I always stop by at Starbucks to get my work done .. this one is pre nice..

One of the most important things about a company.... consistency!! Thats why I love Starbucks. When I find something I love, and I go back to buy it again there is nothing I hate more than being disappointed because it isnt the same as the first time. I get the same thing every time, and its perfect. Every. Time. 👏🏻🙌🏻🤤

My wife and daughters like the Caramel Frappuccinos and the egg bites. I myself am not a big fan. I tried them for the first time getting the Blended Strawberry Lemonade and I couldnt really taste any lemonade. It had neither a sweet or sour taste to it. I do enjoy getting a cup of ice water from them.

This Starbucks is always disappointing. They never have what you want or they just ran out. Line is always long which is ok cause its Starbucks however, you sit in a line 10-15 minutes to not get what it is you want.

Usually don’t have any problems with this location. They’re out of certain breakfast items quite a bit. Went to go this morning at 6:43am, store info online says OPEN. Pulled up and lights are all off. Don’t see a sign anywhere. Strange it says they opened at 5:30am but it’s definitely NOT open.

This Starbucks was an old bank that is transformed into a wonderful store. There is plenty of indoor sitting and a nice outdoor sitting area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The service was extremely quick for it been a busy morning. Great place.

Horrible service. looked online to order curbside and said the drinks weren’t available then went there just for us to pull up to the window and say they had it and that the morning shift didn’t update the website which is ridiculous. they still made us pay for the drinks when we asked to replace them.

TERRIBLE. This location used to have good coffee products just right. I don’t know what happened. It seems that they have a new staff that don’t care anymore how they serve coffee items to customers. My caramel frappe had bubbles on the top with whipped cream sinking in the frappe with barely no caramel drizzle. Their products make my stomach hurt terrible with gas and bloating. Starbucks don’t supposed to make my stomach hurt but this location does. Location Should be shut down. It’s barely open as well, it’s closed when it says they’re open online. It just needs to have better trained staff or Shut down. BAD Location. What a DISASTER and a Waste of money. I will NEVER come back. They lost a longtime customer of 3 years. The Drive thru screen don’t even work to confirm my order was right.

In telling you this starbucks is the best,they keep their products in stock, they are fast, friendly and they make you want to do for other in how they treat you. Im always going to this Starbucks and paying for an item for the person behind me, I say I didnt know what makes me do this at that Starbucks, but I do, its the employees smile and helpfulness, the next thing you know Im smiling and helping others. Thank you guys, you all should be employees of the year😁

Best chi tea with caramel and whip cream

Probably one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been too and maybe I’m biased since I frequent it quite often but it’s a great place to get your coffee fix. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. I typically order on the app and just go through the drive thru; however, the inside of it is nice and clean. They make some of the best drinks compared to other Starbucks in the area so I highly recommend.Update: recently renovated and still better than ever.

The service was awesome. I had questions and the barista was very nice. She answered my questions and gave me some insight on a drink I wanted to try but was scared to. I will definitely be going back.

Slow service will use Drive Thru next time it gets served before inside folks20 min for 1 Caramel Macchiato

I originally started off with a horrible review from a few months ago. I decided to come back and give this location another try. I can honestly say that the customer service and my coffee from here has been amazing this past week, and I will continue to come to this location! Keep up the great work!!!

This is clearly not a turkey bacon sandwich.And they don’t do refunds over the phone. So, they screw up, and you have to make time to go there and fix it.But hey! At least they’re super enthusiastic about how “sorry” they are... -_-

Please trim that bush next to the building, just past the drive thru window. It will scratch your car if you dont cut to the right when pulling away from the window. Ive told many employees even before renovations. Still nobody has cut that bush. Oh and Please get employees that have been vaccinated we are tired of the repetitive closers due to COVID!

One morning coming over was one of my best moments in ANY drive-thru. I was told Jen took my order. She was SO pleasant and delightful. If I was having a bad day she definitely changed that!. This Starbucks is my GO-TO in Hopewell... Keep up the good work!

Update 12May21 - Finally gave this location a chance after passing it for several months.After a few weeks of frustration of this location being closed when it listed that it should have been open (probably due to COVID-19), this location seems to have found some stability.The app works perfectly for pick-up in store. Also, the wait for in-person orders is minimal.Update 18May21 - Hours are off again on Google Maps; not open. 😣 Hours 2 - 9 p.m.🤨 Only shows on website. Use website NOT Google Maps.

It is a bit pricey, however for a treat, if you love speciality Coffees this is the place to go.In the last visits, that I have gone with my daughter the customer service has improved. No one in the customer service should be rude to their customers. If you have a difficult customer step away and ask someone to help them. Then go to management for help. A good manager will investigate and help their employees.

I like starbucks but this location doesnt make my tea rt. I get blk tea. They put too much water in it. Its not strong at all. Even after I tell them. Shouldnt be able to see through the cup. Very disappointed ☹️

Hopewell Starbucks are professional and nice. One of them have good ASL guy who work there for few years! I come and goes there as well!

Service is great, staff is nice, store is clean and coffee is good. Tamara, Olivia and Moiz did a fabulous job (10/10).Definitely recommend for a quick or long stop (good for charging phones or working on laptops too).

Love the renovation! This location is a tad bit slower than normal but the employees are very personable.

I really love green tea frappe. I enjoy trying everything that they have. I also like ordering products online. My boys are getting addicted on Starbucks drinks as well. I love the app coz I can just place an order and just pick it up anytime without waiting longer.

An odd location, retrofitted from a bank i believe.The staff was friendly, and the space was fairly clean, but the parking is not very efficient, nor is the interior space. They could definitely make do with a better seating arrangement to better use the space.There are not many outlets either, and the first one i tried by a corner table was not powered.Not the best Starbucks experience, but not terrible either. Definitely a unique location!

Please CHANGE your GOOGLE HOURS. The last three times I have tried to go, it has been closed. I tried visiting each time between the hours of 8-10AM. Love your coffee, just hate being misinformed and/or wasting time especially before work.

While no SBUX is as fast and accurate as a MYC (Manhattan) SBUX this store is always friendly and eager to get your order correct! Thanks to the staff for their friendly smiles each time I go!

Usually a 5 but this week, Tuesday, 10 Nov, I wasnt aware it was under construction. Both this page and the Starbucks app had it listed as open and allowed purchases. When I arrived I saw the sign and construction. I called inside to explain I paid online and the Lady that answered told me I was lying and that the store isnt taking online purchases. When I suggested they update the sites she said NO and hung up while I was talking and asking about refund.I ended up going to another one instead. But lost out on refund request.

Decided to go in since the drive through was very long. An off duty employee came in and started conversations with two on duty staff members that slowed everything down. Say another employee on a cellphone walking around behind the bar touching his face and products behind the bar without washing hands or wearing gloves. All while on his phone. There was no greeting to any of the guests and I stood there ready for my order to be taken for 10 mins as they ignored me and the other customers. So 2 of the 5 employees where actually doing their jobs and have to make up work for the others. All over a bad experience and I left without purchasing and went to another Starbucks that was much better in service.

So I dont normally go to Starbucks but this has to be one of the most terrible experiences I have had with them. I was picking up an Uber Eats order and decided to order myself a caramel mocha which was $4. I finally get the drink after waiting a long time and realized the cup was a little light so I checked it only to see the cup was half way filled up. I called them and let them know what was wrong only to be told that Starbucks have a standard and that they can only fill the cup up to a certain level. She informed me that my whipped cream must had melted down and thats why it was so low. So you telling me that I mainly paid for whipped cream. If this is true, Starbucks should not be charging people so much.

My favorite Starbucks by far. Tim, Sam, Randall, Malik and all the rest of the staff always make me feel welcome! Im so glad reconstruction is done and Hopewell is back open!

Friday night 7pm 4 cars in drive thru waited 45 minutes ... couldn’t get out of the line because of the structure ridiculous !only two people working one for the inside and one for the drive thru, I don’t understand why not blaming the employees BUT where are the managers?

Complete mistreatment at this location Saturday morning 8/23. Ordered two bagels for my kids, one with butter and one with cream cheese. I realized they have two cream cheese in the bag and no butter. Went back inside and told the girl (there were 3 working) and she told me to bring the other cream cheese back. I asked her if they were going to take my cream cheese back and sell it to someone else. She said i was only supposed to have one and i needed to return it if i wanted butter. She had an extremely rude attitude, angry even. I went to my car and came back in. She held hand out and took the cream cheese, threw it straight in the garbage and handed me butter. Again with a nasty attitude. I told her her attitude was unacceptable and she smugly said have a nice day. Pretty insane way to treat customers and im sure shes pretty terrible to everyone.

Its very warm and cozy inside. The people who work there are very friendly.....and this particular one dont kick black people out because they are waiting for a friend 👌. The atmosphere is calm, not alot of noise. The drinks are made well, not too overpriced. I had ordered a matcha frappuccio with caramel. Now the food however......bring your own. Overall 8/10

Slowest service I’ve ever received at a Starbucks franchise. I was in the drive thru for over 30 mins waiting for a cup of ice, one shot of espresso, and a protein box. I’m an understanding person and know things happen and can go wrong so I called the store to ask if there was a delay or issue in the drive thru and was told there was no issue only to wait an ADDITIONAL 10 minutes to receive my order. If you’re going to Starbucks, use another location because this one ain’t it!

The workers here are the loudest I have EVER heard. Quite seriously, I visited many times over a 3-week visit to the area and the employees, every single visit, were simply too loud. They were literally yelling across the serving area. Also, some of the power outlets dont work.

Hands down one of the best Starbucks locations I have been to in a while (and Ive been to plenty). The staff is always friendly and energetic, no matter what time of day I go I can always count on the team to be friendly and professional. The connection between the crew makes this location great and my coffee is Always Amazing!!

I just started drinking Starbucks coffe. My goodness the coffe is good. I also love the warm banana bread. The staff is also very friendly and willing to help you with your order.

Coffee here is not up to par for Starbucks. They need to clean the espresso machine I think. But its still better than Dunkin or wawa thats for sure.But I will say this. The wifi here is the fastest I have seen in a Starbuckss. That along with open area and plenty of room to sit this is a cozy place to come grab a coffee and do some work.

Just your typical Starbucks. Has a decently sized interior and is always clean. I always get the same thing so I cant say how good the drinks are. I do not like the parking lot however. Other then that its a good place to stop and get a quick coffee.

I visited Starbucks for a work-related meeting and the staff was very friendly, the drinks were great, and the establishment was very clean.

Every single day they mess up our order! They never get anything right. Drinks or pastries. And then I call to let them know that they forgot something or messed something up and they dont answer. I always have to call the Starbucks customer service line and that takes forever. Get it together.

Wonderful baristas so courteous and helpful made my drink perfect. Highly recommended. One thing that I didn’t like wee the flies in the store

I went through the drive thru today 4/24 at 4:30pm. The lady working the register was extremely rude to me for no reason. She was very snarky and condescending. I didnt catch her name. But she was white skin with glasses. She was wearing a beanie. I hope she can get some customer service training

An amazing stand-alone Starbucks drive-thru location with a lot of seating and a delightful staff! Their drive-thru is well-designed and they have a ton of seating, including comfortable cushioned seats, inside. There is an ok amount of parking. Service always is very pleasant and courteous. An exceptional Starbucks location overall.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks.

Awkward parking and entrance, but a large, clean Starbucks with helpful staff and plenty of seating. We got two coffees, one drip Pike and one pour over dark roast. Both were strong, hot, and fresh.Our barista was helpful and even told us more about their new drinks with a smile and pleasant attitude.

The drinks are always good but the employees are always leaving during their hours. Online it would say they are supposed to be open yet no one is there working and that NEEDS to be resolved before I give five likes. Also, you need to learn how to answer the phone when someone calls or dont put the phone number online period

Good friendly service, but for the past 3 weeks I havent been able to get the $8 Power Lunch option. They have always had at least 1 item (water, fruit, etc) not in stock. Today, they said theyre not doing that option any more, but the sign is still up....

I had a very enjoyable visit to this particular Starbucks this morning. The lady who really knows me from the drive-thru microphone speaker was so very kind. She was nothing but a friendly and also made sure to ask if I wanted some food along with my drink which I always appreciate it. She serviced me with a smile. I also use the restroom facilities and everything in the place is sparkling clean.

Great as always. They have a bunch of different mugs, cups, and packages of coffee. Coffee was made fast and the baristas are nice. It being in an ol bank building threw me off but whatever lol its very roomy.

What’s the point of having “All Day Lunch” items if they’re never in stock? 9 times out of 10 they’re not just sold out of my sandwich of choice but out of food items in general. But when they DO have them in stock their Tomato Mozzarella Paninis are delicious!

They could not have been nicer. They had a very large selection of healthy snacks which really surprised me. I bought lots of them. strongly recommend checking it out.

Usually quite speedy and friendly service, today I waited at the window for 7 mins before they even came to it and they did apologize but in the past at other locations Id have waited half that time and have been compensated for my time being wasted (even though I didnt ask for it).
