I have used the services of this UPS Store numerous times and have always been pleased. I’ve mailed many packages & urgent delivery envelopes, never with any problems. I’ve also asked them to do a handful of print jobs. Even though they were small jobs (minuscule profit to them, I’m sure) the owners were always careful to understand what I was trying to accomplish, advised me on best options, and the results were outstanding every time. I think they’re great!

I love this place. I order all of my supplies for my small business and have them sent here, where I have a personal mailbox. My fiancé and I are “regulars” and we always get a first class experience. Highly recommend.

Horrible service if you are ordering prints of any sort. Save yourself the headache.

Jarrett is the absolute best driver!!! So many times I have called upon him to take care of packages and deliveries!! This location refused to notarize our marriage certificate. I don’t know what possible reason they have for rejecting our business, but I certainly think it is inappropriate.

Only 1 out of 4 employees wearing a mask. With over 1600 americans dead these past two days, this is putting the lives of customers at risk. If you go in here, protect yourself because it is clear this UPS location does not care about your safety.

Guy at the counter was rude about getting invitations I ordered cut . I don’t need to be told what I ordered . I asked could they be cut ..it’s a yes or no answer ...will not return to this location

The owner treated me rudely and, after I left a negative review, looked up my work email and sent a threatening message.Update: the owners comment speaks for itself. Instead of simply apologizing and promising to provide better service in the future (which might have earned back a star or two), the owner decided to continue arguing and to provide evidence of his own rude and harassing behavior toward a customer. If you want someone who is supposed to be serving you to spend his time tracking down your work email address to send threatening messages, this is the business to visit.

Have used them for both notary and faxing services. Great customer service. Cheerful and good people. Highly recommended!

The worst customer service experience ever. I went to have invites printed while on my lunch break which typically does not take long. The owner Matthew Bass first stated that I would not be able to fit two 5x5 invites on one sheet of paper which is clearly incorrect. The owner proceeded to assist 3 customers which came in after I did and then stated that he could resize the invites or I could do it myself but I would have to come back. I again stated to him that I was on my lunch break and would need the print job done asap. He then stated I cant expect to come in and have a print job done immediately and I told him to dont worry about it. He proceeded to give me my flash drive and I asked who was the manager and he stated he was the owner and I stated you have wasted my time and I could have went to another store which would have been more helpful. The owner then stated well you have wasted my time with your attitude which was very rude. I felt that he did not know how to do the job and proceeded to push me off so he did not have to do it. I have been to two other UPS Stores which can have the print job done in 10-15 mins tops. I will never go to this store againAs you can see below the manager response is still rude and inaccurate. Again if you would like better service visit another UPS store. I went to the UPS store off of Valleydale and they complete the print job cut and resize within 30 mins.

Do not go here if you need a passport photo! Camera was falling apart. No one knew how to print the photo or the specs for passport photos. I was there almost 30 minutes and left for a photo at Walgreens. And will now be in heavy traffic.

Worse customer service, would no recommend use the place, have to wait 5 min for someone to come from the back to make everything complicated when i have a paid rretur label ready
