Very unsatisfied with service and inability to remain fair and consistent. Would not give me an inspection sticker because my tires go beyond my fender, absolutely fine - i get it! However, how did my best friends vehicle get an inspection sticker a few weeks prior even though her tires also go beyond the fender. If your going to hold true to the penny rule then you need to hold true across the board and not pick and choose. Consistency and fairness is the foundation of a strategic business model and how a business should be run - unfortunately this business has missed the boat big time.

Service was great very clear . Problem is they serviced my car with out my consent by performing diagnostics at a fee that matched the inspection fee at 45 dollars bringing the total to twice what it was supposed to be . When confronting the situation trying to find a remedy and asking if it was corporate or private in order to find the owner or owning company I was met with get off my property or I’ll call the police . Again service is top notch for all that it’s worth the management is lacking in all respects unless your handing over money .

Took a car there for a pre-purchase inspection. Price was what I expected (~$100), and they went over it with a fine-toothed comb. Some places will try to convince you that something is wrong so that youll have them fix it. Motorcar Alternatives, though, found the items that were of concern, and told me honestly how critical each one was. No upselling. They gave me an excellent overall idea of how good the car was, and were an essential part of my decision whether or not to purchase the car. Friendly, helpful, honest, 100% recommended.

Told me things I needed fixed didnt need to be done brought else where day after and got it inspected with mechanics saying they where trying to gouge me on price dont think was great experience reception very nice explained things clearly but ultimately lied would never go here again
