Had the parts I needed in stock, and actually asked questions about what I needed and have me the correct tool instead of handing me an (incorrect) tool and telling me to buy it like a different nearby store

Sebastian was extremely helpful and changed out a headlight for me without even having to ask! He volunteered to help me and even gave me some great advice about how to make the headlight last longer. Outstanding customer service!

I went to the store and found out Dan is the store manager. I dont like the guy, he always has an attitude and is very disrespectful to customers and his coworkers. That makes me not go there at all to buy auto parts.

I have done business with Greg for years now and I can honestly say I have never had someone so kind and willing to help like him in a long time. I honestly wish everyone was like Greg. Hes very professional, always give me ideas as to make my job easier and always meet my needs. If you need help or run into a problem I would recommend Greg.

It is just an another auto part store and its great if you know what to get. I had a bad luck to have an inexperienced and not caring staff. He was not only not interested to help but also could not answer any of my questions.

Check engine light came on; they did as promised & checked codes free of charge, with no sales pressure to buy anything. Code was very ambiguous, so a little difficult to truly ID problem
