This is the most mis-managed Starbucks in the area. Consistently closes early or not open during open hours. Rude staff, and poor drink quality. I came in 25 minutes before closing one night and was immediately greeted with a short what do you want? I wanted both drinks and food but ended up only ordering drinks because of how rude they were being. When I went to pay they refused because they had already closed the registers, so I was unable to get points toward my Starbucks rewards. I try to avoid this location like the plague.

Sorry - I realize this affects peoples jobs but this is the slowest Starbucks on the planet. Plan on a minimum of 15 minutes. If it is peak time, better make it 20. Maybe the kitchen needs to be bigger, maybe it is something else but this place is slow!

Place is hit or miss. I dont get it. I think it depends on who is behind the counter. 65-70% of the time is flawless and then there is times there is a wait out the door and the staff is moving slower that water up hill. I notice it mostly when a specific staff group is assigned. Not sure if its experience or not but hopefully management sees this and knows to mix up some experienced with the inexperienced to ensure a steady work flow.

My first time going to this Starbucks since I’ve moved into the area. I ordered a Turkey bacon sandwich, I took a bite & the sandwich was COLD! Gross.

This is a busy and efficient store. Four stars because the parking is often full. Theres no drive through so keep that in mind if you go.

Happy to have a Starbucks close enough for a coffee run from our offices here at the Woodview at Legacy Farms Apartments! And I love meeting friends here for coffee. Great atmosphere, good customer service and of course the coffee we all love! My favorite is sitting out on the patio on a nice day! We will continue pointing our residents towards your location!

Baristas are great. Wes the store manager is not so great. He always understaffs his baristas sadly. Hopefully he improves or they find a better manager.

Very POOR service ! I had ordered a Ultimate caramel ribbon frappucino and they took ages!! i was waiting for over 10 minutes and new customers ( you know who ) who came after me got their orders way quicker. i still think they are being favorable towards non Indians and not serving the Indian folks well in HOP at all!!!

Good service clean store but the parking definitely sucks. If you go here during peak times be prepared to wait for a parking spot.

Typically friendly staff. Clean and inviting but completely empty. It did feel creepy having all the coffees before me made without anyone there and people walking in, taking coffee and leaving without a word, Im guessing through an app. The future is now?

Parking here is always a disaster, no matter the time of day. Signs everywhere stating you cant park there for longer than twenty or so minutes and the plaza across the street state no Starbucks parking. Well where do you expect us to park? I literally watched someone park his car horizontally behind three cars, further blocking traffic, to just go into Starbucks. Seriously, just go down the street to Pricechopper or even hop onto 495 to the Milford crossing store, both of which have ample, unrestricted parking.

One of the better Starbucks. It is wide, has places to work on a laptop, and the best part: Doesnt smell like most Starbucks. Once or twice a week I am here, working and enjoying good coffee. Lately started to eat the food such as the egg white wrap, or the sun dried tomatoes pannini. Both are very good.

Overall, I had good experience every time I visited this Starbucks. Only once the hot coffee I ordered was not hot, it was barely warm, but the person working re-did it for me, no issues.

Its Starbucks. They are fairly consistent here with the quality of service and drink/food.There doesnt seem to be too much turnover in the staff here either, which is nice as I rarely need to spell out my drink but simply confirm that Im getting my usual. Its the staff that always greet me, smile, or joke with me, despite my grumpy demeanor.It does get crowded in here because its the only Starbucks in town and the next closest one is probably 20 minutes away. Parking can be a pain sometimes for the same reason.

Stopped here today, ordered venti caramel macchiato, got it and left. Not only is there no caramel in this drink but also I don’t appreciate the 12 year old guy making it thinking it’s even remotely acceptable to “make it just the way I wanted... just for me.” You left me feeling quite uncomfortable and without the necessary ingredients for the overpriced drink I ordered.

The people are so courteous andd friendly and i love the coffee smells when you are near or in there greatplace and atmospher

It’s good at times but staff is inconsistent on getting orders correct. When the usual guys are on everything is made quickly and accurately. However when there are other people on that clearly are new or do not do drinks very often is where mistakes and delays occur, as they are not paying attention to what the label states or are unfamiliar on how to make a drink. Employee appeared annoyed & grouchy making drinks and when you mention there is something missing mumbles sarcastically under their breath. The male employees are energetic, friendly and get the orders right. The female employees could use some customer skills badly. Disappointing location. Looking for another Starbucks with better accuracy & friendlier team members

Warm atmosphere, comfortable, and not too loud even when full with people. Baristas were very nice and welcoming. Warm of course is excellent as always whenever I visit a Starbucks.

We originally went to stop at the Dunkin Donuts across the street. But the Starbucks was a lot nicer.We went in order to coffee and it had two nice bathrooms. Very enjoyable experience.

Has everything youd expect from a Starbucks.But its parking lot gets tricky to navigate during rush times. Not enough parking and one exit forces you to turn right when leaving.Turns a quick coffee stop into a bit more involved process.

Starbucks coffee is always great, but the lack of a sense of urgency to get drinks out is frustrating. A lot of people standing around and one person making drinks very slowly. Faster service would be great!

I love my Starbucks in the morning, but my goodness you better come prepared for a battle royale outside to acquire a parking spot. This parking lot in the morning is like a cruel joke. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Nice little Starbucks in town as its better than Dunks as its nicer but Dunks still has better coffee. However, the staff is nice and they always get my order right on time and it seems like a pleasant place to get some work done.

Yuppies & phony-friendly staff. ALL GREAT PEOPLE, but the service is slow and the drive ks are not made with care. Great staff. Just not very personable. Almost awkwardly phonyily interaction. They need to be trained in Customer RELATIONS. NOT Customer Service, as they are pretty good baristas and service is usually on point but the staff needs do diversify their styles of people & train em to take a Valium or something so they can be true to the selves and the customers AT a PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS SERVICE LEVEL!

When the nitro cold brew machine is working, they have the best cofffee! The staff are quick, efficient, and pleasant. The building has a nice layout with ample room for everyone. Parking is sometimes a pain but overall this is my favorite Starbucks!

For starters, Parking is a nightmare. Also, plan on maybe ordering your drink the night before and it might be ready for your morning commute. Often times the mobile order computer is “broken”. Most times it takes 15-20 minutes from when I order on the app to actually having my drink in hand. I’m actually not even sure why I come here. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have never had to wait so long for a simple Starbucks order. Watching one barista make one drink at a time while another just stood lamely at the register while a third rang up the huge line is not how I was trained as a shift supervisor at Starbucks myself. And my order was made incorrectly, with an un-drinkable amount of peppermint. They need some serious re-training.

Love Starbucks. Parking is rather limited and its usually very crowded but the staff is great and they have yet to mess up my order and Im there daily.

Always a great staff here, drinks are always made perfectly and food is warmed well. Ambiance is wonderful, therr is a warm and cozy set up inside. I am always a fan of outlets so more would be appreciated but probably not necessary. Mobile orders are the usual around here and the staff do a great job at keeping up and getting drinks made quickly. Location is great, right off exit 11A off 495. Wish it was a drive-thru but even the Dunkin across the street isnt so maybe its a town rule or something? Anyways, my go to place for a morning, pre-work Starbucks run to help me through my daily commute. Highly recommend.

Nice sized location with consistently good baristas. It can be crowded early afternoon causing a longer than average for area wait time but, at least youre waiting for good coffee!

Starbuck is reliable, consistent. This location has plenty of space for studying or working.

I ordered a açaí venti spent 5 dollars on it said the wait was 2-7 min so i waited there for 15 min and my order wasn’t ready i had to leave because i was in a hurry 2 people working their i left and now i spent 5 dollars on nothing so 1 star:)

Not my favorite location. During the majority of my visits, it seems like there are a bunch of inexperienced young barista/os with less-than-stellar manners. Forgot about half my order on a few occasions, but gave me a $5 gift card once I reminded them I was still waiting...this has happened 3 times so far :-/
