I have been to Youngstedts for 3 sevices at 3 of their locations. Recently they squeezed me in on short notice when my daughters tire picked up a nail and had her baby with her. Every experience I had I was treated more than fairly for price, very professionally, and courteously. I highly recommend Youngstedts

Took my car in as it was rumbling on start up. They said I would need new spark plugs, so I went through with it. My car died in a parking lot 2 days later (would have been 1, but I didnt drive it in between the 2). They then replaced the coils connecting to the spark plugs and my car now runs, but has the original rumbling issue on start up with no change.Took this into a different shop to find out the issue, and they quoted a much smaller amount for the work done and have done a great job explaining things out about how and why they are doing it.If you would like to pay 800 to have your car serviced without any real explanation of why it needs the work and then returned in its original state, I highly recommend this place.

Ive been loyal to Youngstedts (Eau Claire) for years, but Ive since moved to the cities area. Called this location and got a same day appointment for my oil change! They got me in and out quickly and were very friendly! Clean office area with a really nice waiting room with a full coffee bar and plenty of magazines. I will be coming to this location again!

The Youngstedts team are the only mechanics Ive used in over 20 years.They just did an oil change, tire rotation, and transmission fluid flush in a friendly, efficient manner. They also alerted me that while still good right now, brakes would need attention in the near future. Its a blessing to have not only skilled work and honest estimates, but pointers so I can plan ahead! You can always rely on them to inspect the vehicle, find the problem, and offer sensible choices and costs before any work is done. They are honest, experienced, and do an amazing job on everything from maintenance to the most technical and digital repairs. I mostly book appointments, but they have always been there when I needed them most. You can trust Joe, Scott, and their team to take good care of your vehicle!

My transmission went out in my 2017 Chev 1500 with 116k miles. Village Chev wanted 6k plus to complete the job. Went to Youngstedts and they not only significantly beat the price, but gave me longer warranty than Chev. Scot and Alex were great people to deal with and their invoice came in the same as their estimate. Plus they got it done in just over a day. This is the way all business should run. Thanks

Youngstedts is where I go always to work on my cars. They work quickly and efficiently and the job is done right the first time. Yesterday my cars check engine light came on on the highway. I showed up 5 minutes before close at Youngstedts. They still checked my engine code for me even though they were about to close. Such a wonderful work ethic a great business. I took my car to get an oil change and ended up needing some other work done (oil cooler as well as a starter). The guys here were quick to get the work done, worked with me to make it a bit more affordable, and let me borrow a company truck so I didnt have the added expense of having to rent a car. They kept me updated throughout the process and were always professional.

I was very happy about getting my car in right away and repair my tire in a timely manner. I would give a 5 star rating but the rim had grease on it. Should of been wiped off.

Flat tire early in the morning, towed and fixed before lunch with new tires. Hard to even schedule a appointment not to mention having tires to match that day. Thanks for the prompt service!

They are a hometown favorite. Never been here before except when they were on Mainstreet Hopkins.Had a coupon from the back of a Cub Foods receipt for an oil change and took 2 of the cars in since they both needed one. They told me dome other things that were needed and I left.There are a bit higher priced than others on the work I needed but I would use them again.

Mis diagnosed my truck by $940. Went for other estimates, got the rite issue taken care of for $60. They just throw parts at your car till they figure it.

My girlfriend dropped off her car with a flat tire. They informed us that the puncture was on the shoulder of the tire and should not be repaired (understandable). They then provided her a quote for all new tires at a cost of 913.00. Her tires were less than 5K miles old and they still recommended to replace all 4! I tired calling the manager and explaining this to him and it fell on deaf ears. A great instance of a tire shop trying to rip off a female and take her for 913.00. Do not use Youngstedts Tire if you want a reputable shop.

Great technicians! They were thorough in the assessment of my car and its problems and provided a detailed report of things I needed to get fixed.

Good place to do business with cause last weekend i had a tire go flat and i needed it to be repaired and i was in and out in like 15 minutes.

I have been going to the Youngstedts Goodyear in Hopkins for years. I have had 3 different vehicles serviced there over the years. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my service, the techs and the warm and friendly staff. Joe and Scott out at the front counter are great to work with and most of all I trust them. They tell me whats wrong, how much, and if it needs to be fixed now or if I have some time. I have gained my trust in them and appreciate what they do for me. I would recommend this team to anyone. Highly recommend Youngsteds! Had to be towed recently to their shop because this is where my vehicle has history. They have been taking care of me for 5+ years now. Single woman in her 60s that has been taken advantage of elsewhere. Joe and the crew in the shop are AWESOME! I was towed at the shop in Hopkins at 4:30 PM on a Saturday. The shop closes at 5:00 PM and they quickly ordered the part I needed and it was delivered before 5:00. In and out of there by 5:30 PM! They stayed to take care of me.....what shop does that? YOUNGSTEDTS!

Took my car in to replace the cabin filter.The seats are a light cream color and were clean. The tech who worked on the car left my seat super dirty didn’t even care or bothers to put plastic on the seats so they won’t dirty them. Very unprofessional 0 stars.

My Flooring company uses YOUNGSTEDTS for its fleet service on my vehicles. They can handle anything that you can through at them, they have tones of Techs that can handle any type of situations that might come up. Good for oil changes and other small repairs/maintenance. Good customer service as well. However, I would not trust them with any major repairs. Seemed like they were throwing guesses at my car when things got complicated. Took it to a more reputable repair shop and they did a full diagnostic to get to the root problem rather than throw guesses. Also, they are quite expensive.

Ive had good experiences here. I like that they dont hard sell on additional services when you just need an oil change.

RIP OFF! Tried to charge $600 for a repair that costed $230 at a real mechanics garage. Shop around is my advice to you, you might just go for service and free coffee. I mean they are nice, and if you just want an oil change w/e.

Guy who answered the phone at 4:00pm on Friday 2/22 was a TOTAL JERK. Nasty, arrogant and confrontational. He is the reason I will NEVER go back...its like he WANTED to start a fight with me. Great way to have a brand new customer come back. Obviously I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone, but I will be sharing this story. I was trying to be nice telling them I was able to find a ride home. He said thats good, because we dont have you down to be picked up and we dont have anyone to do it anyway. Having said that, the actual service did seem to be up to par, gave me an unexpected work discount which is always nice, good turnaround time. Was told when I made the appt. the night before that they would take me to work and pick me up or give me a courtesy car - SWEET! Would have been sweet if it was true. They took me to work but refused to pick me up and I was told they never did, never will have courtesy cars. Was able to beg a ride home, but Youngsteds could have cared less - told me to take an Uber home.

I’ve had nothing but great experience while getting my Nissan Pathfinder serviced at this location.I also had some body work done on my truck at this location and it took a while but everything was done properly.

After making an appointment for a 3:00 oil change, I showed up and was told right away that things were a little backed up and would have to wait longer than I was first told. After waiting only 45 mins, my car was ready to go. When I saw my vehicle was finished, I stepped into line and was told by the mechanic that my car was ready, I did not have to pay, and he appreciated my patience.Although the first time at the Hopkins Youngstedts, Ive had my vehicle serviced at the Eden Prairie location a few times. Every experience has been wonderful, and I will always highly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you!

In Minnesota for training and needed an oil change. Made an appointment but did not have my Goodyear card handy. I called my home location in Madison Wisconsin to get the 800 number for the cashier to call and complete my transaction. He told me he was alone and did not have time to follow the prompts to do this for me. I guess I will make an appointment at another location an never use Youngstedts again. What a hassle.

Charges me $550 to replace rear brakes that squeaked for 11 months, during which time I went in monthly in an attempt to fix the problem. I got a 2nd opinion who said it was bad after market brakes. Paid another $300 to re-repair. Youngstedts says theyll give me $280 back. I show up, sign away the warranty, get in my car and its $97. Unfair equitable adjustment for nothing but a $550 problem. I will never return.

I purchased 4 tires May 2018 about a week or 2 afterwards tire light came on saying low air in one of the tires, I went back to store and one of the managers put air in all 4 tires and set me up for appointment the next day, when I came in the person on duty stated he couldnt find my name for th scheduled 3p appointment that was supposedly made by the manager who had put th air in my tires, which then should have told me what type of people I was dealing with however, because I purchased the tires there I decided to return today to see if they could look at my tires since light is still coming on, the person at the counter told me I had declined road hazard protection, I told him I was never offered it, he basically called me a liar and told me I had 2 options pay 64 dollars for road hazard or pay full price for looking at my tires and repair, all I wanted was for my tires to be looked at to determine problem, the counter person had very poor customer service skills, insinuatingA paid customer as a liar is very bad business and very poor customer service. I am a nurse by occupation and I know customer service is what will make you and your company memorable in th long run,this goes without saying I would never refer anyone there!!

This is probably one of most unprofessional place Ive worked at.the bosses vape any where they want in the shop.for some reason they have beer in the fridge.also the placeIs a mess nothing was organized and I was only one cleaning the shop.only did like 1 or 2 oil changes aday.im sure in a couple months that place will close down because theres never any business.

WOMAN BEWARE!!!! This place will take advantage of you. My daughter took her 2008 Impala in for just an oil change and the mechanic told her he could tell that she had the original antifreeze and that her transmission fluid was burnt and both needed to be flushed. How can he tell that the antifreeze is the original? The answer is you cant, besides I just had the water pump replaced four weeks ago and had the antifreeze flushed. The transmission fluid looks just like what is in the bottle I have at home.The burnt transmission fluid is the oldest trick in the book. My daughter will never go back and will not recommend this place to anyone.Funny how much money this place going to lose in the long run by not being honest. Im giving one star because I cant give zero.

Incompetent and unhelpful. I came in on Wednesday 5/19 and made an appointment for Friday 5/21 to have a damage assessment done. Showed up today for the appointment to find that no appointment was made, and the staff member on duty refused to do an assessment.

These guys do a nice job with oil changes and tire rotations. Havent used then for more serious repairs but I have no doubt they would get it done in a timely manner and at decent prices.

We were well taken care of...had to have some sensors replaced.
