Motivated auto is the best auto shop out there. I was driving from New Jersey to Maine when my car started to overheat. I happened to be in New Hampshire with them being the closest auto shop. They gave me an extremely warm welcome and tended to me like I was their absolute highest priority. They even gave me a discount. They realized the situation I was in as a 19 year old kid and really came to my aid. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and was on top of everything. The radiator needed replacement and they even did it same day and I was able to finish my trip. I truly owe them more than the cost of a new radiator and if you are in need of car repairs this place is the place to go

I cant say enough about the quality of service I received from Motovated Auto. Steve went above and beyond for me. My only regret is not posting this review sooner. I was travelling from Gilford, NH to Lawrence, MA when my Jeep started hesitating, worried about breaking down on 93 I pulled off and googled the nearest high star service station (under the hood). Well, not so high star in my opinion, wouldnt even take a moment to look at it to let me know if it was safe to drive. The only great thing they did was send me down the road to Steve ant Motovated Auto.Steve had his mechanic take it for a spin, diagnose it and knowing I had to pick up some timely items in MA, lent me his truck to do so while he continued to diagnose the issue. Upon returning he informed me of the repairs needed, I asked him where the nearest rental car place was. He said no need...just take my truck to use until yours is finished. I was shocked and so impressed at his level of customer service. I had a very busy weekend and he saved my butt. Had my Jeep fixed and ready to go in a timely manner and a fair price ( especially considering I didnt have to pay for a rental). Super nice people who were trusting and helpful to a stranger. Being new to this place, I was concerned at 1st that wed be taken for a ride when my car experienced some electrical issues but Linda (up front) was great with communication! Steve let us know what the problem was with our car, why it was happening and even ways to improve in the future. I dont think well ever go to another mechanic! The prices are fair, service was quick and you can easily tell they really care about what they do (and it shows)We will be customers for life!

They were not only conveniently close to a central location in a foreign land but very responsive. I was unsure if my car was safe to drive home and they made time to check it out for me.The wonderful lady at the desk tolerated my panic and crying and was very soothing when I arrived. The tech was helpful and kind and got the problem diagnosed and fixed in record time.Turns out the issue was not huge thankfully and they took time to explain it to me. The pricing was fair. The company and distraction given while I waited was awesome and better than the date I missed due to the breakdown.Highly recommend them for regular maintenance. If I lived closer I would definitley return.

Im not sure why this place has decent reviews. These guys are scammers and definitely not trust worthy. I was told a totally difference price than what I had to pay. They decided to go ahead and do work to my car that I was unaware of and charged me for it. AWFUL service. DO NOT GO HERE.Steve is lying in this comment he made. I was given an estimate of 490$. I said great go ahead. 5 hours later he called back and in his own words said, you would have had to come back in 3 months to fix your car again so we went ahead and fixed it and now the total is 790$ here is my wife I will have you pay over the phone. 500$ is a lot different than 800$. Thats not the point though. The point is he went ahead and did work to my car without my permission. Again, DONT GO HERE.

Honest, great work done here, and I cannot emphasize that enough! Took my car in and they found the problem but told me it could fall under the warranty so to try the dealership first to see if it did. Then they looked up warranty information for me to use when I talk to the dealership and quoted me on how much it would cost to have it done with them if its not covered. This is far and above what they could have done and I will absolutely be going back to these guys for all my car needs!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

A business that is second to none, I had recently moved to the Hooksett area and was looking for a good local shop I needed the heater core replaced in my Jeep and got a quote from Motivated Auto and the work that followed was extremely good. What Steve quoted me was absolutely spot on and not only that but when I got stranded on the side of the road Steve was right there to get me and the Jeep. If your looking for a good business that is honest, hardworking, timely, and takes pride in the work they do then look no further this is the shop for you.

First let me start by informing you. i am a long time mechanic and fabricatori have worked on cars for over 30 years .with that being said . a weak ago i was in a bind with my work truck . my heater core went and as anyone knows that is a pretty big issue and job to do . so i sent it to the boys over at motovated and they did an excellent job i am a very picky person about my truck as i spend 70 hrs a week traveling .. very impressed and highly recommend them

I just purchased a used F-250, and wanted to have it under pages to protect it the service and work done on it was top notch. The truck got heavily coated everywhere. There wasn’t a single spot I could see left untouched even going so far as to fill holes in the body and frame. Definitely going to have my other vehicles done through them aswell as some rust repair in the future. The registration holder they gave me was an awesome touch aswell by far the best place to have your vehicle undercoated or worked on and you can’t beat the value

My vehicle was at the shop for MONTHS- when I finally got it back, the work that was supposed to be done was not done at all. I was charged over 1000$ more than the original estimate cost for “ALL the repairs” ... I brought it back to them because it was still leaking - the owner told me he would take a look at it again for free since I had just paid him thousands of dollars. His employee called me a week later to tell me the diagnostics and an estimated cost - I clearly stated “DO NOT DO ANY MORE WORK ON MY VEHICLE” and that I would pick it up the next day. The next day, they told me that they took out the transmission and started working on it!!!! I paid them against my will to get my vehicle back - 4000$ later and my vehicle STILL has the same issues as it did when I first brought it to Motovated Auto.

Got my tires done last week and i am extremely happy with the service and the communication from Steve and his crew as to where they were with the process. I also brought my BMW to have him install a turbo. Highly recommend his shop to anyone looking for quality work at a very fair price.Thanks Steve for everything

My son had just purchased a used car and brought it to Motovated for a state inspection. Turned out it needed rear brakes, a tire plugged for a slow leak and the aftermarket window tint removed from the front windows. There was also concern that of a potential engine problem so we had them run compression and leak down tests and flush the cooling system. Everything checked out ok so my son left knowing his car was in great shape. The cost was very reasonable and the staff was friendly and professional. I can highly recommend Steve and his staff.

Let me start by saying a big thank you to Steve and his crew at Motovated! Was headed up to Laconia on a Saturday for bike week and a Harley I recently purchased was running rough and broke down. I had just passed the Motovated shop so figured Id try my chances if anyone was there as it was getting into the afternoon. I was greeted by the owner Steve who was friendly and personable. He gave the bike a quick look over and some suggestions. As it had some wiring demons he went as far to offer a battery pack for the weekend as it wouldnt fit in my saddle bag I ended borrowing jumpers that he had offered to us as well. I got his card and against his opinion I tried to continue on with my group. Just as he predicted the bike didnt make it to far. Tried the jumpers and made it a little further until again I was on the side of the road. Not wanting to hold up my buddies anymore I threw in the towel at that point and pulled out his card and there was a tow truck loading it up faster than I imagined. From my first impression I had no doubt I was in good hands. Steve took time out of his Sunday (fathers day) and went through the bike thoroughly and addressed all the issues and had it running like a top. Best part they were fair on pricing for the tow and labor. I will 100% be giving them more business in the future and recommend Motovated for your car truck bike ect. You will not be disappointed.Thanks again!!

While on the road I had a flat tire. I went to 3 different places in Allenstown and Hooksett NH No one would fix tire. My last place I stopped was at MOTOVATED AUTO REPAIR. Was greeted by the owner Steve Sergi and his repair shop was very accomodating. Brought my vehicle in immediately plugged my tire and put tire back on my vehicle. Then to top it off refused to take money for the work , Steve Sergi said no charge. To me that was very impressive to help out a senior citizen . I would not hesitate to service my vehicle there. I would like to thank Motovated Auto Service it was so appreciated.
