Great customer service: communicative, professional, worked directly with insurance to solve bid and billing issues.Quality service: all damage to the vehicle fixed as promised and the interior of my vehicle was cleaned (It was very dirty, they did a great job. It was a nice surprise to have it cleaned)

My experience could not have been better! Shen Chapin, body shop manager, was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful answering my questions. He handled details of car rental, provided insurance estimates and direction, and he and his team did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. I very much appreciated the communication updates while my vehicle was in the shop. If your vehicle needs repair, Luther Collision & Glass in Hopkins, MN is the best!

Terrible customer service and quality. I had no alignment issues when I brought my car in, and the day I picked it up my steering wheel started to shake going over 50 mph. I called the shop back and the front desk argued with me, saying it passed their inspection so any additional fees incurred in re-inspecting wouldnt be covered by my initial payment. So much for the warranty of their work. The shop also estimated 4-7 days for my car but had it for 11, all while texting the wrong number for updates.

My car was stolen in October and recovered a few weeks later. It was completely trashed to I took it to Luther Collision and Glass. They did an excellent job fixing everything and having my car looking brand new. Thank you so much to Brian for calling me often and giving me a status report. Very happy with the repairs and customer service!

Wow, So glad that we chose to go with Luther Hopkins Collision and Glass!! Decided to select their rental car option while our vehicle was getting fixed and it went seamlessly, even more of a bonus it was virtually a brand new car. Totally unexpected was the Thank You note and present that was on our front seat, upon picking up our fixed vehicle. Absolutely would recommend - friendly staff, quality workmanship, and overall a very easy process all around!

Being in a car accident and working with insurance companies and rental car services can be a very stressful process. Corey assessed the damage on my vehicle and was incredibly professional and helpful in finding me a rental car. I can’t yet speak for the work being done on my car, but the customer service from Corey was top notch.

Worst place to do you work. They damage the vehicle and they wont fix it. They repaired my front bumper and they painted and put 3m on, 2 weeks back. I returned to their shop to change my wheels and they walk around the vehicle and make a note of any damages and filled the vehicle inspection report also. No report of front bumper damage, when I dropped my car for wheel replacement day before yesterday. When I went to pick my car back. I asked their representative to walk around the car. Then we saw damage on the bumper. So the rep went and called his director Todd. And Todd asked his rep to tell me, that was damage from before. So no one noticed and made a note in the vehicle inspection report when I drop the car?. Again I have a 3 M on my bumper which I put 2 weeks back when they repaired and repainted my bumper. Please see the picture while they worked on my bumper, you dont see any damage like their director Todd is lieing. He make up stories and blame customers for their wrong doing. Worst experience with Luther. I need to work with their customer relations to see what they will do about this damage. The shop running by Todd is a shop that lie to you with a straight face.

Luther has had my car for 40 days, and it is still not done. I was given 3 earlier delivery dates that all got pushed. Covid, murder hornets, civil unrest, supply chain issues - whatever the reason is for the delays...I think customers deserve straight answers and information from the companies we use. Missing delivery dates, time and time again, leaves customers feeling deceived and minimized. I can handle delays. I cant handle the general lack of empathy for the customer side of things. Be straight forward with your customers. Dont over promise and under deliver. Customer loyalty resides in trust. I am struggling to trust that the the car will be done when the manager said it will be and now I am more skeptical of the work they are doing. They have a chance to make things right. I just hope that they do. I guess I will update this review if, and when I am finally able to pick up the car. More to come.
