us know to pick it up.The waiting in line for pick up is getting crazy. Chatting with clients picking up prescriptions about family or pets, took around 15 minutes; is it nice to have a little chat but please keep in mind that there are other people waiting while the line is getting longer and longer.

One bad apple...The Asian guy playing pharmacist is not nice at all. Im surprised hes actually still employed there. Hes rude and even publicly humiliated me once in front of other customers commenting snidely on my poor insurance.Ill never go back.

Garbage service, the pharmacy techs are clueless and they randomly close 30-60 minutes early. Go to Walgreens, CVS is terrible across the board

The staff here is extremely lazy, especially the night shift. They just seem to have zero cares whatsoever. Certain items will be on sale but you dont know because they never put the sale signs out. This is happened more than once Im tired of going there and dealing with useless employees!
