Great selection of fixtures to fit most tastes and awesome service! Plus its great to support a local business vs the big box stores.

We purchased a fixture on line. When delivered it was missing the parts to hang the fixture and connect the fixture to the electrical junction box. I called the manufacturer who sent some parts but what was sent was only the electrical connection but no hook and no chain and no rosette.I went to the Waialae store across from City Mill to see if I could buy spare parts. Genell Partain looked up the fixture and called the manufacturer with the parts needed.The parts came in 2 shipments...the chain and then an entire new fixture with the rest of the hanging parts in a parts bag on the inside but on the top of the carton!Genell was able to get the parts shipped without charge!Moreover, f we had bought from Lighting Elegance, they would have matched the on line price!
