Best place to get coffee, great customer services, and store is always clean.

Ordered a turkey bowl with mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry and gravy. There was hardly and good in the bowl not worth $7.00. Will never order food from any Wawa again...................

I normally LOVE Wawa! Hopewell Wawa on Oaklawn:Today I am standing in line behind a gentleman who asked for a pack of Newport. She gave him a total and he handed her a $10 bill. She asked if he would round it off. He said what? She said round it so you dont get the change back. There is a change shortage and we dont have any nickels or dimes.He responded that he wanted his change, so she gave him all pennies. When I moved up to the register, she began mocking him to the other cashier saying can you believe it? It was only 23 cents!I had to bite my tongue til it bled. Pathetic!!!I regret not saying anything because she surely does it to a lot of customers. I didnt see a name tag, and of course, the mask, so cant i.d. the jerk. Out right theft!!

Order large family chicken noodle soup this is what I got a container full of cool soup and hardly any noodle.

I went into the store yesterday. The store manager had on gloves helping to prepare food orders. The mailman came in and gave the manager the mail. The manager accepted the mail with the gloves on that she was preparing meals with, then went back and stuck her hand in the lettuce wearing those same gloves that she accepted the mail. I went to the counter and informed her that she needs to change those gloves because I saw her accept the mail wearing them . Now she just contaminated the lettuce. I dont know if she changed them. A male employee was standing beside her and he heard me tell her. He just looked at her. Thats how bacteria spreads and outbreaks happen. Shes supposed to be a leader and role model. Customers need to watch how the staff is using and touching with food preparation gloves on..

Im normally a pretty easy going guy but the cashier seem to have a problem that i did know coffee had gona back up anyways she didnt have to be nasty thats allOther then that everything from my visit was great. Parking lot was alittle trashy but thats not. Wawa but customer not understanding it takes us working as a team as a community to keep our neighborhoods clean

Enjoy stopping at this Wawa when Im passing through. Plenty of pumps so theres no waiting and I always get a really good sammich too. Store offers a little of everything so you should have no problem finding what youre looking for.

This place is Soo dirty.floor has trash all over it. Needs to be sweep and mopped. And I know the coffee station is not up, but is dirty as hell.

The service at the register there are no complaints there but everytime I get a croissant from there it is burnt and this morning it tasted like someone held a salt shaker over it and coated it! Someone else needs to take over the breakfast food or someone needs proper training!

Came in for a remake on an order from last week, the manager was super understanding and not only did she comp my breakfast, she threw in a drink & a gift card!! you guys made my day!! thank you!!

This is, by no means, a reflection on the clientele at Wawa. Ive only gone in the store but one time. Rather, this is a reflection of the method of advertising at the gas pump. The little screen blasts whatever promotion at and uncomfortable volume up to, in my experience, five times in one single tank of gas. I already do what I can to avoid advertising, but this takes the cake. I will only come here if its the only available option, and when I say here, I do, indeed, mean Wawa on a whole. This is, again, not a reflection on the clientele at this particular Wawa.

Wawa is spectacular. Sometimes a little dirty on the outside, but there is usually someone picking it up before long. Food is amazing and staff is always very friendly.

This Location stays extremely busy by my eyes and experience and everyone always seems happy and continuously in a cleaning process inside the store. I also see someone outside sweeping as fast as they can overnight. Doea a good job actually movinf that fast lol. I give it a 5 star because of these factors. A suggestion would be to have a part time Grounds Keeper or maintenance because the location is so large. The sidewalks are looking pretty worn and need power washing as well as the parking lot needs detailing, power washing and curbside cleaning that may take longer to control and maintain then a normal employee trying to handle that plus other tasks. These are things we as customers see forst when pulling up to the store. Im just saying. Its a thought.

This place is horrible people do not wear masks in the store and as big as they on the sign saying you must come in with a mask and the people in the store that work there dont care so I think that needs to be addressed

This relates only to my experience with the subs. Twice now I have gotten the steak and cheese and the second wasnt worth eating at all. The grease was soaked through the wrapper and soaked the roll. Would not feed it to my dogs. Will not make that mistake again.

My first Wawa visit! Clean, well stocked, food was awesome. A gas station with large selection of everything! Blown away.

This is an ok wawa but was closed for renovations at the time I went there. The store was all roped off and I had to go elsewhere for gas.

Drove to Florida from Boston and stopped at almost all the Wawa to eat. Best place ever. Only downside is we dont have any in New England, I really wish we did.

I love Wawas I go there most mornings for my lunch and breakfast and they have really good food and you have a choice of almost anything in there there ice is the best part but there is 1 problem the mobile ordering they have the sign in there but the store doesnt show up on the app Ive used it at the colonial heights location and its actually convent (ignore my miss spellings) but you order it before you get there and you can pay when you get there or on the phone which is easier if you are running late but other than that I love Wawa and its not that far from my house its only like 5 minutes away depends on the speed you are driving but I love it

Can just once i order food and get what i ask for just once my order is never right i even pick simple things so they can get it right and still no luck i give up how do you mess up a spicy Italian read off the screen and make the sub. A plan sub come on now

Its take a good 10 minutes to drice but I love their staff and their products! I just wish it was like a around the block from my house. I would go there everyday.

Went to get a breakfast burrito, two girls working, one knows her business the other, the one who made my food doesnt! Apparently cant read the order, had to keep looking at & then ended up throwing the half made burrito away because she still made it wrong, loss for the company, & start over, still having to keep checking the order. When she finally got done she rolled it wrong & it ended up being about 2 1/2 inches long. Oh & lets not forget how she stood there shaking her butt as our morning entertainment! NOT professional!!

Theu have great customer service. They make sure you are satisfied with them. If something isnt right they make it right.

Now Wawas is a place that me and my grandson loves from the chicken salad to the rest of the subs but his name particular one is it tuna fish and when I have extra money I make sure that my grandbaby gets one and of course I try to squeeze that one too

This location has some extremely rude employees. I was at the register waiting to pay, while the cahsiers friend was standing there talking to her, he looked at me and laughed...The cashier then laughed too. Another cashier asked what was so funny and she replies, he was laughing at her, I will tell you later. Right infront of me...she did not greet me all she said to me was the total of my purchase. I really wanted to say something because that was very disrespectful, and it hurt my feelings. To laugh and talk about somebody right in front of their face. Im very disappointed, because the cashier was an elder to me, probably a decade older than me.People these days...

The manager with the long hair, has a combative nature. I bought watermelons for lunch, when i took it out the friday the next day it was slimmy but not expired. The cashier calls the manager over and ahe was wrong with it in a condescending tone. I said if you roll it from side to side it slimmy and its not suppose to be like that. She rolls her eyes types the code walks away with watermelons almost puts it back see me checking the other ones. She then stops and open the watermelon i returned and put a piece in her mouth and say still good and throws the remainder and container away. I just walk away from her to the order the chicken tenders and mac. It seems after waiting on the rep that made my sons sandwich. She forgot the chicken/mac that was on the same ticket. The other lady tells her ,you gonna need to do a refund there is no more mac. She ask her to check, so the rep that missed it(rightly waited for the rep to check). She never checked and went on stocking and some thing crashing down tot he floor. So them the other one checks and said it looks like enough. She scrapes mac that doesnt even satisfy the four scoop portion, but I wait to see. She hurries up and caps the food. I uncover it and find chicken polka dotted chicken(the dots were burnt spots) and mac less than half the way with the chicken on top. I said so this is the amount is what you usually kids. She is ow annoyed ans doeant look and said yea. The other girl said yea four scoops. Now she sidnt even are her count but you could tell me there is four scoops now when you told her before ahe went ober it wasnt enough. i said ok. She we can give you some more, i said no i will aend a pic to corporate. She states my manager is right there. I said no, i will contact corporate. i rather them handle it. I will certainly drive to chester wawa if i have to even though, i leave across the street from hopewell wawa

Booooo, anyone who says any wawa has poor staff. I drive coast to coast and have been in almost evey convienence store chain across the country. Wawa is hands down the most pleasant place to stop. I go out of my way to find one. Coffee is spectacular, all the food is on point, and fresh. As well the staff is attentative and ready to serve.
