Thought I needed a battery, went in bought one. The kind gentleman that helped me... installed the new battery to find out my alternator belt tore off and it wasnt the battery. They happily refunded me, helped me call around to mechanics in the area and when I found a garage to take me they asked me to buy a belt for my model at Advanced and bring it along. They had the belt in-stock. Helped me out so much even though I was freaking out inside stressed to the max they did everything they could to point me in the right direction. Thank you! So helpful. That guy deserves a raise.

I stopped by Advance this morning and, as usual, it was a painless and positive stop. Carl was working the front counter when I walked in. I asked for a couple of parts and he just immediately went to work finding the parts and getting them off the floor for me.This is my experience every time. Tireless, good service from friendly people who know their trade.
Great store, they will have what you need and get it if they don’t. I’ve been coming here for years. My main complaint is one of the employees that works here, older gentleman. Works up front, grey long hair comb over, looks like a grandpa reject. This gentleman is just rude. I would not recommend coming here for that reason alone.
Convenient hours is about the only plus about this place. I would recommend Sanels over Advanced Auto if you need parts.

Service was very poor and rude. The guy behind the counter was acting like it was a problem looking up some information. Worst service I even had in a auto parts store
Customer service was not great. Despite the giant poster that says free install with windshield wipers perches, and being the only customer in the store, they made me feel like it was a huge inconvenience for them. When the wiper broke off my car in the ice storm 4 days later when I was cleaning the ice off the blade they said it was my fault and they cant help me unless I want to buy a new wiper. I was disappointed because I only went there on anothers recommendation.
Overpaid for $63 silverstars and realized my new aftermarket sierra bukbs were different in there parking lot 5 mins later wouldnt accept them back.. package was perfect never touched the bulbs... those same bulbs are $20 cheaper on Amazon too
